Jolanka was excited to see what the rest of the day would hold. Since arriving to the pride she had kept very close to Ciaran. She was hardly ever four paws away from him. As she walked beside him, she hoped that she would get the chance to meet some other members of the pride. She thought that in a pride so different that the members would be just as unique. Plus if she was staying there longer she might as well get to know some of the members.
"Where are we going next Ciaran?" She asked curiously. After her nap she had been eager to see more. She did want to go see the meadow again, but for now she would put that desire to the side. She would make sure she had enough time to visit the meadow before she left.
If she could, she would try and stay to watch one of the celebrations. She didn't want to miss that. However she also didn't want to stay too long and forget that she wanted to travel. She couldn't imagine wanting to stay in a pride, not yet. When she was ready she would find the right pride and settle down. Though, who knew how long that would take. And I'll edit the title of the rp. I just didn't know the name of the cub. sweatdrop

Ciaran enjoyed having Jolanka by his side even though he was sure it wouldn't last too long. She had the spirit of a traveler and that spirit would take her back into the rogue lands. Until that time, however, he would spend as much time as he could with her.
"I thought I would share you where most of the pride gathers," he replied, leading her back to the plains that hadn't been too full of others when they were there earlier. Now that the sun was higher and headed in the other direction, there was bound to be others there that he could introduce Jolanka to. As soon as they were down in the mix of the other lions and species, most of them hauling in a new kill for a meal, a small dark red ball of fur came darting over to Ciaran.Kakalina was bored. Sure she could always go over and play with Noe or find Kai for a wrestling match but she didn't feel like interacting with her siblings right now. Most of the other members of her clan were busy getting things ready for the upcoming festival. Even her mama was busy either joining in on the hunting or the planning. She sighed as she looked around to see if she could spot anyone that she knew.
Just a little ways away she spotted the dark blue mane of the male lion that had let her cuddle up on him for a nap and had brought her back to her mama. He had been nice to her; maybe he would be willing to help her find something to do. She ran over to him trying to catch him before he got too far away. When she caught up to him, she noticed that he wasn't alone.
"Hi."Club Snails Okay, thanks for starting.. sweatdrop That's something I probably should have told you before, I'm sorry. Her name is Kakalina. Also would you like to enter them in the Sept CC breeding or just wait until one of the colorists opens slots?

"Alright! Maybe I will get a chance to meet some of your friends." Jolanka said gleefully. She saw different species working hard. It was amazing how creatures so vastly different could come together in a pride like this. As they walked she noticed a dark red cub coming toward them. She grinned.
"Hello," She greeted. "Are you friends with Ciaran too?" She adored cubs. They were much easier to talk to than adults, at least she thought so. When she lived with her family she would often watch others cubs for fun. Someday she wanted her own cubs to take care of.
"My name is Jolanka. It is very nice to meet you young one. You have a extraordinary pride here. I bet for younger members of the pride there is a lot to do." She said. She was certain that any cub would enjoy the celebrations the pride held. I would love to have them enter for September. 3nodding I'll get her rps all finished up so we can get them up sooner rather than later.

Ciaran grinned and leaned towards her when the tiny cub approached, "Oh I'm sure you will." Ah his little runaway cub that enjoyed taking off on her nannies. He wondered which of them was supposed to be looking after her this time and where her mother was. He looked around and didn't spot the familiar dark red of the mother lioness.
He sat back quietly as Jolanka introduced herself to the young cub, marveling at how well she treated the girl. She would make a decent mother to any cub some day, he thought. Whatever male she eventually settled down with would be one lucky lion. The cub smiled up at both of the adult lions; she remembered Ciaran but she didn't remember seeing the lioness around the pride before. Maybe she was here visiting, though she was early for the new festival. Though Kakalina wasn't sure when it would be, just that the clan would be busy for a while setting up.
"Yep," she replied when the lioness asked if she was friends with Ciaran. Well she thought she was a friend of his anyway, otherwise why would he let himself be used occasionally as a place for her to nap? When she introduced herself, the small cub smiled in response, "It's nice too meet you, too."
The green eyed cub grinned proudly when Jolanka complimented the pride. Though she was young, she was starting to have a lot of pride for what the members of Sikkuku did. "Thanks! There's a lot for us to do, especially when we have a festival going." She wondered if the lioness would still be around when the festival started.Club Snails Okay, let me know when you do and we can work on the form through pm

