Personality: In contrary to the previous wielders of the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, Shiro is much different. Apart from Madara and Sasuke Uchiha, Shiro is a very kind-hearted and light person. He protects what he holds close to him and always is a person that will parry an incoming blade for an ally. He is a charismatic person, making him generally nice to have around. He does not take his power for granted, he cherishes it.

Shiro Uchiha was the boy who would be home every day the second the academy doors were open. He loved the company of his family, and he also loved when his friends joined him. Homework wasn't exactly his virtue, but he trained until nightfall. Over and over again, he spent days perfecting each jutsu he learned to the greatest extent. In the beginning, the only reason he did this was to impress his clan, and the girls in it. He didn't train as seriously as it sounded, but he did train hard. At the age of 8 he had perfected the great fireball technique, one of the Uchiha clan's trademark jutsu. He was an exceptional shinobi from the get-go. When he turned 14, he was much stronger, and he began to dwell into his power. He began to wonder about all the things the Uchiha clan was actually capable of. He researched for weeks, and he found out about the Mangekyo Sharingan. Something that gave an Uchiha remarkable power. He read about it and realized that the Mangekyo sharingan was impossible to obtain, he would never forcefully put himself in such horrible situation just to find power. So after doing that, he was actually quite upset, that such a power was only available to the emotionally wounded. He now understood why the number of users were scarce. He openly discussed this topic with his family at the dinner table, and his older brother Katsumi, who was now 21 had said that he was on his own mission in obtaining the Mangekyo sharingan by his own means. Shiro told him that when he found out a new way to obtain the Mangekyo sharingan, to share it with him so they could be the most powerful brothers of Konoha. So, while Katsumi left the village to find his answers, Shiro found a new obsession. He became immensely engulfed by the idea of space-time ninjutsu. He read about the fourth hokage, and Shiro knew that he wanted to create his own space-time ninjutsu just like the fourth. Shiro wanted to combine the flying thunder god technique with the body flicker technique, to make it so the signs that Minato used were unnecessary, it would be instantaneous teleportation. Shiro would be the fastest shinobi that ever lived. That night, when he was trying to create his new technique, by experimenting different ways to use the body flicker, Katsumi came home. He told Shiro that he had to come with him and they had to leave the village and move to Amegakure, because a group of powerful ninja known as the Akatsuki were looking for shinobi like them. Shiro refused obviously, he was on the brink of creating his very own jutsu, and how could he leave his beloved village? His family? His friends? It was out of the question. Katsumi told him that he had no choice, and that he had to come, since Shiro now knew the Akatsuki location. Shiro still refused, and when he did, Katsumi told him that he was now going to get the Mangekyo sharingan. Shiro wondered and asked how, and Katsumi told him, that the way he was going to obtain it was by killing his only sibling. Shiro was engulfed with panic and fear, how could his own brother say that he was going to kill him? Katsumi said it was perfect, he would obtain the Mangekyo sharingan and join the Akatsuki. Shiro ran through his house, and up to his parents room, his father and mother had gone out, and he was alone. Shiro climbed out the window and darted through the village streets. He ran into a restaurant that was owned by Katsumi's best friend, Kyuzo. Kyuzo was the only member of the Uchiha clan that had the Mangekyo sharingan, this was because he had killed his own family, when he was under the control of a puppet master's chakra threads. Father always told Katsumi to stay away from Kyuzo, but he never listened. Shiro told Kyuzo about what happened, and Kyuzo walked outside with Shiro, to confront Katsumi. Katsumi knew that he would not be able to defeat Kyuzo, on top of that Kyuzo and Shiro. Katsumi simply frowned, and in one second, he opened his eyes and revealed his Mangekyo sharingan. Shiro was in tears, and on his knees. How could his own big brother lie about that? He wanted to kill him just for the hell of it, just