There are some guidelines regarding what is and what isn't appropriate.

Content: Any role-playing in the faction forums, Campfire Stories, or Campaign, must be Canon to the point of location and possibility of the situation. There will be other, designated areas in the guild to pursue Sandbox and crossover role-play. Romantic relationships are allowed, to any extent and degree. If it's dirty, keep it simple and imprecise.

Characters: History and race must be canon again to the the point of location and possibility of the situation.

Gear: All weapons and armor must be canon to the point of reference within any Fallout game. New Vegas and Fallout 3 are obviously preferred, but these aren't the only games from which one may draw reference.
