((might be a little bloody or something just putting a warning up for the sensitive folk))
The moon was high in the sky this night, a horrible night to try and be sneaky but that wasn't really Bane's style most of the time anyways. Least not about what he was doing right at this moment. There was no one on this side of the forest at this hour which was perfect. Rarely did Bane ever make an attempt to hide his victims by burying them, but this was in Bane's mind a failed game. The poison was supposed to be quick and deadly the man shouldn't have had time to realized what had happened and attack Bane for it. Not that Bane couldn't defend himself, but he hadn't been expecting it.
Bane and the corpse where covered in blood. The man had stabbed Bane with a knife before Bane was forced to slit the man's throat with a hunting dagger. Such a much, such a shame, Bane liked to leave perfect bodies that had died from an unknown poison, but a slit throat for a druid's blade. No he couldn't let this body be found.
With his bear hands he had dug a grave and kicked the body in it with no care what so ever. The only emotion on his face was one of disappointment at his lack of good handy work. "You wasted my night old man.....you must have been immune to some of the poison. It's your fault that another will die to this poison because you ruined the experiment." Bane sighed again before starting to lazily kick the dirt over the body.

The scent of blood was in the cool night air and it was calling to her. She could tell it was fresh. The metallic smell was so strong. Her mind began to wander as she followed the scent like a moth to a flame. Perhaps it was a pack of wolves feasting upon a fresh kill? The graphic image briefly touched her mind before it was forgotten. The blood was not that of an animal; but a human. Now her mind was all the more curious. A human killed within the woods, one that she herself took no part in. Who had done it? But more importantly, where was the body?
Her pale skin almost glowed under the moon light and her body effortlessly waded through the forest. She continued towards the scent of blood, now mixed with freshly turned soil. No graveyard was nearby which lead her to the conclusion of a murder. Someone was trying to hide a terrible secret in these woods. Crimson painted lips turned up into a smile as she thought about the prospect of a new body to play with.
When she found the burial site, she could only watch in silence as a tall man kicked dirt onto the freshly turned grave. He was covered in blood and dirt, guilty for all eyes to see. Fortunately for him only one pair of violet eyes saw the truth of his actions. As he spoke to the corpse, she made her presence known with gently spoken words. “The buried secret of a guilty man.” Allowing herself to be seen, she stepped into view. She took up the protection of a nearby tree, casually leaning against it while her arms closed around the trunk. That smile never left her lips and she continued to watch him. Although her face displayed curiosity and amusement, it was sometimes difficult to hide her predatory look within her eyes. “An experiment was performed to quench the thirst of a curious mind? It is a wonder how this man won the honor of dying by your hand. Surely this wasn’t a random encounter; your subjects for research must have qualifying characteristics?”

Bane stopped his moments as he heard someone speak. He lifted his head and turned it towards her. His yellow eyes reflected in the moon light showing of the animal like slits he had instead of pupils. There seemed to be no concern in the fact that someone had seen him or called him a guilty man so to speak. He let out a small growl as he gritted his teeth more a warning then anything. Trust was not something he had specially to someone up at the same hour as he was.
"You are mistaken. It is the buried mistake of a sloppy job. I rarely bury my work unless I mess up." Bane replied keeping his eyes on the female. She didn't seem upset by what she saw so this brought two feelings to Bane. The female was either dangerous, or had an interest in death or murder. This in itself was keeping Bane from just running back into the forest and vanishing quickly from site. His curiosity was bound to get him in trouble one day.
"Again you are wrong. I was bored first, the experiment was a result of that. He won the honor, because he was in the right place at the right time. And no they don't, well they need to be a certain amount of trusting. Or perhaps needing of something. He got lost in the forest and couldn't find water so i offered him wine." Bane said with a cruel little smile. His attacks most of the time had no reason behind them other then his boredom. Though if someone was dumb enough to mess with his gardens he had been known to attack then as well. "Now the more interesting matter at hand is the moon lit female that approaches a murderer in woods. Is she crazy, curious perhaps. Or does she have a reason to speak with the blood covered druid?" Bane asked as began to wipe some of the dirt from his arms.

She continued to watch him from the comfortable distance between them, having no intention of moving closer until the druid left. All his handy work burying the body would be for not. She had every intention to steal it once he was done with the situation. Perhaps if she had gotten there sooner he wouldn’t have had to bury it at all!
But when he questioned why she was present, her lips curled into a tiny little smirk. Should she tell him? She mentally debated the outcome before her hand rose. A red painted finger nail pointed at the freshly turned soil as she boldly claimed. “That. She cooed. “I couldn’t care less about the druid in the woods, covered in blood. I came for the spoils of death; the body.
She pushed away from the tree, smoothing the material of her dress against her slim frame. “The scent of blood drew me to this location. I had hoped it was a pack of wolves feasting upon a kill. Perhaps one injured as well… I could use more wolves in my collection. But… if you are quite finished, I will take it off your hands. I don’t like to be kept waiting. Looking at the druid once more, that smirk spread across her lips. Perhaps she should add the druid to her collection as well… It was a tempting idea.

Bane raised a curious brow now and looked down at the body for a moment wondering what she could want with it. He then smiled at her and took a few steps back motioning for her to take what she wanted.
"I'm curious to see what you are going to do with it. I've heard of those that use magic to deal with the dead but I have never encountered it which was always a sad thing to me. I love creating death so much with my poisons, but it would be fascinating to see what else one can do with death." Bane said with a twisted look on his face. This was very much the horrid side of him showing right now.
Bane made an odd face at the mention of wolves though. He shifted his stance and as he did a wolf mask on his belt shifted into view for a moment. He didn't say anything even though the fact that she had hoped it was an injured wolf upset him a bit. "What sort of collection is it?"

When the druid stepped back, Desideria remained in her place. She was eager to raise the dead, but rushing it never resulted in a useable ghoul. Taking her eyes off of Bane, she began to scout lower branches for a decent stick. Sure, the forest ground was littered with sticks; she even stood atop of one. But the snap that came from a breaking branch was enticing and she shivered in delight when the chosen stick broke from the tree. Only now, with stick in hand, did she return her gaze to Bane and notice that mask. Druids were so protective of their little arts and craft projects…
“If you fancy yourself an observer, you may want to step back several more paces.” It was a warning not to be taken lightly. Carefully stepping onto the grave, she looked down at the dirt below her feet and scowled. Her shoes would have to be thrown away when she returned. Far more dirty than she liked! With disgust she kicked her foot to remove a clump of dirt from the toe.
“It’s an amazing collection of the dead of course. Why else would I be here for a body? “ Her eyes remained on the dirt as she began to scribble in strange symbols within circles, connecting them one to another. Obviously it was an intricate magic circle and one that she drew often. “The creatures I raise belong to me and work for me. For example, my wolves scout the forest. My humans tend my shrine. You can call it servitude in death. “

Bane moved further towards the tree line as to give the woman space as well as to head her warning. He knew better then to deify someone when they were warning about their craft. He moved his hands in his pocket always ready to defend himself if need be. the pockets filled with one type of toxin or another.
Bane listened while she wrote and drew things in the dirt. What a strange being she was and yet he loved the way she smelled. He could smell the essence of death about her which was something that half entranced him.
"A very useful and enviable collection indeed." Bane replied to what she had told him. This female was gaining some form of respect or even a fan out of Bane. He wondered if a druid was capable of learning such magics. He doubted it though it didn't seem a logical jump from controlling the plants to the dead. That didn't mean though that he could not find a way to enjoy these powers. He felt excited to see how this would work. How the creature would act once risen. Did the bodies stop in their decomposing? So many questions he wanted to ask her, but he decided to be quite and let her concentrate if she needed to.

When the circle was complete, the Exorcsima took a step back to observe her handy work. Perfect. She wouldn’t have it any other way! No longer needing the stick, she discarded it without a second thought. She paid little attention to Bane, though her eyes did glance in his direction when he commented about her collection. Oh, if he only knew…. Her collection was quite impressive.
“I feel as if you’re spying on me, watching from the trees… I’ve never allowed anyone to watch before. ” Well, no one she didn’t control. But it didn’t stop her. Her lips began to move and speak a language foreign to the Druid; the language of her people. The spell was cast and the symbols began to pool with blood, and eerie glow emitted from each word. When the spell completed, Bane would quickly notice that, well, nothing was different. The circle was still written in the dirt, but no creature appeared like one would anticipate. However, Desideria remained focused on the dirt where faint sounds began to sound from below.
Slowly, the ghoul crawled from the dirt, freeing itself from its grave. Desideria certainly wasn’t going to do it, so it better dig itself out! Like a scene from a horror movie, the creature emerged from the dirt. The body was as Bane left it, fleshy and diced from the Druid’s blade. Slowly the man righted himself to stand on two feet, never letting his eyes wander from the woman that now controlled him in death.
“Very nice.” The woman cooed, clapping her hands excitedly. “And you unearthed yourself in record time. The fastest yet. Now, come forward.”
It followed her command, shuffling towards her as it fought to stay upright. When the man was close to Desideria, she leaned forward to get an ear near the man’s chest, but not too close as she didn’t want to get dirty! But she listened for that rhythmic thumping. That smile quickly flipped into a frown when the woman was unable to hear the man’s heart beat. It was rather disappointing really, how she never gets the heart to reanimate with the body. “Another disappointment.”

"I apologize and at the same time thank you for allowing me to stay." Bane said with a smile followed by a very curious face. He would have found a way to watch even if she had chased him off really.
Bane's eyes flicked with delight as he watched the whole thing unfold. It was the most exciting thing he had seen...ever. His eyes moved from the creature to the female. Bane felt a want to be a part of this some how. He knew he couldn't learn that magic, but perhaps she would let him kill for her or something.
The druid stayed silent though the look on his face betrayed how excited he was about all this. He raised a brow though as she said it was another disappointment. "May I ask how it is a disappointment?" To him everything had seemed to go perfect. She had risen someone from the dead and he now listened to her commands. What more could she want from a corpse?
"Curious about something too, does it have to be a fresh grave to work? Because I've got a few more I could take you two that aren't too old." After all why should they go to waste is she could use them.