Jolanka glanced at Ciaran. "You pick your friends well." She said before giving him a wink. She was glad to learn more about him and wondered what kind of information she would learn next about him. That was the nice thing about befriending those you hardly know, there is a surprise behind every turn.
"Which festival are you apart of? Ciaran told me he was apart of the winter one." She asked. "I hope that while I am here I will be able to see one of the celebrations. If not I will be sure to come back." Now she had even more reason to return. Not only will she return for the celebrations, but also to see the friends she made.
"When you aren't working what sort of games do you play here?" she asked out of curiosity. Her siblings usually played hide n seek. She wondered what kind of games they would play at a pride like this. Sounds good!

The male grinned when he caught the wink she sent his way. He was definitely learning to pick his friends wisely if either of the two ladies in his presence were anything to go by. "Thank you. You seem to pick yours pretty well too," He returned her wink before bending down to be eye to eye with the tiny cub.
"Kakalina, managed to get away from the nanny again, did you?" he crinkled his nose and tapped his affectionately against her smaller one. The little girl had grown on him since the last festival to the point where he almost.The small cub watched the adults interact and questioned whether she should have come over to see them; it almost seemed like she had interrupted something. Instead of focusing on their grown up things, she decided to answer the tan lioness's questions.
Kakalina puffed her chest up proudly, remembering her lessons on the clans from her mother and the current ruler that had come to visit her. "I'm part of the Vuli clan. We do our festivals in the autumn. My mama and the others are getting ready for our first one now!" She replied and switched to the other question she had been asked, "I like to hunt and occasionally I wrestle with my big sister."
When Ciaran bent down and nuzzled his nose against hers, she returned it with a light nuzzle to his cheek. "Yeah," she sighed; she hoped he wouldn't make her go back right away.

Jolanka felt that she was getting more comfortable around Ciaran. She didn't feel as jittery as she had when she first met it. It definitely made it easier to talk, without feeling embarrassed. When he gave her a wing, she gave him a smile. "Thank you!"
Vuli clan, she thought to herself. She wanted to make sure she was somewhat knowledgeable about the different clans so she could fit in better with the rest of the pride. "For a cub you are very productive. When I was young I hardly ever hunted, I usually played games with my siblings."
When he spoke to the cub, she looked at her. She wondered if the cub would get in trouble for running away from her nanny. "Oh, you shouldn't wander away from your nanny! What if they worried about you?" Her voice had a slight panic. She knew when she was young she couldn't leave her mother's sight without her worrying.

Kakalina smiled when the lioness complimented her but shuffled her paws against the ground when she commented on the nanny worrying where she got to.
"Well, she gets busy sometimes. The other cubs distract her. Though as long as I don't go outside the lands, I don't get in trouble. She's used to us wandering now," she briefly remembered her talk with her mother after one of the times she had gone outside the pride's lands. "And my mama doesn't get mad at me when I wander off. She says I'm just like her," she replied with another twinge on pride in her voice.Ciaran enjoyed watching the interaction between the cub and the lioness he had quickly befriended. He was slightly amazed at her willingness to speak to the girl and not speak down to her like some would do.
He smiled slightly to himself when he heard the panic in Jolanka's voice at the idea of the cub wandering off. He knew the cub well enough to know that nothing would keep her from wandering away from the nanny if she wanted to explore or get away for a little while.
Ciaran nodded in agreement with Kakalina's response. "The nanny does worry, but with as many times as it had happened, I think she's gotten used to it. Though I'm convinced the little scamps," he put his paw on Kakalina's head and ruffled the tuft of black hair to let her know he was joking, "intentionally set out to give her a heart attack sometimes."

