It was now fall and for some reason it was the season when many were not into fooling around and playing games. It was the worse time of year when most Leagils were striving to bring in harvest and prepare for winter. It was the time of year that a pale coated stallion with extremely fluffy thin hair hated the most. No one would play, any tricks and jokes were met with angry and more annoyance to the point were it was not even fun to try and provoke anyone.
The short stallion pursed his lips and with a loud exasperated sigh flopped down on a lounge chair in the lobby of an small inn. It was so boring during this time of year and the young stallion felt that he might loose his mind if he could not find something fun to do. He tossed a red jump suit covered arm over his eyes in a dramatic gesture of boredom and rolled from the chair onto the floor.

 Ailill was in the inn looking for for some sport. Since his friend, Gavril had helped him to realize that he had no need to give up his playful ways, he was always on the look out for a new bit of fun. A flash of red caught his eye. He looked over to see a pale stallion in a red jumpsuit with blue hair. He couldn't help but chuckle at the over dramatic faint. He stepped over to the pale creature. "Is there something wrong?"

A pale wrist lifted up and one smokey eye looked up at the brightly colored stallion above him. Mentally Thing Two shouted Jack Pot! This stallion's brilliant colors that seemed both to match and clash at once would be prefect to one of his more adult trouble making plans. But there was no need to jump the gun. The little imp needed to keep his cool and not rush it. But now he was feeling his heart race with ideas.
All of that had passed threw his mind in seconds and he let his hand fall back over his eye with a soft smack. "Fall is so boring I think I might be dying of it!" he said his voice was higher than a normal stallion but it had a more fun ring to it that an annoying pitch.

Ailill chuckled lightly and knelt by the stallion. "I agree that fall may be boring. However, I find that having the company of the another mearh makes the time pass just a bit more quickly." He paused and looked the stallion up and down, "I see that you wear clothes, but yours are different than the ones I have seen before. That is interesting..."

Thing Two let his arm fall from his eyes to rest on the floor above his head and he looked up at the stallion kneeling next to him. "Oh this is a true enough fact! It is always great when you are with one who has your back." He could not help bit grin as the other looked him over. "Yes I do and I see you do not. Well we can change one of those easy enough. But most find the pale coat and lack of a tail a bit....indecent." he said softly and winked. "Not that a bit of indecency is that bad from time to time. Would you not agree?"

Ailill smiled at the stallion. "You are right about that. Why should we care about things like propriety. The only thing I value is that I am an honest stallion. Why should they care that you have no tail, I find you very interesting regardless." He smiled and extended his hand, "Why don't we go down to the tavern and get better acquainted?"

Thing Two smiles, "Oh you do? Even with no tail? Well then maybe with a few drinks from the tavern we can see if you really don't mind me tailless." He giggled and took a hold of the offered hand and got up. He dusted off his rump and nods, "Yes I would very much like to get to acquainted with you. You are very interesting as well. Nakedness, tail and all." he grinned and nods, "So your honest...never tell a lie or mistruth? And yet your still rather intriguing ....oh interesting." His voice was very excited and it was clear on his face as well.

Ailill grinned and took the stallions hand to help him stand. "Yes that is something I do. If you ask for my opinion, I shall give it. Or you could ask a question about me and I'll answer it truthfully as I see it." He led the excited stallion to the tavern found a table and ordered drinks. "Will you tell me your name?"

Thing One looked a bit shocked at this, "Oh wow how interesting that might be. You have never told a lie ever? Even as a foal?" He asked as he walked with the other to the tavern sitting down he smiled and waited for the drinks. "Ah yes names would be useful. Thing Two. I Have a twin brother named Thing One. Though I think I might have been morn first...our mother got us mixed up."

Ailill smiled as he took a drink from the mug that the waitress brought him. "Not even when I was a foal, but as I said before, I tell the truth as I see it. You'd be surprised at how much trouble it can get onto." He paused upon hearing the stallion's name. "Thing Two, huh? No offense but, your mother must have had a cruel sense of humor."

Thing Two took his mug and looked at it for a moment then looked back up at the other stallion. "Oh yes I can see how it could cause lots of trouble really. Some people hate hearing the truth." He laughed and gave a bit of a nod, "Yes I guess you can say that. She never really wanted foals I guess. my brother and I were...well not expected I guess. She was like you I guess in being honest. She did not want foals so instead of admitting we were real she just called us things and gave us a number to tell us apart." He smiled happily at Ailill as if reliving a happy memory instead of being unwanted. "What is your opinion of foals? Surely you would not just name them things if you ever hand unwanted ones."

Ailill shook his head slightly and downed the rest of his drink. "I'll admit that I am prone to taking lovers, but I don't see myself having foal. But if I did I wouldn't name them things at all. Not that I'd be much of a parent. Some are meant to be that way and others aren't."

As the other stallion downed his drink Thing Two took that moment to tip the contents of a potion vail he had been carrying with him for some time now. Then before it potion could get too much of the candle and lantern's lights he downed it as well. This stallion was just what he would need. He grinned brightly at him and giggled a bit, "Oh I am sure you could not be worse than my mother. She left us to out own amusements. My brother and I got into so many fights. I think I don't have a tail cause he burnt it off before we knew fire was bad. And I cut his off before we learned that blades were sharp." He sighed, "Oh so you take precautions when you take lovers or do you only take males?" he asked raising his hand to order them both two more drinks. "But yes not everyone is parent material. But why ruin all our fun with talk of foals? Lets just have fun tonight and keep each other from boredom shall we?" He gave a little wink and a playful smile.

He stared at Thing Two for a moment, "So you got rid of each others tales? That seems a bit harsh." Ailill smirked and looked at Thing Two. "Now do you really want to know the answer to that?"

Thing Two nods, "I do think so...Because we both have scare where our tails should be. Would you like to see?" He asked with a smile and that again grew even bigger at the other stallion's question. "Oh yes I would very much like to know. Unless you think it would be more fun to show me the answer." He giggled, "Though I am having so much fun with you right now. You really are a life saver. I was so bored I thought I was going to die and already I feel all excited!" He clapped his hands together as the second round of drinks were brought forward.
