CHANGING THIS UP A BIT.
So I have new wants from people, I need some help for Christmas..
And I'm opening up with saying I have a possible-hire..ee? if school doesn't kill her.
That's Thalion, just so you know. And I know people have issues.
But she's got the rules down under her belt.
And she's very. well. equipped. with attention to detail and amazing edits..
She's also almost-like-a-sister to Nerpin and I and I will not tolerate people who don't tolerate her. (And vice versa, but keep in mind.. Thalion's a good tolerate lady.)
I may hire 1-3 new people. My shop IS quiet, and I don't ask for much smile . I also ask that we keep it quieter then massively huge shops. Because tbh, I am not someone who has the time to own something like Shadows of Africa or Soquili. Those ladies are insane and I have respect XD.
So HERE WE GO.
I want to do a little event with my potentials. For this week *December 4th - December 10th* I will accept 1-3 foxes (the minimum will not disable you in the running. I will accept only one fox :>. But please give me samples from other shops too.. I do look at those. If you're someone new and have never done the colouring thing, give me art samples..)
After this week that'll be when it gets hard :>. I'll close this thread and pick out who I want to guest colour. This means more then just bearing in mind that you'll work for me: I'll trust you. And if you break my trust.. (I'll give you the outline of the trust when I choose you.) I will do what is necessary to seek out justice.
When I pick the people:
I'll give you guys from December 10th - December 17th. In this time, I'll give you guys the Gamma, Lone and all our familiars. You will get to make flatsale/raffle wolves.
From them I'll choose who I will hire onto staff. You can still remain guest colourists, but that'll all be said in time.
Please colour this Fox.
You will have to template it (No shading please. I only gave lines so that I can honestly trust people with the lines) and it IS a PNG so save and open in PS. I will not accept MS-Paint entries. You must have a working version of PS, Sai, Gimp etc that can handle PSDs.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE COLOURING YOU DO FOR MY HIRING SESSION ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. THIS ALSO MEANS OTHER HIRING-THREADS.
These lines are NOT my art-work. And because of this I protect them beyond any belief XD.
Also people keep asking me if they can shade, I said no. :>. Please don't unless you do item edits. Then you may shade those! (Not the lines).

Doode.. I'm a fine arts student, and I know I have a good attention to detail.. I've been drawing since I was 3, and I have had someone like Nerpin who's been pretty much my mentor for 21 years.
I know I am potentially a very intimidating source to be working for. But I'm pretty nice to coming-to-the-scene new artists. I want to teach people how to make art :>. I'm here for you.
But I want you guys to at least compete with these styles:
