I was laying back on the bed n got up n shooting pain lower back to a**. Hmmm laying down is bad???
I'm at work. N just relaxing. My client is washing dishes n don't lebithera help cause its her house n she's proud ro do it all. She is gonna sweep the floor n mop soon too. After that drys ill cook supper but my chores are done for the day. I think tomorrow she plan on being a movie day n eating subway w my grams

Subway is yummy. Mayhaps lying down is bad for you if you pinched or twisted a nerve somewhere.

Every Sunday ahe get subway. But there was stuff happening picnic n she wanted to take grams some so we did it today instead
