══════════════════════════════
⋆ Nickname :: Frankie
⋆ Gender :: Female
⋆ Age :: 17
⋆ Orientation :: Bisexual
⋆ District :: District 10

⋆ Personality :: Frankie is rather moody and volatile, but she's not a particularly bad person. Mostly just confused and sad. She parties to try to block out the pain of her past, and even when she's smiling and laughing there's something in her eyes that can tell a person she's perpetually sad. She tries to be a good person, but usually ends up screwing herself over with the things she does. She can be funny and charming, and definitely flirtatious, but she can also be harsh, cruel and sarcastic when she's angry. There are times when she lapses into periods of sulking when she just wanders around the District and takes pictures. She has a fear of being successful, then losing that success, so she subconsciously sabotages herself so that she continues to be a total screwup at everything she does, as well as having a fear of commitment.

Frankie's never really able to hold up a good relationship because she never thinks she's good enough for anyone, so she's known as a "hit and run" kind of girl. This isn't to say, though, that she can't be friends with a person. In fact, she's (generally) a very good friend, mostly due to her "I don't give a f*ck." attitude, which allows her to do anything and everything to help her friends. It takes a lot to get really close to her, though, and even then she's always got some unpredictable twist that no one would have ever seen coming. She's an all-around wildcard with a habit of self-sabotage and drug abuse, but has a heart of gold. She just doesn't know how to show it.

⋆ Occupation :: Student/Photographer
⋆ History :: You'd think, being the niece of the Mayor, that life would be easy for our good ol' Frankie, but it's not quite so. In fact, it's not at all so. Francesca Belau was never the most conventional, well behaved child, and it's all accredited to the fact that her mother gave her and her brother and sister away when she was four. Yeah, that's right, tossed them onto the street like they were garbage. Ok, ok, not onto the street, but into her uncle's arms with contempt. She may have been very young at the time, but she was always very bright, and she knew that her mother didn't at all want her or her siblings. It was a pained knowledge that would follow her throughout her life and plague her psyche forever.

As Frankie grew up, she never felt that she was good enough for anything, and it was obvious no one wanted her, what with the way her aunt and uncle looked at her like she was some parasite invading on their perfect little household and the way her cousin seemed to avoid her like she had some sick disease. Even her sisters seemed distant from her. She desperately craved attention and love, as a child she acted out in school and around the neighborhood, getting into fights for her raucous behavior, yet gaining the reluctant admiration of many children because, if there was one thing her uncle taught her, it was how to be charming and funny, how to get people to like a you that wasn't entirely you. This worked to her benefit again and again as the years went by, and - even though she messed up everything she did - she built up a decent circle of friends. Mostly kids who were just like her, whose parents hated them or who just didn't have parents. And Frankie ran with this little gang for a few years, finding kinship in them, even though she ruined half of their friendships twice over in the course of two years.

By the time Frankie was fourteen, she found herself friendless and alone all over again. At this point she had pretty much pissed away her life, at least in terms of people. She had relatively good grades in school and passed with a B to C average, but it seemed that when it came to people and anything other than the expected school work, she was helpless. She got caught up with partying and drugs, finding herself spiralling down into a hole of desolation that she desperately did not want to be in. And that's how she got into photography. On her fifteenth birthday, as a gift to herself, she spent a bit of her drug money on a camera, and absolutely fell in love with the profession. It was the only thing that kept her from going completely mad, she thought. She built up a business out of the exceptional pictures she took, earning a reputation for being eccentric and skilled. Her attention to detail was immaculate and her editing skills unmatched. And even so, she was too far gone in her little pit of darkness to climb out now. Part of her wishes that she will be tossed into the Games, in order to prove that she was more than what everyone perceived her
⋆ Other :: Though she is bisexual, it's highly unlikely that she'll ever enter into a serious relationship with a guy. Girls are able to get closer to her heart, if they really tried.
