Phina sat in her apartment wondering what she was going to do with her day. She didn't have anything in particular planned and her horoscope for the say suggested she was in for quite a day. So far all she had done was the usual, clipped a few articles from the paper and stored them away, picked out her clothes for the day, and went about her nearly 2 hour long day off getting ready routine. It was her day off and she had the time so she was determined to look just perfect.
She wore a pair of black leather looking leggings, which fit her to a tee, and a see through off the shoulder blouse that revealed a small cami under which a small bit of her tummy showed some skin. Her hair down framing her face in lose waves as she scrolled through her contacts looking for someone interesting. She needed to get out and have a bit of fun and beside one didnt spend a ton of effort to look amazing so no one would see it. A bare but manicured foot, tapped in the air while Phina lay back comfortable against the couch. She sighed at a lost.
"Girls day," she museded a loud, "or boys day."

Noah hadn't exactly gone straight home and started putting together ensemble outfits with his haul from a once upon a time shopping trip. In fact, he had probably only worn about five things total, and most items still had tags on them.
But he had a meeting with an interested investor earlier and decided to a least break in a new pair of trousers. Something fell out of the folds of cloth, but he stuffed it in his pocket without a second thought and rushed off.
Imagine his surprise when he glanced at it in mid-affair and saw the phone number of the attractive woman who helped him pick this stuff out. Part of him was pleased, another part a bit apprehensive and hoping that it was definitely the hot redhead he was thinking of and not like, an ugly employee he was forgetting.
Once he got out of that meeting he pulled out his cellphone and dialed. Maybe she was interested in hanging out. And would hopefully forget how long ago she gave him her number.
He waited for an answer before pitching this idea. "Hey, Phina? It's Noah, former client. Found your number. Up for lunch?"
And hopefully she'd remember she gave him her number and he totally didn't get it through unsavory means. Maybe he should've unwrapped this outfit sooner.

To say Phina was confused was the understatement of the century because didn't recall giving a Noah her number, but she didn't see a problem with having lunch. As odd as it might sound if she said it aloud his voice did sound familiar and she had been looking to get out anyway.
"I was just thinking that lunch would be nice. Do you have any place in mind or were you planning on cooking," she said with a slight grin that she one could probably hear in her voice. She was a flirt, she really couldn't help it.
She stood up, getting off the couch, already heading for her closet to pick out a pair of simple dark green ankle boots that would pull her outfit together nicely. They matched her cami, though the color wasn't totally visible under the cream colored sheer blouse, but you could see the straps well enough.
She was rather excited in the moment because she was getting a surprise in this Noah who she didn't recall.

Noah suggested a neighborhood grill place that he hoped wouldn't be an embarrassment to the classy boutique owner but was still in his price range and after some discussion about directions, he was off.
And late. Maybe he would've cringed at that fact a bit more but really, this was practically a step above a booty call. She was pretty girl, sure, but hopefully wasn't the type to be too offended he took a bit longer than predicted to arrive.
He pulled up on his motorcycle and glanced around, hoping to see a telling shock of red hair (Or at least a memory jog-- if he was mistaken and she wasn't who he thought she was-- to take as a cue to just speed right off and not look back.)

Phina knew of the grill Noah had suggested, but she hadn't eaten there as of yet. She didn't mind at all going there, she like new things. A new restaurant, new friend, new fun.
Phina only arrived a minute of two before Noah as she took a few moments with eye lines and lip gloss in the rear view mirror of her car before she had made her way to the grill.
Phina stood just outside the restaurant, purse in hand, looking amazing her in opinion. The roar of a motorcycle caught her attention and she was certain she spotted Noah before she spotted him. She grinned as he looked around for him before waving to him and giving him an approving look.
She now remembered him, the man who had lots of new clothes picked out for him by his sister and Phina. She had been interested, but after a week or so she'd forgotten about him. How interesting that he would call her now. And he had a motorcycle, which made Phina all the more interested to know him.
"Hello," she said as she approached him.

