YOOO. WELCOME TO MY RESEXIFICATION EXTRAVAGANZA! I was sexy before, I just kinda let myself go. But now, I'm bringing sexy back.
Ladies and Gentlemen, when it comes to change... There is no time like the PRESENT. I need to better myself 'cause I've been slacking in that department. I'm gonna manage my time a lot more responsibly. No more watching TV and being on Gaia and Tumblr and Facebook for countless hours. That, and I'm pretty sure everyone in my house has a Binge Eating Disorder. xD IT'S TIME TO GO SWIMMING.
This will be done by weighing myself weekly. I used to do it monthly, but screw that. Weighing weekly will motivate me more, I'm sure. I'll weigh myself every once in a while.
Past 2012 Sexification Process Records: January 1st to February 1st: -10 pounds. (From 238 to 228.) February 1st to March 1st: -6 Pounds. (From 228 to 222.)
2013: October 16, 2013: I weighed 208 last time I got weighed. December 30, 2013: 207. (I lost a lot more than ONE POUND, but gained it back through eating s**t for a month and a half.) I'll keep ya posted. ;D

RECORDS AND SUCH
Starting Weight: 235 lbs. Start Date: 08/29/12 GOAL: 180 Pounds.
["WEEK" ONE - 08/29/12 to 09/02/12]: Lost _ Pounds. (From 235 to ___.) [WEEK TWO - 09/03/12 to 09/09/12]: Lost _ Pounds. (From ___ to ___.)
Daily Meals: -Breakfast: An Egg, two slices of Turkey, and a slice of Mozzarella Cheese in a Double-Fiber English Muffin. And a cup of Milk.
-Lunch: A piece of Grilled Chicken Breast, two ladle-fulls of Beans, a cup of Broccoli. And a cup of Milk.
-Dinner: A bowlful of Kashi: Go Lean! (with Milk, duh), and sometimes a Banana.
-Snacks: Almonds or Green Tea with Flax Seeds or a Tablespoon of Smart Balance Chunky Peanut Butter.

Yay, go Chaos! Just don't be to de-motivated if you don't lose like a billion pounds a week (it would be kind of unhealthy to drop like 10 pounds in a week >_>) Better to grow muscle and shrink fat =D

Just don't be to de-motivated if you don't lose like a billion pounds a week (it would be kind of unhealthy to drop like 10 pounds in a week >_>) Better to grow muscle and shrink fat =D Haha, I know. xD I don't expect to lose weight fast. Well, maybe just the first week. You know, 'cause water weight. Thanks for your support. ;D

And I usually lose weight fast. It's kind of weird to me. But whatever. xD

I feel a lot less like a whale~ <3 it feels great doesn't it. ^^ since i've been eating healthier anytime i eat junkie foods i get sick x.x which sucks, but i guess its a good thing in the end. X3
anyways, i'm glad to see your taking control of your health like the rest of us in here.

Flat stomach? No good. You need to get a six-pack on each muscle within your six-pack. Then all of this work will be worth something. Gotta go now. I have to eat a bag of chocolate chips and flex my biceps.