Before Bane spoke his question, the girl was dusting off the creature with disgust. They were so filthy when they first emerge! “Now you go straight home and have someone wash you down. I won't have you tracking mud all over my shrine. Now go, I'm done with you.” With a casual flick of her wrist, she sent the ghoul sauntering home. If anything, it was amazing it new the way home on its own, though her magic had a great deal to do with it.
But when she heard Bane speak, her eyes fell on the Druid once more. Yea, she had forgotten about him for a moment. But she smiled, gesturing to the retreating creature. “No matter how fresh the kill is, I can never revive the heart. I do love that sound. The thump, thump, thump of a beating heart.” She bit her bottom lip lightly, seeming to shiver with pleasure by just the mere thought of a beating heart. It was music to her ears, and only music she could hear at the moment.
“The stage of decay does determine what I can raise. From ghouls to skeletons, I can raise them all.” She explained, not at all impressed with herself. “As for grave robbing, I'd be all for it. I do love the thrill of stealing a good corpse.”

Bane watched the interaction between them curiously and wondered how many more there were at her shrine as she called it. His mind pondered on the thought of an entire village like shrine filled with reanimated corpses. Where they strong enough to defend her shrine or did they just clean it and do things to pamper her. He would like to see this shrine of her's one day. The druid seemed to place a hand on his chin in thought about what she said. His mind working over the thought of keeping a heart thumping even after death. There wasn't much point to it other then the flow off blood which was not needed in a dead creature. He thought of the many poisons that he knew of that could stop the heart from thumping causing a person to die. "Are you determined that it be of your own magic that the heart continues to thump?" A curious look had crossed Bane's face the mad mixer of poisons was pondering rather he could make a poison that killed everything but the heart. "Then a robbing we shall go. If you want? I am not ashamed to say your magic has me ensnared with much more then a mere curiosity. I create death for fun and yet you have found so much more to do with it." Bane said his yellow eyes focused on the Exorcsim. He was curious if she was the type to want to be alone with their magic always. Or would she let him enjoy her powers even if its just by watching.

She seemed to have use for the Druid after all, and that caused the girl to smile once more. He would make an excellent addition to her collection, though keeping him alive for now would benefit her much more. “The reason as to why the heart beats makes no difference to me. It's the sound of the beating that I desire. Although I can raise the body and reanimate it, I am not bringing it back to life... thus the heart never beats. It's a disappointment in the end, but my other collection beats strong.” Oh, there was a lot more to her than Bane knew and he would be quite impressed in the end should he receive an invitation to her beloved shrine.
“But, if we are going on an all night outing of grave robbing, I need a moment.” Her hand reached out behind her and gave a gesture of beckoning. Out from between the trees came a figure much like her own, though male in gender. They were obviously related by blood and shared a close bond. When he was close enough to her, that out reached hand was taken into his and he quickly began to wipe away dirt. There was no doubt she was a pampered lady and he took good care of his beloved sibling. At least, that's what it looked like on the outside. It was all her doing after all. He was just like the creature she rose just moments ago, but stronger. Something was different about this one...
Taking a closer look at the male, one would notice that he was an Exorcisma. They shared the same silver hair, tall slender frames and violet eyes. But the male had one thing the woman did not; a large wound to his chest. It looked as if something, or someone, ripped his heart out; literally.
After inspecting the work on her hand, she seemed satisfied and gave a curt nod of her head. “Well, Mr. Druid... I do believe I am ready now. But I would first like to introduce you to my brother. He is my most prized possession. He was my first successful experiment...” She purred, putting an arm around his neck as he effortlessly lifted the girl into his arms. He was to carry her to the next grave, as she no longer had a desire to walk.

"Then I might be able to help you. Not with the already dead I don't think. But if I'm correct I might be able to create a poison that will stop and kill everything but the heart muscle. It is my life to make new poisons, one this complicated would be beyond thrilling to make." Bane would need a few weeks to just gather some of the rare ingredients for this, but once he had the seeds he could experiment as much as he wished till he got it right. Bane moved to pick up his bag that had been stored in the trees. His eyes never left her as he did. As he slung the bag over his shoulder the sound of clinking bottles was heard since they filled his bag. He eyed the male figure that appeared curiously. He could no doubt put two and two together when it came to an obsession. She liked hearts just as much as he liked his poisons, that was another thing he could appreciate about her. Normally Bane would be on edge ready in case she decided she wanted his, but this was not the case. Having dealt with bad dreams and a fear of not only caring for someone, but fear of hurting that person. Bane had less value on his own life then normal. This female was probably going to give Bane and outlet for his killing beyond that of just for fun. With that he was willing to take what ever came his way even if death followed. "Pleasure to meet your brother." Bane smiled killing family was no shock to him seeing as he was ready and willing to do the same to his. Specially if he could see them have to be someone's slave after death. Oh the thought was amazing. "Call me Bane if you wish milady." Bane said turning to head into the forest slightly. He only wished to be on this pampered girl's good side for now so it couldn't hurt to throw in words she might enjoy being called. Besides what reason would she have cause death to someone willing to aid her as she wished in life?
