Hey guys. So about 2 months ago I started losing weight like crazy (YAYY!) and now a bunch of stuff I could eat before, seriously makes me sick. Pretty much ANYTHING fattening just makes me body throw a fit. The only time I can eat a burger or a hot dog now, is when I make it myself. The only "fast food" i can really eat anymore is subway. Even sodas are starting to get to me. I mean i guess it's a good thing, because it helps me keep eating better, but its still weird. Has anyone else had this happen to them??

Well not sure if it counts, but whenever I start to put on a certain amount of weight I always start getting cravings for healthy food... it's kinda weird.

I did after basic training. The day I graduated, I went straight to the store and bought a candy bar. I almost threw it up. I'm finding that I can tolerate the food better, but I'm pretty much done with soda altogether. If I have more than one a week, I get sick. Once the body adjusts to the high exercise / good food diet, the bad stuff will wreck you. And it should. We call it "bad" for a reason. Nowadays I find myself putting in crazy time on the track. I've lost as much as five pounds a week. Just hang in there. It's weird, but a good change.

I've gotten that way but horomone changes always fixed it. ^_^ Sometimes it helps to have cravings, mainly from my medication.

Be thankful, my stomach seem to not be bothered by the stuff I get until its bathroom time. I suggest eating more salads and stuff, surprised beware of looking like a zombie being to skinny, my grandmother looked like that when she had kemo radiation in them lungs.

Lol, sounds to me like your body has given you the finger, but probably for the best. I've noticed sometimes our bodies take charge when things need to get done, even if we don't want or agree with it at times.
