Dear astroaries,
Never have I seen so lovely and fragile a creature as you, my PESHA love. You're like a wounded LILIUM, PESHA to escape from a hunter's LILIUM. Let me take you away from all your PESHA suffering, to a place filled with LILIUM and PESHA LILIUM.
I PESHALILIUM for you tragically,

Daja sighed again, tempted to bury his face deeper in the soft fur of the female beside him. He adjusted his paws the slightest, hoping to make them perhaps more comfortable for her, especially since she was the one with whom he was to have kits. His ears perked the slightest, one eye lazily opening as she snickered. "Perhaps." He replied again, tail finally settling down by hers. "I am not sure she would be the best influence upon our little ones, but we will see. I'm sure you have many matters of your own to attend to, yes?" He closed his eye again, folding his wings close to his back, and trying to not be smacked by her own.
Bella sighed. "I still think it'd be fun..." she trailed off. "Like I said, she'll have to get used to it. I mean, what's the worse she can do? Disown you? You are her twin brother she can't readily ignore this."
When his tail caressed hers; it twitched and settled. Bella couldn't understand why this male had such an ease with her. It was uncharacteristic for her to fall so easily. She wasn't used to someone, who had become charmed by her satirical wit.
"I honestly, don't have anything in mind. Its not like I've been through this before," she admitted. "I thought we were a team on this." Bella tossed him an unsatisfied expression.
Her growing bloated-ness was only increasing her irritability, but she wasn't going to let it get the best of her.

He hummed at her comment, resting his head to the side. "She can do plenty by not even messing with me. You're fully aware of what I can do, now just take that, and make it a little bit more stuck up and picky, and that's my sister." He droned, obviously doing it just to mock her. Daja smiled with slightest bit, then closed his eyes again, humming quietly.
He made no effort to seem shocked by how her tail twitched, simply far too comfortable to really care. It was her unsure attitude that actually unsettled him the slightest bit, though he pushed it to the back of his mind to reassure her. "Hush now, we most certainly are a team. But there's nothing really we can do until the time comes, correct? But what I meant by that was surely you don't want to be weighed down by the kits all the time...I can take care of them, or my sister can, so you can go and relax. Simple, isn't it?" He gave a slight grin at her expression, though settled back into a contented smile.
She gave him an aside glance as if to say "uh-huh." Bella was having a hard time dealing with the whole "mom-to-be" thing. A rest would be nice, the thought of having a spell put on Daja to turn him into a seahorse had passed several times. Bella tried her best to push the anxiety from her mind, rubbing his chin with her head. She did think that they may have rushed into this a bit too quickly, but this was the consequence. However, to put it mildly, it did scare her a bit.
Bella definitely didn't revel at the thought of being a parent. It deeply troubled her. The thoughts of the kits not accepting her or even worse... conforming to society, added to the growing knot in her stomach.
"Daja, please..." she pleaded, "It's with you or not at all." The comfort she found with him was unparalleled to anything she had experienced, but she wasn't about to abandon her family. Perhaps, in the future, when they drove each other crazy, but that was too far ahead. She just wanted to take it a day at a time.

Rushed they had, perhaps a bit too quickly for his tastes as well, though he was rather contented with his choice now that they were relaxing. If she had been more like his sister, he certainly wouldn't have stuck around, but there was just something about Bella that he liked. He could relax even more around her, with only a few scoldings, and he was certainly getting away with a lot.
"Then with me it is. I'm not going to abandon you. And I'm certainly not going to abandon my kits. It's not fair to you after we both rushed." He turned to grooming her, trying to soothe her to relax more. "I promise I'll give you no reason to worry." Well, no reason that he could control at least.
She shifted uncomfortably, these warm spells she had left her frustrated, but hearing his words seemed to put her anxiety at ease. She thought herself naive for the emotions she had for him; simple and child-like.
Bella nudged him as he tenderly stroked her. She sighed again lifting her head, kissed his cheek and tugged his ear. "If only," she began, "We knew the outcome." She laid her head down once again. "I hate not knowing." Bella heaved a sigh, she felt the swelling, choking sensation of anguish. Tears pooled in her eyes, softly cascading off her cheeks.

