Life Hunter BATTLE ARENA General Information The portal opens up into an observation room, and down the stairs, an odd chamber for something like hunter training. At the center of a piranha-filled pool stands a solid stone table and several chairs. The Life Arena was built underneath the demolitions and ballistics testing areas, and the chamber rumbles with the occasional explosions above. Pinpoint red lasers sweep across the room regularly, as if hidden snipers are searching for a nice target. In the center of the table sits a wooden tower, made up of smaller wooden blocks. Yes. That's right. The Life Hunters prefer to train via Jenga.
Note: Distraction techniques and Yo Momma jokes are considered viable weapons when playing competitively.
If you fail: you have knocked down the tower! A small dart hits the back of your neck. You come to several hours later, and hope Dr. H didn't do anything to your body while you were unconscious. When you look into the mirror...
If you win: you have reached 50 points! You get a sharpie marker to do with as you please. peen points go to those with the highest scores.
Mechanics - by carefully removing pieces of the tower, you earn points and advance to the next round. As the rounds continue, the odds grow steadily against you. Rolling a 1 at any point means you have knocked down the tower. Please do enjoy your mystery dart. Anything after reaching 50 points is purely for peen.
- you may roll pieces individually (suggested for group play) or in batches of 5 (basically, a full round.)

Wash was visibly shaken after his experience on Princess Island, and Jerry (the real one, as opposed to the twisted, broken creature he'd left behind) was still missing in action. He had heard the Life Arena featured a rather familiar tabletop game, but he had to see it to believe it. Besides, nothing bad could really happen while playing Jenga...right? The stage they'd set however, had him a little concerned. He wasn't sure if it was the rumble of distant explosions, the sweeping beams of the sniper lasers, or the giant freaking tank of piranhas that had him on edge- probably all of the above. He tentatively took a seat at the empty table. He squinted at the precarious looking tower of blocks, reaching out to select his first tile. It slit out, the stack quivering ever so slightly. Emboldened, he pulled another, and another - and then the entire structure toppled. He sat back, discouraged. How had he- Something stung his neck, and he slumped over to join the game pieces on the floor. Status Round: 1Pieces Taken: 3 Total Points: 0 - FAIL

Wash blinked slowly. His head felt fuzzy, and he was lying on a cool tile floor in a pile of his own drool. He sat up hastily, pulling himself back into his chair. Well, that was odd. Nothing seemed to have changed in the room - except for the fact that the Jenga pile was once again stacked perfectly on the table. He stared at it for a few seconds before deciding that being knocked out wasn't a fate worse than death. He reached for his first piece. This time, he used much more caution, and with the exception of a very close call on the 4th tile, he pulled out his first five without incident. Status Round: 1Pieces Taken: 5 Total Points: 5

Wash grinned, sliding five more pieces out one at a time. He was really getting the hang of this; and it allowed his mind to wander. He wondered what his friend had been up to. It had to have been a couple hours now, what with his talk with Sasha, his foray into the princess training, and his impromptu nap. Jerry had probably just wanted some time to himself. Understandable, certainly. He wasn't sure what he could say or do to his friend to make this better, and he mulled over the unhappy situation as he played. This distraction led him to fail on his next try. He tensed, turning to face one of the lasers and opening his mouth to protest - And caught a dart in the middle of his forehead. A second followed in rapid succession, hitting his neck and knocking him out. Status Round: 3Pieces Taken: 10 Total Points: 20 - FAIL

This time, Wash came to with a groan. At least he'd stayed in the chair- slumped over the table with elbows precariously close to the jenga tower. "You know, this can't be good for m'health," he called out to no one in particular. Groggily, he managed 3 pieces before knocking the tiles to the floor. He settled his head on his arms, the residual effects from the last dose making him docile and indifferent as yet another dart pierced his skin. Status Round: 1Pieces Taken: Total Points:

The floor again. The moon hunter stretched lazily, contemplating the ceiling for several long, bleary moments. Another hour had probably passed by now. He sighed, determined to defeat this obstacle before going out again to look for Jerry. This time he managed to slide 5 pieces haphazardly out of the pile, chucking them to the floor with a careless clunk. That would show them. Status Round: 1Pieces Taken: 5 Total Points: 5

Some time later, a dark hand appeared over the surface of the table, slowly followed by its owner. Groggily, he reached for another piece, still half sitting on the floor. Five tiles slid out of the pile with an ease that belied the challenge of the exercise. Status Round: 1Pieces Taken: 5 Total Points: 5

He scrubbed at his eyes, and his hands came away with a slightly darker stain mixed in with the sweat. The room reeked of markers. But Wash only had eyes for the jenga tiles. Which was unfortunate, as when the pile tumbled down yet again he was blindsided by another dart. Status Round: 1Pieces Taken: Total Points:

"Yennow Jerry," Wash began groggily, staring at the empty chair from his position on the floor. "Yer a goodguy. Jus' lay off...on...the darts, man..." He blinked. There were tiles on the table, in front of Jerry, who was currently invisible to the naked eye. Wash wasn't fooled. "Ya can't," a grunt, as he pulled himself upright, "just DART people, like, sometimes you gotta let'em'go," he reasoned. He slipped a few tiles out while continuing to converse with the hitherto non extant sun hunter. "Yennow what your...problem, yeah. Problem is?" He stacked the 5th tile haphazardly on top of the rest. Status Round: 1Pieces Taken: 5 Total Points: 5
