The sun was high. Heat beating down upon the Earth in waves. Birds and rabbits fluttered around, moving from one area to another. A good sized herd grazed lightly. But one little mare shifted from the herd. She knew her mate wouldn't mind her going out and about. She did it often. And despite him possibly worrying, the mare didn't really mind. She was used to wandering from place to place, and always came back home. He knew that. He also knew that she would come back every day before dark.
Smiling, Bellezza sniffed at the grass outside the herdlands. Her tail gave a gentle flick, causing the ringlets to bounce gentle. A small giggle shifted out of her throat, before she looked back up at the flying birds. She loved birds. It always reminded her of her father. She reared up on her back legs, kicking her front lightly to keep herself balanced, nose reaching toward the birds. Letting out an airy laugh, she lowered herself back down.
Bellezza looked over her shoulder toward the herd. They wouldn't notice if she ran off. Grinning, the mare shifted, and ran forward quickly. The mare was amazing in action. Her ringlets bounced, her hair seemed to flow, and just the movement of her body was grace. She stopped a little off, her breath ragged, eyes flickering lightly along the area around her. She took in a deep breath. Before realizing that she wasn't really aware where she was. Her ears perked, before pinning back some, brows pulled together as she looked around.

Now that she was an adult, she could venture out anywhere she wanted to. This meant not having to be confined to the forest all the time. She still was as quiet as she was when she was a foal, but not by much. She talked a little more then before, but didn’t show that much emotion. This was something she couldn’t seem to shake and her father had told her he suffers from the same issue. As she stepped out of the forest, she took a long look at the world around her before venturing further and further away from the forest. She caught sight of a very colorful mare in the distance, but she wasn’t going to disturb her. She was never one to randomly go up to Soq and say hello. She wouldn’t want that to happen to her if she was just going about her day and was interrupted. So she ignored the other presence in the area entirely.
Instead, she walked over to the same tree she remember when she was a filly. She looked at the bark spot that didn’t heal over. It remained marked and pulled at making her feel a little warm inside. She remembered this spot and found it again. She was going to be taking on an important role in the herd. As an entertainer she had to do spiritual dances as well as prayers and it was something she was slowly learning. Then on the other hand she was going to take over for her father as guide. She felt she would be better with that job, but she wasn’t going to be picky.
Her main goal was to have those who have passed on, remembered in some way. She wanted their souls to be happy instead of living on in torment. Shaking her head, she turned away from the tree and gave a blank stare to the mare in the distance. She held that creepy allure about her that made her almost seem like a ghost.

Bellezza smiled lightly. She sniffed at some of the flowers, the trees. She loved it very much. Being out here in the open. She loved the herd grounds as well, but this... this place was stunning. It had an allure that she couldn't get from being in the same place for a long time. She could dance she loved it so much. But she refrained. The lovely mare paced slightly, before rearing up on her hind legs, and nibbled at some of the leaves that she could reach in the trees. When she dropped back down, she spotted a pale mare not far from her. Head tilting to the side, Bellezza watched, her eyes curious.
She observed the female eying a tree, and was curious as to why. But she waited. She didn't want to impose on her; even if she wanted to make a greeting. Shifting from one hoof to another, she thought, before starting forward slowly. She could tell that the pare female had already turned her attention back toward Bellezza, could feel the eyes on her. Giving her a gentle smile, Bellezza dipped her head in greeting, her tail giving a gentle flick, which caused the ringlets to bounce lightly against her body. "Hello, miss!" She greeted, grinning toward the female.

Hearing a voice shatter her silence, she turned to the mare with a cold stare feeling like she could say something back, but nothing came out. All she did was stare until giving her a nod of recognition before walking away from her slowly though she made sure she didn't go too far. She preferred silence over speaking and preferred solitude over company. If this mare insisted on both then she could have to try to be social and not be rude. She wasn't brought up that way, but she wasn't one to just outright chat about the weather let alone introduce herself.
She kept silent as she looked around for the most interesting way that she could travel before lowering her head to the ground. She nosed the ground for a moment before lifting her head up once more and eying the other mare. "What brings you out here?" She asked in almost a whisper with her voice fading into the breeze that swept by them. She indeed was creepy, but it wasn't a bad thing. It was something she couldn't help and something that was engraved in her heritage. Maybe it would be her downfall one day, but she would never know.

The pale colored mare couldn't help the smile that shifted onto her long face. She was a naturally friendly Soquili; often times putting herself in danger when she went to greet others. There was a time where she almost approached a Skinwalker, having not been fully awake and therefore didn't recognize the fuzzy fur resting on his back. At that point, she fled, barely making it out of the Walker's claws before he could snag her. Since then sh was a little more leery, often times observing the other Soquili for a few moments before she just trotted up to them. She had to remember that she wasn't just living for herself any more; she had Baroque, and they were trying to make a family. Putting herself in unnecessary risks wasn't something wise to do in her part.
But as she had observed this mare, Bellezza saw nothing wrong with her. She seemed quiet, and by the way she responded to Bellezza's greeting, she didn't wish to be bothered too terribly. Flicking her ears back in a sign of apology, the pale mare dipped her head down as well, greeting her slightly, before she tilted her head to the side and peered quietly around the area. It was just plain quiet out here.. Perhaps that was how this mare wished it to remain. Bellezza could understand this, considering there were moments where she preferred the quiet solitude of the forest rather than being around the herd that she had learned to call home. That reminded her that she still needed to locate her father and mother, as well as her siblings, and go out to meet with them once more; to see how they were doing and ensure that they were safe.
Bright purple eyes flickered up when she heard the mare speak. She had a lovely voice, Bellezza thought, and she seemed so soft spoken. Especially compared to Bellezza's rather loud outburst of a hello. Smiling to her once more, the silver haired mare dipped her head lightly in a small nod, before responding to the question, her eyes bright. "I am out wandering; on an adventure of sorts. I've never been to this part of the forest before... Of course I'm also not certain where I am.." Glancing around once more, Bellezza remembered the dilemma that she was in. She let her eyes graze around the trees, before glancing for the mountain. If she could find that, she would be fine. Deciding not to worry about it now, she shook her head, before turning her attention back to the soft colored mare. "And you? What are you doing out around here?" She asked curiously. Honestly she was so excited that it was hard for her to keep in all the questions she wished to ask the mare. But hold them back she did, in case the mare didn't like to be questioned so much.

Sadly enough, Astraea wasn't really doing anything exciting at the moment. It was more like she was taking a stroll and seeing the land around her. Taking in a deep breath, she didn't answer right away like with most. She wandered a little bit away from the colorful mare and peeked up at the sky, giving it a long stare before looking back to the mare. She was a little envious of the other's beauty. She wasn't plain like Astraea's was. Maybe it was just her loneliness talking, but she could deal with it. "I"m not doing anything exciting. Wandering and seeing the land while I have the chance." She told her in a light tone of voice as she began to walk away from her a little more. "I have been rather bored lately while my sister is on her pilgrimage. It seems like everyone in my family has a life, but me. So not much to do on me end." She shrugged and even though there was plenty of her to do, she didn't really know if she wanted to do it.
With a sigh, she looked back to where she knew her home was and shook her head. "I'm a seer in my herd and I should be training, but don't want to.." She said calmly as she shook her main a little bit. "Heh..not sure why I'm rambling to you about this. Your just some stranger who knows nothing about my herd.." She looked over to the mare once more with emotionless eyes. She always had that gaze. It was cold and distant from the world.