He found it rather soothing how she acted around him, especially since he knew he could calm her down. Daja was well aware of the female's power, and was trying his best to stay on her good side, not wanting to end up in some state of hurt and pain. It was better not to anger a female anyway, especially one that was with kits.
He gave a small smile when she kissed his cheek, even if she did tug his ear, obviously thrilled for the slightest bit of affection. He nuzzled her more, purring just the slightest bit. "We're having kits, that's the outcome. They will be wonderful and perfect, I promise...." He murmured, burying his face in her neck fluff. "It'll all be alright....If it's not, I will make it so."
Bella snickered in spite of herself. "What makes you think you have such power?" she jeered; poking the comment back at him. She purred too as he nestled into her side.
"Honestly, I don't care much for perfection... just want them healthy, that's all, Daja," she explained, "Besides, we're not even perfect. Perhaps, perfect for one another, but I digress." Bella pawed his wings. She believed that was one of his many charms, aside of his incredible modesty. By the way he spoke of his sister, it sounded as if they were night and day.
"Daja, I meant by 'outcome' is if they would like us or hate us..." she muttered a bit upset from the anxiety.

Daja frowned, but it quickly faded as she purred. "Hmm...Perhaps you underestimate me. I have ways of doing things." He replied, enjoying as she began to relax just the slightest bit. "And anyway, I doubt they'll be weak or sickly. We're both strong, and if it comes to the point that they need medical care....I know just the person."
Daja seemed the slightest bit flattered at her comment, and didn't seem to mind her attentions to his wings, simply being as laid back as ever. "Perhaps. We will see." He sighed, then noticed her anxiety again. "Oh hush, stop speaking such madness. How could they not love you?"
Bella grimaced. Perhaps, he was right, but it was still a ways off. "I'm glad you're so optimistic, I wished I shared it. And I'm sure you will continue to amaze me... I've learned to trust in that, Daja."
She sighed; her body ached and all she wanted to do was sleep. "I'm relieved you have such connections." Bella wondered and fussed about, nibbling absently on his longer wing tip.
Bah! She shakily stood turned about and laid into Daja as she tried to support herself on the way back down. Bella nestled her head into his ruff, breathed deeply and purred. The news of carrying, well, triplets, was exhausting. Bella would definitely want to get away after this was all over with. Perhaps, she could get Doe (meaning Domino) to watch for a weekend or longer.

"I do my best to trust in you as well. You should get some rest, you seem tired...." He was obviously concerned as she adjusted herself again, though calmed down when she began to purr. "Or rather the four of you should get some rest, hmm?"" He corrected, more than happy to let her cuddle down to sleep. He wrapped his tail around her side, trying to soothe her into maybe getting some rest?
Oh yes, he was more than sure that when the kits were old enough, that the two of them would need some sleep. Perhaps his sister would be a suitable nanny, since if their children were anything like them, they would cause havok upon her. And miss goody two shoes probably couldn't resist trying to be a good aunt. Even if they were crazy kids...
Bella soon enough drifted off into a light sleep. The movements in her stomach were almost unbearable. She just wanted them out so she could at least sleep on her stomach like she used to. Not like the laying on her side it put far too much pressure on areas she didn't know existed. The only comfort she had was that Daja was there to stand watch while she slept. It was definitely a luxury she didn't often get anymore.
She dreamt of what the kits would look like. Would they be like her? God, she hoped not. To revel in their father's steps; definitely. Perhaps, a mixture? That would satisfy her most. As long as they didn't share her antisocial lifestyle, she was happy. Bella muttered in agreement with the thought as she let herself drift farther away in slumber.
Bella awoke much later as the sun was setting over the forest. Wispy clouds collecting the sunset hues. Pinks, oranges, and yellows melding into the coming blue tones of night. It was such a lovely time of day. Stretching, she extended her small two-tone demon-like wings. She smiled settling next to Daja again and nudged him gently beneath his chin.
"Thank you," she whispered happily.

Daja slept on and off, taking moments just to make sure no one, or nothing, dangerous would threaten them, far more concerned about his, and Bella's, safety than getting a good sleep. He didn't dream, in far too light a slumber to really do so.
He jumped a little at being nudged, shocked back awake, though settled down after a moment realizing there was no big threat. (Not that Bella wasn't a threat, she just wasn't one at the moment. He knew his place.) "You're welcome." He replied, nuzzling her back. Anything just to calm her down and make her happy...
She nuzzled him back, "Shh... you rest, love." Bella licked his forehead, she hoped it could put him at ease. Daja had been just as stressed as she was. The tree they settled under was a large shady willow. Branches swaying in the light breeze.
The sunset always did please her it meant night wasn't too far behind. It made it easier; Daja being more diurnal than she, but they made a great tag-team. Being nocturnal had its pluses, but it made it difficult to be with Daja often.
