How are Babies Made?
____If its the Same Guardian then I roll 1-5
____If two different Guardians, then I roll 2-5, if you have a RP perk, then I roll 2-6 in Addition you get +1
____Once the Number of babies is determined I roll x Number of 4 sided dice. Evens=Female, Odds=Male
____Then we need to figure out if you get a rare or not.
____If both parents are Rare then Auto 1 Rare for sure. A Surrogate being Rare does not make babies rare. You may pay extra for a rare.
____If one parent is rare, and the other regular then I roll
____If both parents are regular bijoux, there are no rares.
____To determine which of your babies will be a rare, I take 0-9 and RNG
____I take the number from the RNG, and I roll # of Babies x 3
____If there is the RNG #, and an Even/Odd then that baby is a Rare