Noah looked visibly relieved when he saw Phina approach shortly after he parked, smiling his not quite even grin as he took off his helmet and revealed his helmet hair standing up on all ends. "Ah, she came!" He laughed, honestly wondering what he was even expecting.
It was the woman he thought it was. Which was excellent because if she was someone different, that would've been awkward. Well, the run and hop back on his bike to speed away would've been awkward.
"Notice a satisfied customer in your handiwork?" He quipped, offering his elbow before they started walking towards the doors.

Phina took his arm and smiled, "such a gentleman," she said trying not to let out any stupid girlish giggles. Really if she had been expecting anything it wasn't a gentleman, but she wasn't complaining.
Phina gave him the once while they walked taking a minute to admire her handiwork as he so deemed it. She noted he was indeed wearing the clothing from her boutique and it looked nice on him, very nice.
"It most certainly suits you," she said with an as if it wouldn't tone. She and Zia had done a fine job of picking the clothing out. "You look very handsome. Even the wild hair is working in your favor."
She gave him as smirk, as they entered the restaurant. "I'm curious though. I gave you my number some time ago and you've called quite some time later. Any reason for the sudden change of heart?"
Phina saw herself to be a very straightforward person, she wasn't about to beat around the bush. She wanted to know why he'd called her so long after she'd given her number. Usually she'd get a call very quickly, not to she did that very often.

"Oh trust me, I'm a complex kind of guy," Noah laughed with a not-very-subtle wink. "For instance, look at me be all fashionable with helmet hair. Pulling. This. Off."
He even opened he door for her. He wasn't exactly untrained in manners, okay.
She was blunt, and there was no good way to answer, especially when Noah had a habit of being equally blunt. "Had a meeting, found your card in the pocket. And I recalled you being, like, smokin' hot. Besides, we all need lunch, right?" He smirked, holding up two fingers for the hostess. Normally he'd just go sit at the bar but not when he company. So they got a table, and menus, like proper diners.

Phina enjoyed the mutual flirting, it was a nice change of pace, like she could say he got it, just like that he got it. It was her flirting and the man drooling, she felt more on equal footing in the moment. "You've got me there," she said stilling grinning, "I'm not sure I could look that good after pulling a helmet of my head, but then again you never no right."
Thinking about it now Phina knew she would have to get him to take her for a ride. Motorcycles were thrilling and really just made the person on them so much hotter.
She had to laugh at the compliment given to her of being smokin' hot. It most certainly wasn't the answer she was expecting, but it worked well enough and she could definitely except it. She had to say she was liking Noah more and more and they only just been seated.
"You are not what I expected at all, but I think thats a good think. I kind of like you a little. You amuse me, not to mention you have a motorcycle, which makes you just that much hotter."
She looked over the menu not really sure what was good, but not really feeling up to a salad, no, she was definitely hungrier that. "Do you know what good here?"

"Well, there's room for two. If you want, you're welcome to take a ride," Noah suggested with a settled smirk on his face, opening his menu. "And then we can go for a drive on the bike."
"The toasted sandwiches are excellent," He suggested, glancing at the categories. "I'm a burger man, myself. Oh, and there's salads, too... I guess."
Which was code for please don't order a salad. One of Noah's pet peeves, even worse than dates that just pick the most expensive thing on the menu regardless of what it is, were people who substituted meals with salad. There was nothing wrong with a well put together salad, but even those deserved to be relegated to appetizers, in his opinion. Then again, he also realized expecting her to avoid his peeves might be hopes too high for a lunching companion he only invited out on the basis of vaguely remembering she was pretty.

Phina raised an eyebrow when he spoke about his bike, but quickly schooled her features. Surely he wasn't suggesting she go on her own, but no he finished his sentence and Phina nearly laughed at her own silliness. Phina had to say now she definitely liked Noah and the possibilities that came with him. She'd definitely done well in giving him her number and she was revel in her new friend.
"I'm not so you're quite ready for that, but maybe you can prove me wrong." Phina gave a small smile and winked, "but a ride on your bike would be lovely."
She opened her own menu looking at Noah briefly when he made suggestions, noting he didn't seem to be a salad kind of guy, not that she minded. She browsed the toasted sandwiches, forgoing the burgers not really in the mood for red meat.
"I think I will go with toasted turkey sandwich. As much as I love salad, I'll be hungry again in a hour if I go that route." She gave a small laugh and browsed the drinks wondering if it was too early for a daiquiri and deciding it was.

