*NOTE: Missions can be assigned by heading to your Kage's office and requesting for them.*
In ES, the most common way of ranking up would be to accumulate Mission Points [MP]
The amount of mission points needed to advance each rank are as follows:
Genin || 0 MP
Chuunin || 1000 MP
Tokubetsu Jonin || 2500 MP
Jonin || 4500 MP
Satoosa || 7000 MP
The amount of mission points are awarded by each ranked mission are as follows:
E Rank Tasks || 25 MP
D Rank Missions || 100 MP
C Rank Missions || 200 MP
B Rank Missions || 300 MP
A Rank Missions || 400 MP
S Rank Missions || 600 MP
S+ Rank Missions || 1200 MP
E Rank Tasks will always be unlisted and simply task such as delivering a message to someone within the same village or whatever task an high ranked shinobi needs done for the moment.
The wort count as well as the post amount for each rank mission will vary. For example:
E Rank Tasks require 50 words
D Rank Missions require 150 words
C Rank Missions require 300 words
B Rank Missions require 450 words
A Rank Missions require 600 words
S Rank Missions require 750 words
S+ Rank Missions require 1400 words
*NOTE: For team missions everyone must reach the individual word count requirment for the selected rank.
Example: 3 people on a D rank mission = 450 words total.
3 people x 150 words = 450 words

Lost Pet Search
A cat is running rampage around you're village and harassing innocent villagers. Capture this sneaky feline, but beware, he scratches and is very slippery.
-- TEAM MISSION
Dog Walking
Take a local villager's large, scruffy dog out for a walk. You will have to unfortunately take them anywhere they desire, even if it's a place they choose to go about their bathroom business. In that case you will also have to clean up the waste for the sake of village hygiene.
Chakra Lesson
Your village has urged all ninja whom do not know about chakra natures to attend this lesson at the academy. You will learn about all 5 types of natures, combo elements, advanced elements and you will even get tested to see what your chakra affinity is.

Academy Assistant
The teachers at the academy are looking for some small assistance. The individual that takes this mission must teach the students about the basics of a Genin level shinobi.
--Preform the two Basic Academy Jutsu in front of the Students.

Cargo Escort
A merchant needs to transport his cargo from one village to another. Travel with him while protecting him from any thieves or threats to the cargo

Stop the Village Thieves
Local Villagers have escaped into the Village's training grounds area after stealing from a merchant's shop. Head there to defeat them in battle and take to them to the kage's office.

Hospital Guard Duty
Your mission is to protect a very valuable medicine that's being held within your village's hospital. Stand at the building's entrance and guard it from suspicious thieves that have been reported sneaking around the village in hooded black cloaks.
Exterminate the Pests
An elderly couple that makes their living off the family farm has recently come under attack by an infestation of moles. The moles are constantly digging up crops and ruining entire fields of crops. It's up to those who take the mission to remove the infestation without damaging the fields too much. If there is damage to the field, those who take the mission will be requested to help repair whatever the damages were.
Kidnapping
A young child has been kidnapped and taken into a small bandit encampment, the kidnappers range from 2 to 3 members, and are only armed with basic ninja tools. (Kunai, shuriken etc.) Your job is to secure the safety of the child and bring them back. You are under no circumstances to try and bring back the bandits.

Eliminate the Spy threat
A group of spies that have gathered vital information on your village have had their plans of launching a sneak attack discovered and their camp is location on the village outskirts. Go there and terminate all threats within the camp to ensure the village's safety.

Village Gate Guard Duty
Guard the village gates against any suspicious persons or possible threats for the day. You are looking for a specific ninja that is trying to sneak their way into the city. You will be handed a description of the ninja from the Kage that assigns this mission to you; do not fail.
Retrieve the Sacred Scroll
A small group of one chunin and two genin who are being led by a Special Jounin, have been reported to be seen with a forbidden scroll from the village. You must retrieve the Scroll at all costs and be sure the enemy does not commit such crimes again. Reports have seen them in the area for traveling to other villages. The Genin are known to specialize in Taijutsu while the chuunin have been seen with C-rank katana and specialize in Kenjutsu. The Special Jounin is a master in Ninjutsu favoring the water style over his lightning style.

Spy Mission
You are to infiltrate a small known bandit village, gather information on their tactics, their men, and their plans. This is an observer mission, if you are seen, or caught you may be left to fend for yourself. You are to not engage the enemy unless completely necessary.

Save the Rogue Shinobi
A comrade of yours has now defected from the village to become a rogue shinobi. Hunt them down as soon as possible and do whatever you can to either convince them to come back. Use force where necessary but don't kill the shinobi.

Infiltrate Akatsuki Lair.
The Akatsuki Lair is rumored to be hidden near the land of Iron. Find and infilitrate the underground lair without being discovered. If you are discovered your character is at risk of being killed by the enemy and the mission will be aborted. You will not receive mission points if caught and you're village will not be responsible for sending back up.
