The Dark-Haired senshi was not the only body wandering about the park. Another senshi, this one ginger haired, considered the park to be the territory of the Dark Mirror Court, though Athene wasn't the first of the White Moon to make an appearance. Ate was a frequent visitor, or at least used to be. Navi hadn't seen the other woman since they'd come to blows over what she'd done to Virtus.. Navi was worried. Ate had betrayed her, but they'd taken the first steps to reconciling.

It wasn't the Senshi of Pollution wandering along the familiar paths of the parks this night. It was someone Navi had never met, a Senshi, though she couldn't have guessed his sphere based on attire alone. it wasn't the strangest outfit she'd seen on a male senshi, but it was elegant.

She watched him for a bit before placing herself in his way on the path he'd been walking along. Outwardly she maintained an air of calm, though she wasn't so naive to think the boy wouldn't attack her outright based on her chaotic aura alone. At first she didn't speak, instead taking a moment to take in the senshi's outfit in more detail before hazel eyes fell on the steaming cup in the young man's hands. "Now that's new. I've never seen someone sporting a cup of coffee as a weapon." Her tone was airy, clearly indicating a joke.

And now that he mentioned the beverage being chocolate she could definitely smell it, and damn did that make her crave a cup herself. "I would count that," she commented with a smile, curling her arms around the exposed oval of pale and freckled skin along her stomach. "Never thought to take along a warm drink with me on patrol, but that's not a bad idea now that it's getting chilly out."

The apology was met with a shake of the girls' head, ginger curls sliding along her shoulders. "Don't mention it, you've nothing to be sorry for." She had just sort of appeared there, hard to lay blame when it was just as much her own fault.

By the lack of puzzled expression, Navi had to figure he'd run into another Dark Mirror Senshi in the past, and since he hadn't dropped into a defensive stance or started throwhing punches it was probably a safe bet that meeting had ended neutrally. "So I'm guessing you know what I am." Her head titled thoughtfully. "You don't really seemed concerned though." She had no intention of picking a fight with him, but he didn't know that.

"Very reasonable." She grinned. "I'm going to have to give this a try some time. Thanks for the idea." Though ingenious as taking warm beverages out on patrols during the chilly months was, that wasn't really a point Navi was keen to stick with.

"So which of the Dark Mirror Court have you run into?" She was always curious to hear what the rest of her court was up to, and how they were getting along with trying to talk other Order aligned senshi into joining their small court. Or if they were making any progress at all.

As eager as Navi was to help her court grow, it was proving harder then she'd originally thought to convince others to join them.

Navi nodded as Athene mentioned the two DMC he'd met previously, and considering how he'd reacted to her, she wasn't surprised to hear the two names mentioned. Remarque seemed to be taking a very similar stand to her own objectives in converting white moon to their own court, and Virtus was kindness Incarnate. She doubted whether the young man had ever had a malicious thought in his life. "Both friends of mine."

It was the goal of their court to save the soldiers of the white moon court by calling them to mirror, but not everyone was as diplomatic or gentle as some. It was lucky Athene hadn't run into one of the few, more hardcore members of their dark little family.

"I'm Navi," she offered, taking a step forward and offering out her hand. "And anyone offering peace to me or my court is a friend, as far as I'm concerned." Again, she doubted if he was someone they could easily sway, but that didn't mean he wasn't useful. Anyone that could give their court a fair word to their peers was an asset.

Navi returned the shake with a grin, fingers squeezing those of the dark haired senshi before letting him go, hands falling back to rest on her hips. It would make their jobs and lives a whole lot easier if more of the White Moon Court was like this. Sadly, that wasn't the case, but at least she got the chance to meet a few more peaceful senshi.

Having not been at the infamous metering, Navi had only had rumors and stories to go on. it sounded as though the members of her court had pretty much shot themselves in the foot, having participated in that ambush. The story had spread like wild fire through both courts, and now it seemed the girl couldn't approach anyone of the Order side without that single attack being mentioned. it made leading others to the Dark Mirror Court even more difficult.

She blinked at the young man as he asked her about their animosity towards the Knights, then frowned. "For a lot of reasons," she offered, one hand raising to scratch at the back of her neck before slipping through ginger curls. "Some of us have been hurt by them, and others want to repay the knights for that. Some of it is their insistence that we're evil." The frown deepened, and it was clear that was a sensitive point for the senshi. "But mostly, we can't save them. They can't come through the mirror to join our court. They are not, and never will be, a part of us, but they pose a threat to us." It was actually a rather neutral explanation from someone that formally loathed the Knights as a whole.

Navi glanced away, down at the ground towards their feet, before returning her attention to Athene. "It is," she agreed, hugging her arms around herself. "On both parts." Although not a fan of Knights, Navi was beginning to understand that they weren't all cut from the same mold, and while she was justified in her hatred towards one or two, it was harder to maintain the general dislike for the faction as a whole.

Her willingness to snuff out the lights of Knights was waning, but this wasn't something she was in a hurry to share. Not with this senshi, and not with anyone in her own court.

After a few moments of quiet the Dark Mirror Senshi drew in the bud of her lower lip, chewing thoughtfully before releasing it. Gaze turned out and into the darkened city that surrounded them. She wasn't sure she really wanted to talk anymore. Athene hadn't been insulting. He hadn't done anything wrong, in fact, but she wasn't in the same friendly mindset that she had been when she'd first run into him.

"If it counts for anything," she offered, almost reluctantly. "I'm sorry if my court hurt you, or someone you knew and cared about." It probably didn't mean anything. She wasn't there, she didn't know what had been done, and with every question or comment on the ambush she was happier for having missed it.

He didn't have to accept her apology, all things considered, but he did, and it earned him a soft smile and a slight dip of her chin.

She nodded again as he mentioned getting back to his patrols, appreciating the out. It wasn't really that she wanted to get away from him, but the direction their conversation had wandered would not have been her first choice. It was something that Navi had given a lot of thought to herself, unprompted, and would likely now devote more time too after what little Athene had said on the subject.

"likewise," she offered back, and she thought about offering her hand before thinking better of it. Instead she curled delicate fingers along the ruffle of her skirt as she turned to leave. Her hazel eyes watching him over her shoulder. "I hope our next meeting can be just as peaceful." In their lives, there was no guarantees.

With a last small wave she began to make her way down the street, steering towards the shadows before melting into the darkness itself at a cross street. She did hope their paths crossed again, she'd enjoyed talking with Athene.
