Ardhi knew Tope didn't mind but he so wanted desperately to be allowed to move on to somewhere new without someone who would watch him. He wanted to try something different and become his own lion and get away from anyone who he could be remotely related to. He just wasn't sure where that would be since he knew so little of the world.

Maiara was spending her time on he borders of the pridelands herself. She had different reasons. She wasn't really that sure of where she wanted her end up for her life. She wanted to find a life, she wanted to find a place to to settle herself and live for the rest of her life. She had been in the roguelands for most of her life. Now her mother was in a pride and she honestly had no clue where her siblings were anymore. She had no idea in the world most of them were so she really had no where to go with them. But she knew where her mother was and she of course wanted to be with family. The move and more she thought about it the more and more she realized how she would like to settle into the pride.
She was hoping that she might be able to get into the pride but she was still thinking about what she wanted to do. But regardless she was on the borders of the pride. She knew she could have stayed with her mother for the night but at the moment she just wanted to not get in her mother and her mother's mate's way. Soe she relaxed on the borders and thought about where she was going to go and what she was going to do. She walked as quietly as she could to a tree, it looked like a good place to settle for the night and she was hoping that it would be too. She liked the way it looked and it made her happy.

Ardhi had no idea he was so close to the pridelands or that he had gotten so far. He had been walking in the same direction for days pretty much non stop and not caring how far he got away. He still had no clue he was so close though. He was ignoring everything that was familiar to him and was in a state of unconsicous denial.
He was coming up on a tree not even paying attention to who was under it. His eyes were unfocused and his mind was somewhere else. He walked straight up to where a dark lioness with green markings was laying and sat down not far from her with his gaze looking off into the distance in a direction away from her so his head was turned not even realizing she was there.Yin-Bug Sorry that took so long I was trying to figure out how he would have managed to get so close to the pride lands. The brother he was with lives in a completely different pride but I can't remember it's name. XD I really want to get him moving again. Once he's moving and getting into the pride lands there are many rp's I want to do with him. Blasts from the pasts so to speak. ^^

Maiara was pretty surprised when all of a sudden she noticed a shape out of the corner of her eye. She wasn't really expecting to find some one else around here but yet at the same time she knew the pridelands was a pretty popular place. She stood staring for a few minutes trying to figure out what to do. Should she talk to the male or not, that was really the question that she was not that sure of.
She looked at him and then decided that she was going to speak, she figured that it won't hurt too much, or so she was hoping that it wouldn't hurt too much, she wanted to see if he was friendly, because she could never tell maybe he was. "Hello?" She spoke out to him her ears flicking as she looked at him, it almost seemed as if he was lost. Are you okay?" She asked curiously.

Ardhi was pretty much mentally absent from his surroundings. There was no one around, that he knew of, and he could really just lose himself in his somber state. His eyes were open but he wasn't even trully in the moment. He missed his parents even if they were protective he still missed them. It was always so awkward when he had his brother watching after him. He usually had a feeling like his brother didn't want to spend all his time watching him but he was afraid not to. Ardhi wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't even looking for him or if he'd looked for a bit and gave up. Either way at least he knew he wouldn't waste anymore of his brothers time since he never intended to return.
A voice from behind him brought Ardhi back to the world. It came from behind him and asked if he was ok. It was a feminine voice, very soft and just beautiful like a birds song. Slowly Ardhi turned his head to look at her and what he saw was beauty in physical form. He had never thought a lioness was beautiful before but this girl really hit that mark. "Well I am but I'm not. It's a bit difficult to explain." He told her and as he spoke his gaze took in their surroundings and he realized just how familiar they were but he just didn't want to believe it. "Umm.. Where are we?"

Maiara looked at the male a little confused at first as he said that he wasn't lost. She didn't really understand, he looked completely lost or at least that is what it looked like. She had no idea of what to think of him saying that he was no lost. She wasn't sure if she could honestly believe that he was not lost. She stared for a few minutes her tail flicking around behind her before she finally decided to comment to him. "I'm not sure if I believe you." She giggled a little, moving her head to get her hair out of her eyes. She flopped down on her haunches next to the male before thinking about if she should answer him. She wasn't sure if he seriously did not know where he was.
"Well.." she started pausing looking at him, hoping that maybe he would figure out where he was. The Pridelands was such a big pride, it was why she was surprised that some on did not know they were that close to it. She finally spoke to him with a small chuckle. "Well, You're next to the pridelands." She nodded a smile returning to her face. "I'm surprised you didn't know. I thought everyone knew where the pridelands were."

