Keep, I don't see why not~! Plus, it'd be cool to see the two evil do-ers (that's what i'm going to call them for now) compare and contrast each other throughout the rp

Keep nothing is better than rivalry in a pokemon Rp it gives it that spark that every Rp needs!

I vote to keep them for the sake of diversity. It's always nice to have organizations that make you think twice about using Pokemon instead of just being greedy and trying to steal them all.