"Hey, I think you'll find I'm a big boy. Total grown up, ready for anything. Dress myself and everything," He jokingly argued before laughing a bit, "Well, when you aren't dressing me.
He did roll his eyes a bit at the salad comment, but happily ordered his burger and a draft beer because he decided it as not too early to start drinking. Then again, he was technically still up from yesterday and his perception might've been a tad skewed. However, he did manage to stop being shameless for the briefest moment to make eye contact and mild conversation with their waiter, only pausing for Phina to order her own meal.
Once he was gone, though, Noah turned back to his lunch guest. "So what does Phina Fiona do when not dressing up devilishly handsome bachelors?"

Phina laughed lightly at his joking statement, her eyes sparkling with amusement, having to cover a mouth to stifle the laughter at the dressing comment as her mind ventured a bit further into the gutter. The approach of the waiter brought her quickly back to her poised self, so she could order her sandwich and a coke, wishing for a bit of rum, since Noah had ordered a beer.
She thanked the waiter for taking her order and returned her attention to Noah who quickly had her amused again and seemed to be very good at keeping a light fun mood.
"Well I do so much love to dress up you devilishly handsome bachelors and I wish I had more time for it, but I've a business to run and employees to direct. Just last month I was attending fashion week checking out whats in for the fall. Some very nice pieces. Work keeps me busy, but not to busy for fun."
She grinned, "Im looking forward to the release of several new movies. I do believe the drive in will be have few good ones before it gets too cold. I do a little bit of everything elsewise, you know parties, barbecues, exercising, everything. And you. What do you know when you do when you not getting new clothes and lunching with smokin hot women?"

"Ah, that silly work issue," Noah laughed. His own business ate up the majority of his own free time. "Fashion week sounds fun. I mean, if you're into that kind of thing. It's pretty awesome when your business let's you do things you love, yanno? I'm pretty sure I would've walked away from my own little resource pit if it wasn't a labor of love."
When she mentioned the drive in he resisted with all his might about making a comment about their age. He was pretty sure mentioning the drive in to someone in his sister's generation would garner either confused looks or comments about how 'retro' it was.
"I haven't been paying attention to what's coming out. The summer releases kind of overloaded me. There were so many and even then I think the Avengers just ate everyone's lunch," He paused when their drinks came to guzzle a bit and absentmindedly wipe the foam off on his sleeve. "But anyway, the cold doesn't seem like a huge problem. Not when there are plenty of ways to warm up," He finished with a joking eyebrow waggle before laughing at himself.
"And what a coincidence! The lady like barbecues. See, I'm pretty awesome at those," He sat back, only half joking in all of his bragging. "I own a restaurant, sure, but at home I'm a barbecue artist. It would blow your mind, like dangerously. I might ruin you for other men." When his burger plate was slid in front of him, he was distracted by fries for the briefest of moments and then, "And then I could cook dinner."
No, Noah did not have an off switch.

Phina had one elbow on the table leaned slightly forward to listen, sipping on her coke. Noah obviously wasn't into fashion, but Phina had already know that and that didn't make her any less into him. He didn't seem like a fashion week kind of person, but she was glad he seemed to understand.
"It is nice my jobs allows me to travel, even if its still work, there is a fair bit of fun involved to."
She gave a small laugh when he spoke about the summer releases and the Avengers. The summer releases could be a bit much, but Phina had always loved movies since she was a child, the home theater in her home was proof enough. She probably had a larger collect than most libraries. She smirked a the comment about the cold, but she totally agreed.
"That is probably the reason why they are closed for the winter, there wouldn't be much watching going on ... not to mention some other hazards."
She nodded when he spoke about barbecues, but by the end of the comment she was trying very hard not laugh too hard. She'd never been out with someone quite like Noah before it was much more entertaining than she had been expecting.
"And the list as to what makes you so fine continues," she said before munching on a chip that came with her sandwich, "keep them coming. You have most certainly peaked my interest."