Jolanka nodded her head as the cub spoke. "I just don't want you to get in trouble or anyone to worry about you." She said, giving the cub a smile. She had no problem with watching her in the meantime. It would be rather enjoyable to have a cub around. "Is your mother an adventurer? I recently started out on my adventure, though it has felt like ages. I have never traveled so far in my life."
"I think it would be hard not to explore this area. I guess when I was a cub there wasn't much around to really look at. All there was, was sand, a small pond, and some trees. Though I guess that might be more than others had." Thoughts of home gave her a warm feelings. She hoped that everyone was doing well.
"But you shouldn't probably try and scare them on purpose. Maybe next time you could ask to wander off?" She didn't feel like it was her place to tell the cub what she should and shouldn't do, however she also felt sympathy toward the nanny watching her. She couldn't imagine the fright of missing a cub.

Kakalina nodded at the lioness. "I know," she replied; she understood that she could get in trouble for sneaking away again but thankfully it was the same nanny as the last few times. Besides this time she was with other adults even if they weren't supposed to be watching her. "I think my mama used to be. Now she hunts and helps think up games for the festival."
She listened intently as Jolanka described her home land. Other than the small bits of the rogue lands Kakalina had seen, she had not seen much outside of her own pride. She wondered if she could go exploring more when she got bigger. When the lioness suggested that she should ask before she wandered off next time, the little cub nodded again. "I'll try."In a way Ciaran could understand Kakalina's urge to explore. She was a cub and she was curious about the world around her. He watched as her little green eyes widened as she listened intently to Jolanka's story. Though he could imagine the fright the nanny had felt the first time the cub had sneaked away on her. He wondered whether he would be able to handle a cub as curious as she was, if he ever had his own litter to raise.
He nuzzled Kakalina's cheek and ran his rogue tongue against the fur on the top of her head, "You might want to start heading back, little one. Just in case, you don't want her to come looking for you this time, do you?"Kakalina sighed and looked at the sun. She didn't want to go back but he was probably right, besides her mother would probably be back with a catch soon.
She returned his nuzzle and even went over to give a slight nuzzle to the lioness. "Bye Ciaran, bye Jolanka. It was nice meeting you!" she called as she started running back in the direction she had come from.The black lion gave the lioness a small grin. "Well that was interesting. What do you think so far?"

"Coming up with games for the festival must be fun!" Jolanka said, "Though you must have to be creative. I think I would struggle with that." She thought that having a cub around would make the process a bit easier though. From her experience she had seen cubs think outside the box.
She gave the cub a smile. "Good bye! I hope I get to see you again!" She said. It was fun getting to know the pride members, young or old. They were all so interesting!
"I love it! And she is so adorable! I think that someday I would like a cub like her, a very adventurous cub." She knew that at first she would be very protect of her cubs, but she could see herself relaxing at some point.
So far out of her travels, this pride had been the highlight of it. She loved the energy and everyone seemed so nice. She was thankful that Ciaran had brought here here. She gave him a playful nudge. "Where to next?" She asked with a grin. I think one more post will do it. Did you want to do anymore rps between the two? And sorry about not having her rps done yet. I keep getting more and more rps on my plate. XD I should be able to get two rp done for her this week though. It will be one of my higher priorities.

Ciaran smiled as Jolanka said goodbye to the cub as she ran back off to her nanny. He loved that girl's spirit.
"It is fun helping out with the festivals. Seeing the reactions of the cubs is the best part," He couldn't wait until he had his own litter to share the knowledge of the festivals with. "To have a cub like her would be great but it would be exhausting." He really needed to stop thinking like this; it made the urge to find a girl stronger.
He took a deep breath when the lioness asked him where to next. "Where ever you would like to go." He would be glad to show her anything in the pride and go anywhere in the pride. Though once she left, his statement would become void.Club Snails Unless you would like to rp them more, I think this could be it for them. It's fine that she's not ready yet. We've still got a bit before the September CC breedings end ^.^
