Can I request the ability to have an IC prize that does a minor status effect, such as changing hair color for an IC hour, or making someone smell good for a short while, minor emotional influences, (such as eating a candy giving a sense of zen)?
^ No to status effects sorry, it will cause way too many complications amongst the proper thresholds @_@
If yes, what would be a good 'threshold limit' and how would go about to get staff approval? If no that is okay too.
And~
Can our prizes be primarily IC rewards?
^ You can have some IC rewards within reason keep them ITEM BASED (ie: cupons to whatever, or some graphic of some item you can make up like part of your character's rubber duck collection
Can clubs have alternating representatives?
^ I don't see why not!
Can students hire gnomes to run booths while they're away? To not just have stuff... there to be ruined. I REMEMBER LAST YEAR OKAY.

^ During the festival you can have your family member pop in as part of your student's rp
- Same question, applied to quests.
^ Quest characters as written in the guide Maru wrote, will be rpable once the booths are set up for EVERYONE. THEY CAN BE RPED AS MUCH AS PEOPLE WANT YEAH.
- Can I RP my quest horseman?