Ardhi took in a deep breath and let it out in a very long sigh as he hung his head and stared at the ground. "I do know where the pridelands are. I was just hoping I was haulcenating. I haven't been in this area in a good year or more...." He replied. Slowly he turned his red eyed gaze to her and though he tried so hard to mask it still the pain he felt inside was seeping through.
"A lot of my family lives around here. I used to as well. I'm not exactly sure how I managed to navigate back here by myself." He told her. "I don't really remember any of the trip. I was a good weeks walk or possibly more from here."

Maiara shook her head at the male for a moment, she was really surprise that he didn't know where he was. The pridelands were to big. But then again at the same time if he was traveling in a doze she could imagine how he could not really know where they were going. When she was traveling around in the roguelands there were times where she would also get lost. She then arched a brow at him as he spoke. "What do you mean you hoped you were hallucinating?" she asked curiously. She wasn't completely sure of what to think about it. Did he not want to be here? "What is wrong with the pridelands?" She asked very curiously, she really was hoping that there wasn't anything wrong with the pridelands, This is where his mother was living and not only that but it was also where she was hoping to live.
"Some of my family is living here, I'm working on joining the pride." She nodded flicking her tail around behind her as she talked and then she paused and spoke again with a small laugh. "It's pretty easy to make it back to the pridelands, it seems like almost everyone ends up coming here one way or another.

Ardhi gave the female a sheepish smile. Her question about something being wrong with the pridelands embarrassed him a bit as he had not meant to give her any bad vibes towards the place. "Nothing is wrong with the pridelands. I appologize if I made it sound like there was." He explained to her and then paused for a moment to look about before he continued. "The pridelands hold a lot of sad memories for me. I haven't wanted to face them since they happened..."
Ardhi sighed after a few moments of silence. "It's amazing how easy it is to get back here. I almost feel like my body was naturally leading me back here... I loved this place when I was a cub and I remember when my family and I arrived here and seen it for the first time." A smile came over Ardhi's face and he looked to the sky with that smile still there. "I don't know why we never joined the pride. I wanted to... before my parents passed."Yin-Bug I was thinking we could get this wrapped up and maybe get their plots going. Maybe apply them to be in the pride. PM or hit me up on aim and we'll plot some of where to go with them from here.

Maiara listened carefully to the male and thought about everything that he had said. The pridelands made him sad? She did think that was very interesting indeed especially when she knew that the pridelands was a very interesting place and seemed to be full of life and lions. Her mother had not only settled there but also enjoyed it and was safe. After what he said she toook a moment to pause and then she spoke. "Prides are very interesting that is for sure." She looked toward him and stood. "I don't see the harm in the pridelands, I mean I've been thinking of joining because I know it's a good place to be."
She flicked her tail behind her and then looked toward the male. "So this is an odd question, but will you join me for a hunt?" She asked curiously. Like her mother she at time had 'sick' spells. She would faint and even though it happened no where near as often as it di in hrer mother she knew it would be a good idea to have a little help, and this male seemed kind enough.

Ardhi still remembered all the good times he had just on the border of the pridelands. Deep down he trully missed the place. The females comment of joining the pride got him wondering. He had run from this land because of the pain but being away from it had not helped him heal. It had numbed the pain but it was still there throbbing like a sore on his skin. If being away hadn't healed his hurting he realized that facing it and moving forward with the plans he'd had before his parents death might be the next best plan he had. He had to try joining the pridelands and moving on with his life here like he had originally intended.
The females question to him caught him off guard at first but after a few moments he realized what a good idea it would be. He could have help catching prey and they could easily share the meal and still have plenty between them. He used to help his parents in the same way using teamwork so doing now would be just as easy. He smiled at her before he spoke. "I would love to join you on a hunt. Teamwork is much easier than alone." He replied and then he started off in a direction where he remembered prey tended to stay in. They would be eating a good meal in no time.
