 The year is 2063. The gap between the rich and poor is growing bigger. Instead of there being a police force, Moebius is run by the Bountiers, a group of special bounty hunters that go after escapee criminals. The main rule? If they don't come willingly, just kill them. Both Bountiers and certain Criminals are granted a CA, a specialized weapon that has a mind of its own. Most of the Bountiers are human. Others are cyborgs, people who were once alive but after dying are forced to have a chip implanted inside of them and become mindless killing machines.
Two Bountiers, twin brother and sister, have been raised within the group since they were six years old. They are A ranked hunters, but the only problem is the fact that they refuse to kill any Criminals. The Bountier Chief forces them to go on a mission to kill the Farm leader. Not only that, a mysterious organization called Eclipse is somehow connected to Bountiers and creating more cyborgs than there should be. The Bountier is corrupted, but will the others actually see it? Or become corrupted as well?

~If your character is fully human and die, they can become a cyborg. If they're a cyborg and die, then they're dead.

Moebius
Moebius is the city where all Bountiers and Criminals preside. There's a big gap between the rich and poor, so the city is split in two.
The Farm
The Farm is on the outskirts of Moebius. It holds runaway Criminals and such. It's hidden from the curious eyes of the Bountiers, so they don't know where it is exactly.
CA
CA's are specialized weapons that choose their owners. They have their own name and can communicate with their owner. Bountier's are "supposed" to be the only ones with a CA, but there are some dangerous criminals who have one as well.
Cyborgs
Cyborgs are humans who were once alive. This applies only to Bountiers since Hunters are contracted to them for life. Literally. Along with no emotions, they can't think for themselves and are given orders from the Bountiers Chief or Eclipse.

~ It mainly isn't a violent weapon. Nero can restrain Criminals and such by taking a physical form.
~ Takes shape as Nazca's shadow when not in combat. Nazca can control it with her hands to subdue her enemy.

Personality: Nazca appears as a quiet and emotionless girl. She keeps her opinions herself and always wants to do things correctly. She stays loyal to her friends and brother and refuses to go down without a fight, just as long as there's no killing involved.
Biography: Along with her brother, Nazca was taken in by the Bountiers Chief at the age of six. Before that she has no memory of why they became orphans. When she was taken in Nero chose her and became her primary CA. Throughout the years she was raised and trained by the Bountiers Chief to become the number one bounty hunter. Her only flaw is the fact she refuses to kill. Even though she was able to make it to A rank, the Chief demands that she and her brother kill a Criminal, or else they'll have a bounty placed on their heads as well. Not wanting to risk her future, she agrees to the mission.

Personality: Loka is a quiet type. Mostly because he examining some thing. Trying to find out if the person is a bounty Hunter, or just a really easy target. He steals from the rich, for fun. The 'giving back to poor' part was just so that he doesn't have to carry all of it himself
Biography: Orphan, abandoned, and hungry, at a young age. Loka had two choices, die, or steal. He ended up being a really good thief. It was second nature. Most other kids that had grown up without parents went looking for peace and happiness. But Loka knew that that path just lead to something bad happening. Peace never comes just because you avoided get trouble. That just left room for trouble come and hunt you down. It was easier for you just to take out your problems, like what Loka did. When it had seemed that all his marks were easier. and he'd survive easily. He went to gang houses, bars, and even the police stations, and he found what people were planning. Then adjust, to it, and find something else wrong...
