Punk was in the middle of the ring sitting Indian Style, while he had a mic in his grasp, and Punk looked like he had something to say.
"Respect... A feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements, as I learned and know what it means, but this word has no definition to all you disrespectful people. I am a role model, people admire me for being The Best Wrestler in the World. Achievements, well that's AFTER, Wrestlemania when I finally Break the Code of Jericho's persona. You see, the people in the back like Chris Jericho and Vince have a management here, but they get whatever they want to screw me over, and shoehorn me because one word, disrespect. I am one time TNWE Champion! TNWE, like WWE like WCW, one of the oldest championships in the industry. Yet, I still get no respect. But, as a fatal opponent to Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania in two months, I want your little pathetic a**, JERICHO, to come out here right now. You may be "King of the World", but after Wrestlemania, after 24 hours, I will reclaim my respect and glory as the Best, in the World."
Punk then waited for Jericho to show up..

LOADING POST. CODE NOT FOUND. CODE FOUND. SAVE.US Y2J. CM.PUNK.DAMAGING.MACHINE.SAVE.US.FROM.CM.PUNK --
Chris Jericho was laying down on his sofa in his locker-room while playing around with his iPad. Jericho booked some matches for the Thanksgiving Show and then suddenly was interrupted by Vince McMahon.
Vince McMahon: "CHRIS! Have you heard? CM Punk is calling you out. I want you to go out there and show him whose boss!"
Chris Jericho: "...."
Chris Jericho pushed Vince McMahon out of his way, without saying a word, Chris Jericho walked to the tunnel where wrestlers exit out to do their entrance. Jericho arrived to the tunnel and went up the stairs while hearing the roaring crowd buzz with boos. Chris Jericho got a microphone before going up the tunnel. Jericho then came out of the tunnel and walked to the stage and stood their staring at CM Punk.
"You called Punk? What do you want? Are you here to beat me up? No -- no, you're here because you want respect. You're sitting in my ring talking about respect when you clearly don't have respect for anyone else in this industry. You're making it blatantly obvious when you say that. I've been here long enough to know that whatever is thrown at you is what you deserve. You are a hypocritical tape-worm that deserves none's respect. You say you will reclaim your respect and glory as the Best In The World? You've never been respected and glorified as Best In The World. In fact you've never been the Best In The World."
Chris Jericho set his microphone down and waited for CM Punk's reply.

Punk: Jericho, you don't have one clue how disrespect feels, but after Wrestlemania, when you lose to me, the locker room in the back will just be seeing you as another wrestler wannabe. After you lose, oh, it won't matter, you're just gonna leave and then probably go be a Rockstar and go on tour and make your music with your "crew" on your tour buses and sure, you'll have all the fun you can have, but while you are rocking out in your pajamas, I will be here, getting the respect I clearly deserve. This whole arena is full of disrespectful immigrants, and after I win after Wrestlemania, I'm gonna have you ON YOU KNEES, and make you say, I'm the BEST, in the WORLD. And later that, I'll be on top, chasing after the TNWF Championship! Punk waited for Jericho to respond.

Chris Jericho put the microphone back to his lips and began speaking while walking down the ramp
"You're right Punk. I don't have an idea of how disrespect feels even though despite the fact that you're disrespecting me right now. What is all this gibberish about me -- losing to you? -- That's a flattering offer, but no thanks. I'm putting no effort in that ring in Wrestlemania when I'm competing with you because it isn't required. I'd beat you anyway. I'd beat you with one hand, 2 of my eyes closed, and one leg. That's how weak of a specimen you are. I'm here being a Rockstar. Living a dream. While you read comics all day like a couch potato. I'm beating you in WrestleMania, that's final. I'll crush your itty bitty dreams of being ontop and chasing after the championship. End Of Story"
Chris Jericho was already at the end of the ramp staring at CM Punk and then he set down the microphone once again and waited for a reply

Punk: Jericho, it isn't end of the story yet. We're gonna save the ending of the story at Wrestlemania, the "grandest stage of them all". The perfect stage where I can humiliate you, and your honor that you carry around and your "Jerichoholics" will be there to see it. Hell, even invite you crappy Fozzy members, maybe they can make a song there while I kick your little pathetic a**. And Jericho, I'm not going to speak "gibberish" anymore, you're gonna take your balls out of your guitar case, and put it in your set and hear me clearly. CLEARLY, the fact is, I don't like you one bit, and you don't like me. And that's the breaking point of this whole thing I'm trying to say. The clear breaking snap point, is where you realize when you get pinned 1,2,3, in the middle of the ring of Madison Square Garden, you're gonna see yourself on that Square, and see yourself as another loser. I get the disrespect from the Co-Directors of this industry, and I don't handed nothing, because I don't have the "it factor" that they're looking for. Vince's pathetic family runs this business, like Triple H. A guaranteed Hall of Famer, but did you ever see how hurt he got from one simple idiot from the back. That's exactly what's going to happen to you, Jericho. I'm going to be in the record books, seeing myself on that turnbuckle, celebrating the glory and fame of the desire, of being the Best, in the World. Maybe when I'm reading comic books as you were saying, You might as well see me on the back, as the Wrestlemania Winner of the biggest matches of them all, and labeled as..THE BEST, IN THE WORLD, FINALLY DESERVES, RESPECT!"
Punk waited for the response of Jericho.

Chris Jericho slid inside of the ring and put the microphone up to his lips.
"You really think you're going to feel that power, glory, and honor of winning our match in WrestleMania? No you won't because It's obviously my destiny. You haven't even won a match and felt that kind of stuff nonetheless. I remember witnessing your grand moments at the last WrestleMania. Remember? John Cena vs. CM Punk -- tell me Punk, who won that match? Who walked out with the TNWE champion? It isn't you - for a fact. And in 2 months at WrestleMania you're going to have deja vu because you're the one walking out with nothing. You're gonna be the one walking out crying. The last pinfall will rightfully belong to me. I'll bring my Fozzy members, but you should bring your alcoholic Daddy and your druggy Sister. I'm sure for a fact that they'll root for you, but they'll witness me winning and they'll both be devastated. Your dad will go back to drinking his alcohol/disowning your pathetic little a**. Your sister will go back to swallowing a s**t-ton of pills and hell, maybe get pregnant while doing heroin all day."
Chris Jericho put down the microphone and smirked while giving a little laugh.

Punk: Is that all you can say Jericho? Jericho, you don't see the clear statement I'm trying to make here. The clear statement here, is that I'm better than you. Better, than you. John Cena won that match, fair and square like Superman wins his fights. But 2nd Annual Event, Summerslam came up to you and Trenton for the World Heavyweight Championship. You ended up, losing. Losing is a word you couldn't forget after you left that arena with no gold around your shoulder, and losing, will be the word coming back to your hear after Wrestlemania, and the only thing you'll have around you, is disrespect. The disrespect that you're making to my family, but my family has accomplished more than your family's career than ever. Your father, grew up, and raised you, and he was a Canadian Hockey player. He expected you to do the same thing, but you weren't ever good at it at the certain point. Your father is a complete failure, and seeing you walk down that Wrestlemania ramp as the loser, I'll imagine you as your father leaving as well, seeing you fail as well. Like Father, Like son. But the story is in the middle part right now, and this is where it ends at that point.
