Elizabeth looked around at the manor, letting out an impressed whistle. "This place is gorgeous... such a shame they won't let me buy it... ah well. It's good enough i get to play such a cool venue. Not many artists get to explore a place this cool..." Running into the main foyer with her acoustic guitar, she sat on the steps. "guess I gotta check the sound quality. see how the sound reverberates and stuff..." pulling a pick from her pocket, she started to play a song, singing along. Her eyes closed as she continued, unaware of her ethereal audience.
"Smiles and her laughter It's the only thing that I've been waiting for a time Regardless of our distance and our hope...grows greater Trapped by pretty eyes and letters for all time ...the only thing that I've been waiting for.
I hope it's something worth the waiting 'Cause it's the only time that I ever feel real Thunder storms could never stop me 'Cause there's no one in the world like Emily
She's simple yet confusing Her sparkling eyes make me weak at my words, they tremble Days seem like years in this month of December The winter coldens me for I have yet to sleep And never will I give up trying 'cause you're everything to me
I hope it's something worth the waiting It's the only time that I ever feel real 'Cause thunder storms could never stop me 'Cause there's no one in the world like Emily There's no one in the world like Emily..." ((song is Emily by From First to Last))
Grinning, Elizabeth pocketed her pick. The acoustics were practically perfect. "Mang, I can't wait till we're set up... This is gonna be great, I just know it..." Completely unaware of the glowing girl watching her, even as she slowly faded from the room, Elizabeth ran back to the car, grabbing her laptop and Beats (c) headphones, before returning to the stairs. Quickly logging into twitter, she wrote a quick post. @ElizabethRose: Got a good feeling about this place… Amazing acoustics. Hope there’s an alright turnout.

Vincent flipped open his phone when he got a twitter alert. And he glanced over it, "Looks like things are going well. I guess I better go an earn my paycheck." He said as he started the van, which held most of Elizabaths equipment. He drove quickly up to the manor, and when he stopped her looked up at it. "Why do I feel like I just stepped into a Stephen King novel?"

Hearing the van pull up, Elizabeth went to open the door, grinning like a kid on christmas morning. "This place is totally awesome, Vince. The acoustics rock! and it's not too dusty, either. Kinda weird... but I'm not complaining. They've got some hella expensive chandeliers though... like, the kind you only see in movies cause nobody is rich enough to afford that much crystal."

Vincent smiled to Elizabeth, "And met me guess, you're crank the volume up to 11, just to see what we can do to those chandeliers, am I right?" He said as he open the back of the van and began unloading the speakers. "Oh, by the way, I knew this was going to be a special gig, so I took a little liberty." He then gestured to 4 new loudspeakers, "Best ones I could afford. Consider them a gift for getting this gig."

Elizabeth looked to Vincent in surprise. "Dude, you didn't have to spend your own money on it, seriously... I mean, it's awesome though, Thanks mang."

Vincent shrugged, "You've said a few times how you wished your speakers could get louder. I just decided to help you out." He said setting a hand on her shoulder, "And it was no big deal. I've been saving up for these for a while. They were going to be a birthday present, but this gig seemed important enough to give em to you early."

Vincent then began the process of moving all of the equipment inside, then setting it all up. "Any special place wou want the new speakers? These things have some pretty heavy bass."

Elizabeth thought carefully before responding. "well, since I'll probably set the laptop and stuff up at the top of the staircase, maybe they should be on either side of the bottom of the stars. That way, sound gets pumped through the crowd."

"So we can blast sound through the whole Estate, you mean?" Vincent smirked. "Hey, if this place somehow gets damaged, do we gotta pay for it?" He asked as he moved the speakers into place. "I know at gigs like this, people get rowdy and rough. Just wondering if we should move any this furniture or antiques?"

Elizabeth shook her head. "nah, mang, we should keep it where it already is, gives it a cooler vibe. If stuff gets damaged.... I don't think anybody's gonna care. we're the first one's who've been here in god knows how long. I was expecting layers upon layers of dust to have to clear out... but it seems the ghostie-wosties kept it clean."

"Yeah, Well, I hope the poltergeists like hard pumping bass." Vincetn smirked, "Cause these speakers got it!" He said as he finished moving them into place. "So, how long till the gig starts? I'm just trying to figure when people will start showing up."
((This is my way of asking if anyone else going to post?))

Elizabeth, setting up her table at the top of the stairs, shrugged. Pulling out a cigarette, and lighting it, she continued to start the programs and fiddle with the wires. pulling the cigarette out, and exhaling the smoke, she looked back to Vincent. "Probably any time from five minutes from now till a half hour they'll start to trickle in, mang. i still gotta calibrate, but it doesn't mean they won't probably waltz right in here. the way i heard, there's some ritzy kind of couple coming, mostly just cause they want to enjoy the atmosphere. i can't complain though..." taking another long drag, she paused. "as long as it gets my name out there, being heard, ya know?"

Li-An drove towards a mansion. She had gotten a message from her brother to head over to Blair mansion for a party. He said he would be there later on, once everyone had already gotten there, but she decided to go early to check the place out. When she got there she, only saw two cars. She got off her bike and took off her helmet to get a good look at the place. It was old and probably crawling with spiders. Li-An shuddered at the thought. She was really early from what she could tell.
