Stupid name for the thread, but... oh well xd
What I would like to know, is if there are any other anime characters that remind you of Kai? You know... similarities in looks, personality, etc.
I've just started watching Naruto, and I think that Sasuke Uchiha is like Kai (Naruot even reminds me of Tyson). They're similar... in a way.. They sort of have the same brooding personality- they don't like being close to others and... well, it's hard to put into words. But I hope you get what I'm trying to say xp
Does anyone else think that other anime characters are like Kai?

Oh dear. Do you really want me to go into the rather ginormous list?
One of my friends has a theory trhat every anime guy I like resembles Kai in some way or another- be it looks, personality or otherwise.
Gojyo in Saiyuki jumps out at me muchly.
Kaiba in Yugioh
Yuki In Gravitation
Ritsuka in Loveless heart

I look more at the personality of the characters to see if there similar. although i saw this pic of an anime character and pointed and yelled "Kai rip off". i think my firends cracked up laughing.
*reads panda's*
hey you got Kaiba and Yuki too! although im not so sure about Yuki anymore when you get to the end of the manga ((goddamit! i have 3 books left to read and a graphic novel *whines*))
funnily enough, no one reminds me of Kai from Gundam SEED, weird...((*momentarily spazzes* there might be a third series in the GS universe , i actually screamed when i read that somewhere, and that was just the rumour imagine what i'll do if it's true))
Ah, someone out of fruitsbasket too, i think it might be Hatori.
I remember thinking Kai, when i saw the fire alchemist out of FMA.
Orphen from Orphen.
And Genjo Sanzo from Saiyuki
and, its not from an anime but i keep thinking Ryan Atwood out of the oc reminds me of Kai, a lot ((*floats* i luv ben mckenizie. i need mor OC, dammit >

Gojyo is a bit more.... "lively" than Kai... but I sort of see a similarity...
And Ryan Atwood.. I like him too, but it's hard for me to think of him as Kai-like. But I think that he would be more like Kai than Gojyo - personality wise 3nodding

it wasn't until the second season thought that i though of Ryan, he did something and it was really Kai-like. Although maybe it's Kai's fanfiction personality i'm thinking about.

Probably River from IGPX, Kaiba was a good one! Maybe even Brago from Zatch Bell, but that's a little iffy.

like them as in they have some similar characteristics (apart from being tres hott with a double T)
Not like as in a carbon copy.
That would truely be wrong.
I'm still deciding which season Kai looks best in... i mean... he's the only one in the main group who consistantly is tres hott in season one (Rei is getting there to his tres hottness but he comes into his own when he loses those -pants- *has nightmares about the sheer primary blue of them*)
But then it moves on to V force where, although he loses the scarf he makes up for it by wearing le tight clothing.
And THEN there's season three. The only downfall is WHERE IS THE GORGEOUS CRIMSON EYES WE KNOW AND WANT TO LICK?!?!?
*looks around* Ahem

Hmm... first season for Kai's look- I can't go past the pasty white and gorgeous eyes. It is king.
For storyline I prefer Grev. It's got a lot more character development and exploration than the first which is basically lets run around teh world and get better at beyblade then go to the championships yay whoot

I still think he had Kai-like "qualities" 3nodding
