I recommend watching some K drama. first one is Boys before flower, playful kiss, muscle girl it in Japanese, but there is more beautiful You is korean drama, and my girlfriend gumbo. there is many more. but look on korean website drama thing.

Funny enough i have watched i have seen alll those and i am watching Beautiful you atm and i listen to the music but now i need the visual part of learning.

A good training for me is to watch variety or drama first with subs and then without subs to see how much of it i remember/understand.
I also look up lyrics I like and write them down everywhere and sing them over and over.
I dont know what level you are at, but the first thing I would recommend is to LEARN HANGUL. Never ever rely on Romanisation because Ive seen some pretty weird romanisation out there and some words will look SO similar with romanisation while with hangul youll understand the difference.
I also follow ALOT of Korean stars on twitter and read their minitweets each day. Good for practicing reading your hangul and understanding small sentences because they usually write very basic things like "Thanks for the concert earlier today" or "Today I visited my parents in Busan" etc etc.
And Im always here if you have questions or anything. I have korean friends I run to each time I have problems or Use the site "Lang-8.com".
