BASIC INFORMATION

HISTORY:
Rouge was born and raised in a large family in England. His family had a very sarcastic nature to them, often times believe that if one wasn't beautiful, they had no reason to be alive. Due to this, Rouge became the same way, spitting on those who he deemed to be unworthy of his time. He fell in love with the Alice in Wonderland books, and often referred to himself as the "Prince" or "King" of Hearts. This was where his delusions started.

Rouge's father died when he was young (roughly six). When he was in his early teens, Rouge started his killing sprees. He would find those that he thought were hideous or unworthy, and kill them, usually by taking off their heads. He successfully kept it a secret, until he killed his own mother to "take the throne". The police were called, and he was convicted of his crimes.

Being on sand for the murder of over twenty people, Rouge was seen as a serial killer of sorts. But due to his reactions on the stand, it was told that he was instead, convicted of being mentally insane. He would scream at everyone around him, calling them ungrateful subjects, and saying off with your head. He was literally acting as the King of Hearts from the story book he loved as a child.

Deciding to send him to the Asylum was either the best or worst decision. Rouge now wanders the halls, demanding all his "subjects" to do his bidding.

PERSONALITY:
High and mighty. Demanding. Conceited. Selfish.

These are all words that describe Rouge to a T. He is a very angry man, often times holding a solid frown, rather than being happy. He hates to think of others, and would rather think of how they could help him, even though he thinks of most everyone as useless to him. If you do happen to get on his "good" side, then he will treat you somewhat better, but you will be nothing but a tool to him to use for his pleasures. He does not often enjoy the company of others, and will bad mouth people to get them to leave him alone, though there are times he finds them useful. Rouge is demanding and up front, always speaking his mind and being blunt with what he says.
