Maleficar lounged on a rock sunning herself. It was a perfect day, not too hot, not too cold, and the sun felt wonderful on her fur. She looked as smug as she felt. Unfortunately one could not afford to be completely relaxed and unaware of their surroundings if one wished to live long. She had her eyes half closed as she enjoyed the sun, but her ears were ever perked for sound and she kept those half closed eyes scanning around. With her colors she should blend into the rocks some, so that would help keep anyone from deciding to attack her, but she still did not want to be caught unaware of anyone's presence.

Maleficar perked her eyes up at a very soft sound that she could not quite make out. Was that paw pads? It could have been, but it was so faint she could hardly hear it. It could just be paranoia, but best to check. She opened her eyes fully and scanned around the area, even lifting her head to look behind her. When she saw the lion, he was nearly on top of her. He had managed to come beside her while she was enjoying the sun. The nice part was he did not seem aware of her yet. He was a good few yards away from her, walking abreast with her location, but it still was a bad thing she had missed him. "You look like you are up to no good."

Maleficar found the surprise on the lion's face quite amusing. HA, she had not been the only one caught off guard by the presence of the other. It made her feel better about the situation. Not that she would not be grumbling at herself mentally for days about it happening at all, but she still would not feel as bad since she could see the other party had been no more aware than she. This was one of those things she just was not going to tell Dysi. He would find it much too funny and tease her about it mercilessly. She hated when Pansy teased her. It was humiliating considering who was the muscle of the two of them was not him by any means.

Maleficar could not fault the lion for being truthful, but she had to wonder just how many would take the response he gave as a bad one. She did not miss the purr in his voice or the dancing tail. Someone was in a good mood, or at least a playful one. She could use a bit of playing with a male. It might make her day even better. She would have to see if this one was toy material or just an annoyance, though. "Is a female supposed to be impressed by your pirate status?" The leopardess gives a very tiny hint of a smile on her muzzle, but not much more. "And a silver tongue. My you are interesting, aren't you?"

Maleficar did not move from her sunning spot. She had yet to find a reason to move, especially for an unknown male with sneaky tendencies. "That is well then, because I am not at all impressed. You are, very simply, just another lion. Your fancy title means nothing to me." She gave the male a little more of that smile. She was teasing him, and he would just have to deal with it. "Your smooth words and handsome coloring on the other paw are much more pleasing to a female like myself." The leopardess was enjoying herself so far. Perhaps having her sunbathing interrupted was not so bad.

Maleficar was actually a little surprised that the male asked for her name. Very few ever dared to ask such a thing. Most either got scared off before they thought to ask it, or they were too distracted by her to find the brainpower to come up with such a question. She guessed she would have to answer it since it was asked, though. "My name is Malleus Maleficarum. It does not please me to have a gaggle of pesky, useless males following me about everywhere. I take my pleasure where I will and leave the males to sort themselves out while I move on."

Maleficar finally shifted from her position and stood, giving herself a lazy stretch as she went. She had been laying there a while and she deserved to take the time to stretch as she prepared to leave her perch. The leopardess would have gone back to sunning herself had it looked like the male might leave, but since it did not appear that way and she was in the mood to play with someone anyway, it was time for her to leave her lazy rock perch. She gracefully hopped down in front of the lion, not at all worried about the difference in size or much else for that matter.

"I often go by Maleficar, but I find that unless the male is very gifted with his words, it is best to have fun without speaking." Maleficar reached up with one paw and poked the lion on his nose. There was something about him that made her think he might be eager for the kind of fun she wanted. She always did love an eager partner because they tended to make it much more satisfying for her in order to make sure she would allow them their pleasure. A very nice situation seemed to be forming to the leopardess' way of thinking.

Maleficar grinned at how eager the male seemed to be and how willingly he followed her. She could not have asked for a better partner for today it would seem. The leopardess was very smug as she lead the lion off to a secluded place to have their fun. It was not very far, and she just hoped the lion would be worth her time. "I will show you a good time reguardless of your lack, not to worry." She purred over her shoulder at the male. It was going to be a very fun rest of the day.
