It was not that Yin was being a creeper.

It was that Yin was creeping.

There was a difference.

But there was a very good reason to this, really. The ghoul that had passed by...he could have sworn he recognized her. That he had seen her somewhere and it niggled at the back of his mind. But he could not place her, and that bothered him. Deeply. Did he remember her from seeing her at the school, and if so...had anyone known her? Was she actually a student here or...something else. That thought terrified him, but there was only one thing that could really be done. Go find out.

And by go find out he intended to follow her until he placed her, saw someone interact with her so she would prove she was not a hunter in disguise, or just...stare eerily. Really, there was nothing odd here. Just a mantodae with a few traces of paranoia lingering.

Yin just...could not help but be suspicious. The ghoul was so incredibly happy after all. Who actually went around skipping and hopping like that...unless they were a hunter in disguise that was excited about causing some students pain. Yes, there was something off about this ghoul.

He felt...rather embarrassed when she turned to look at him (or well, anyone that might have been following her, you never knew with gnomes...or if someone had been caught in that hair of hers). Caught so easily...he was not doing a very good job at being sneaky. Sighing he straightened up, approaching her but not getting too close. "Greetings Miss." Pale green eyes focused watched her cautiously. "Um...what are you doing?"

The way she trailed off when she started talking about her room, like maybe...maybe something was weird about it...yes, that did not help his suspicion go away. Did she have a room? If so, what did she do in that room? Surely it could not be so simple as just sewing for her to be so flustered.

Still, at least being on edge helped him to not completely lose it over flustering a ghoul. She looked fidgety...nervous? A strange chill was working up his back at the idea. Her introduction...it could just be a false name. "Greetings Miss Siobhan," he said after a long moment of silence and with a barely perceptible bow. "I am Yǐn Cáng. I could...I could escort you back to your room if you would like." Just to make sure that it really existed.

Gentleboil? "N-no I do not think so," he said quickly, getting a bit flustered and then trying to remind himself that it might be a trap, that maybe she was not as nice as she was trying to sound. Still, she had agreed to let him go with her, and she was heading toward a dormitory, so that was all a good sign. If she had started to lead him away from the school he may have been disturbed.

"So," he said, trying to sound casual about it. It might have been evident that he was certainly asking for a reason though. "How long have you been going to school here?"

Eleven? That had two numbers in it if he remembered correctly. That meant she had been here for a long, long time. Yet somehow he had not seen her? Well, maybe he had seen her, something about her seemed oddly familiar, but...

She really did seem like it could be overwhelming for her. Maybe he was just being overly cautious...but could he be overly cautious any longer? "It is good to get to know other people though. In case something were to happen..."

Why…why was she hiding. That pulled his defenses up. That and the fact that they just seemed to be getting lost in the halls. Sure, his room was much the same way, difficult to find unless one knew where they were going…but he knew he was not a hunter undercover.

”Gossiping is not nice,” he said with a small frown, but she was talking about…oh she said the key word. He started, but then…well she had seen them. And she had been to the Horsemen as well…and Yin highly doubted a hunter would be talking about them. ”Did…did you like going there? Learning about them?” He had…not talked about the Horsemen much. He knew Alexander had dealt with them, knew they had helped rescue him…knew the hunters were interested in them…but he normally had no reason to deal with them. But now…well he would talk about them if it meant he was not talking about hunters again.

"But normally it is good to talk to that person directly," he stated softly.

There now, the way she said that, even if the word still made him cringe, that did not sound like how a hunter would describe things. And she did have a room, seeing as she was fiddling with a locked door. Maybe...maybe this ghoul checked out after all. "The important thing is that you did work up your courage in the end."

Still he could not help but peek inside, curious. Just to make sure that it looked lived (or died) in. Yes, it did seem to check out. But...there was not terribly much in it, just like his own room. Just a bed and a few other bits and pieces. Okay, he had to admit it, this ghoul seemed clean. "Thank you for letting me escort you back," he said softly, figuring that she would be more than glad to get rid of him. "You um...have a very nice room."

She appeared to be...having some issues controlling her body movement. Odd. He was not going to stare down there though, nope. "It is more furnished than my room," he stated honestly.

As soon as she mentioned it would be inappropriate he was backing away. Finally, someone that understood. "Of course Miss Siobhan," he gave her another small bow. "I hope that you have a nice day."

There, one more person proven student in the name of great justice.
