Trying to be a gentleman... "So,... what, uh, do you like to eat... or do you know what you can or can't eat?"

Tarlotte loyally follows Luke into the mess-hall and she looks around the room, studying where everything is

"Food does me like? I...does not sure... Shall just...should eat something simple and practical?"

This is Sergent Damewood, come hell or high water, it will be done. "uh... kay then." Luke says, as he escorts her to one of the bench tables, and has her sit down. "Wait here." Luke walks into the line, which was really empty considering this would be a cafeteria soon, so it felt almost weird. Stepping up to one of the chefs behind the counter, "Uh... maybe just some BLT's, i guess." "Yes sir." The chef quickly and superbly makes two large BLT's and puts them onto a tray handing it to Sgt. Luke. "Thank you." Luke says as he turns to the table. Placing the tray between the both of them, then shifting the burgers to Tarlotte and himself. "Ok then, lets eat." Luke says happily, as he begins to eat.

Tarlotte sits down and waits for Luke, she watches him as he gets the food...
She makes an attempt at a small polite smile type expression when Luke returns and gives her the BLT
"Thanking for you commander"
Commander Behavior Inconsistent With All Prior Experience And Knowledge...Anomaly...Why is Luke Commander being politely towards me..are I not just a weapon?
Tarlotte pokes the BLT curiously and watches Luke to see how he eats his, usually her food wasnt handed to her so kindly, and she wasnt completely sure how to eat this food item anyways

This is Sergent Damewood, come hell or high water, it will be done. Luke's Marine Corps grunt training had taught him many skills, especially, eating an entire ten thousand calorie meal in less than thirty seconds. He succeeded at that every time he ate. As he finished the burger, he noticed Tarlotte hadn't finished, let alone started on her sandwich. She not like that?..... hmm,.. maybe she hasn't had that.... naw, who hasn't had a BLT before... (Grunt thinking going on here... he has rank, but is still a grunt at heart.) "Uhh.... Tarlotte, you not want that... I can, get you something else if you want me to?"

Tarlotte watches blankly as Luke quickly eats his BLT
Analyzing...Is that how to eating it?
"Huh? oh..I...commander…th-that is not what is..."
she seemed worried that Luke was mad at her or something in her tone, and then she eats her BLT in a fashion basically mimicing how Luke ate his

This is Sergent Damewood, come hell or high water, it will be done. It seemed almost surreal to Luke, how almost the entire BLT was consumed by this girl like she just got off of the drill field or just out of bootcamp. "Dang... ay, careful, you might choke eating that fast... " Luke leaned inward concerned but also observantly as she consumed the sandwich.

Tarlotte did not understand why Commander Luke was looking at her as he was, did she eat it wrong or something? She was uncertain
"What...I not choke? Did...I not eat it correct?"
Anomaly...Behavior Conflicting In Contradiction...have I did something not right? Is luke commander displeased...

Luke leaned back some once he knew she was fine. "Uhh... I'm kinda thirsty... yo-you want anything to drink?... coffee?.. juice?.. ... water?..." Luke asked as he raised up from his seat and slowly waked backwards as he neared the fountains.

Tarlotte am just a weapon...Tarlotte looks at Luke with a puzzled expression as she thinks... Tarlotte makes a 'it tastes yucky' face when Luke says coffee (like this) "Coffee...Yucky... Thirsty?...uhm..."I...wanting...which one does me like?..."I...Just not decide...I am uncertainty..."

Evelyn had been secretly watching the two of them through the doorway, and now decides to sneak up on Luke. She suddenly whacks the back of his head and smirks at him. "What do you think you're doing?" she yells with a slight playful tone in her voice. "What makes you think you can eat like that in front of a lady?" She winks at Tarlotte as well and smiles kindly at her.

I ate... whats the matter with asking if someone is thirsty?... oh yeah..."So no coffee, kay I'll get ya some juice then." Luke says now smiling in her direction, then walking over to the counter of drinks. "You just get in Corporal?" Luke asks.

Tarlotte flinches when Evelyn whacks Luke and then she stand up suddenly and smacks her hands down on the table
"Do not hitting Luke Commander!!"
Analyzing Threat Level...Commander Luke Seems To Be Permissive Of This Person...Threat Level Standby do Luke Commander know her?..why she hits him?
Tarlotte sits back down, feeling conflicting and probably the equivalent of awkward
"Juice then? Very okay accepting..."
she then turns to evelyn....whom her commander referred to as a corporal
"miss Corporal Lady person...in all respecting..Tarlotte not am lady...Me am...weapon...?"

Evelyn giggles at Luke, and her head whips towards Tarlotte when she attempts to defend him. She isn't startled, however, and without looking away from her, she says, "Yep, just got back from a quick recon mission..." When Tarlotte addresses her, she answers back in a suddenly serious, yet warm, tone. "Of course you are a lady... Not a weapon... Even if they experimented on you... You're still a human being..."