because he knew about the stupid Akatsuki that he didn't even care about. Shiro was sobbing as Katsumi and Kyuzo fought. The battle suddenly stopped, as Katsumi was on the ground with Kyuzo's kunai at his face. Shiro was all out of tears by then, and he walked over to his beloved big brother and tried to reason with him, and tell him why he would join the Akatsuki. He simply did not respond. As Kyuzo collapsed on the ground from fatigue, Shiro looked at the two dieing bodies. In a burst of anger, Shiro picked up his kunai and plunged it into Katsumi's chest. As Katsumi slowly died, and blood poured from his mouth, he spoke his final words and told him that the only reason he tried to join the Akatsuki was to protect Shiro, because Kyuzo had tricked him into making a deal with an Akatsuki member to obtain the Mangekyo sharingan. In exchange for that, Katsumi would have to kill Shiro. Kyuzo tricked him into making this deal because he knew that Katsumi would not be able to kill his little brother, and once Kyuzo killed Katsumi, Shiro would learn of this treachery and realize that he killed his brother for no reason, and that he would gain the Mangekyo sharingan. Once he did, Kyuzo wanted to kill him and take his eyes, for an eternal mangekyo sharingan, then take Katsumi's eyes, to give back what rightfully the Akatsuki's. As Katsumi died in Shiro's arms, his Mangekyo sharingan activated, just like Kyuzo had planned. Kyuzo stood up and slashed at Shiro, his mangekyo sharingan was overused against the fight with Katsumi for him to use it against Shiro. Shiro screamed with rage and sorrow, and as he did, he cried tears of blood. He was quicker then Kyuzo, and as he used his body flicker technique, his new amaterasu followed him, creating the blaze body flicker. It was at such amazing speed, that Kyuzo was dumbfounded, and Shiro's katana was through his back before Kyuzo could move his eyes. Upon killing Kyuzo, Shiro burnt his body, and made sure that his eyes were turned to ashes. He took the eyes of his brother, and buried him. He now had the power that he wanted, but he did not have the brother that he loved. He didn't let his sorrow swallow him up like Sasuke Uchiha, he knew about him, and he was not the same as him. Shiro still walked with his chin up, and he knew that his brother's goodness lived inside him, and was the source of his happiness. He knew that his brother was with him, always, in his eyes, in his power.

NINJUTSU Wind Release(Fūton)
Fire Release(Katon)Wind Release(Fūton) Fūton: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough) This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Fūton: Shinkūgyoku (Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere)
The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function. Fūton: Shinkūjin (Wind Release: Vacuum Blade) The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range and lethality. For example, the user can infuse a kunai to resemble a makeshift scimitar or infuse shuriken to increase their range and cutting power. Fūton: Atsugai (Wind Release: Pressure Damage)A powerful wind technique which is released by Kakuzu's wind-element mask. A tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. The wind pressure is raised to its highest limit, and once the technique hits the target, the resulting blast sweeps everyone off their feet.If the technique is used by someone who has mastered wind nature transformation, the blast can hit a vast range, inflicting massive damage on both the target and their surroundings.This technique can be combined with the Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work, to increase the flame's potency in a great scale, causing a massive fire-storm. Fire Release(Katon) Katon:Gokakyu no Jutsu (Fire release: Great Fireball Technique)
A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth either as a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most genin should not be able to do this technique. Katon: Karyuu Endan (Fire release: Fire Dragon Flame Missile)The user kneads their chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. Since the art of having the flames obey the user's will is outrageously difficult, its mastery is restricted to a limited number of skilful shinobi. The flames are divided to launch a left side, right side, and frontal assault in all three directions at once, turning the enemy into ash in a matter of seconds.
Katon: Zukokku (Fire release: Intelligent Hard Work)Kakuzu's fire-element mask fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.

Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan Amaterasu The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable, Amaterasu has been avoided a few times; Sasuke Uchiha managed to dodge the flames when Itachi tried focusing on him, though Itachi did not actually want to kill him and managed to hit Sasuke shortly after regardless, and A using his Lightning Release Armour enhanced Body Flicker Technique avoided a short-range Amaterasu launched at him by Sasuke in an instant.The flames are capable of burning through most anything in their path, even smothering regular fire techniques with ease. Amaterasu is said to never stop burning; even when whatever is caught by the Amaterasu is completely reduced to ash or destroyed, it can still continue burning for seven days and seven nights. It cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. The only thing that the flames have failed to burn into or through is Gaara's chakra-infused sand. However, the flames burn fairly slowly, sometimes allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught ablaze. Unlike most Mangekyo Sharingan, Shiro's granted him one ninjutsu in his left his eye, and two Genjutsu in his right. He did not get Susanoo, which Shiro cared not of. This allowed him to master Amaterasu, and wield it freely without limitations.Blaze Body Flicker Technique The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin). Shiro however, in an attempt to create his own type of space-time ninjutsu, created the Blaze Body Flicker Technique, which surpassed all other body flicker techniques. Shiro's body is coated with Amaterasu flames, then he moves at instantaneous speeds, like immediate teleportation. Due to the fact that his body erupts with Amaterasu, anything that tries to make contact with him right before he uses the technique, gets caught with the flames.Kagutsuchi (Blaze Release: Added Tool Earth Lord)Shiro uses this technique to apply Shape Transformation to the inextinguishable black flames of Amaterasu manipulating them at will. With it he can create a barrier that not only shields him, but also burns and pierces any opponent that touches the flames.Eien no yami (Eternal Darkness Technique)Ein no Yami is one of two of Shiro's Genjutsu. To activate this Genjutsu, Shiro uses any form of Amaterasu, these flames will then form an enormous swarm of jet-black ravens. These ravens will fly towards the targeted victim or victims, with immense speed. Since the number of ravens are so large, it is nearly impossible to escape from their circulation. The ravens swarm around the target and eventually all the target can see are loud ravens flying in circles. All they can see is black, once the ravens swarm the opponent, they have already been captured in the Genjutsu. The victim's vision begins to blur and blacken, making the ravens smudge and appear to be coming closer until the noise is so loud for the victim that if they don't cover their ears they will start bleeding. As the ravens appear to get closer, the victim's vision continues to blur and go black. Then all of a sudden the world goes dark, and the victim feels as if they have lost all of their senses. Touch, hearing, smell, sight, and taste. The victim is left in a void. As soon as the victim gets trapped in the Genjutsu is right when the ravens begin to swarm, and in reality they swarm for just a moment then they dissipate into black flames. For the victim, they have lost all senses and have no idea what is happening, the panic that emerges from this usually gives someone a heart-attack, and is mentally mutilating. In reality, the victim simply loses consciousness, but whether or not the victim ever wakes up is depending on if they ever break out of the Genjutsu. Since the Genjutsu appears to be a ninjutsu for the victim, the chances of breaking are slim, and if they don't break out of the Genjutsu, their mind is forever lost in a void of eternal darkness.Ein no Shi (Eternal Death Technique)
This is Shiro's alternate Genjutsu. Although both Genjutsu are extremely horrific for the victim, this Genjutsu focuses primarily on amplifying terror and pain in the victim. To activate this Genjutsu, Shiro must make direct eye contact with the target. Once accomplished, the target's world begins to crumble around them, and everything crumbles and disappears, leaving them standing on nothing but what will appear to be Shiro's mangekyo sharingan right eye. The victim will then fall through the giant eye, and enter a realm of Eternal Death. First, the victim will fall into a a pool of boiling hot water. The environment still being black, and the floor still being Shiro's eye. The victim's body will weigh 2 tons and immediately will sink to the bottom, laying on Shiro's eye while drowning and being seared to death. The victim's mind will actually experience a slow and painful death, and then the mind will wake up again from the start, where the victim is standing on Shirmo's eye. The victim will experience mental death and feel it too, but they will "come back to life" over and over again and die in multiple slow and painful ways for 5 years. 5 years of dieing over and over again. It becomes a cycle, after being boiled and drowned to death. The victim will then be burnt alive, then suffocated, then bleed to death, then be constricted and eaten alive by snakes, then bitten to death by ants, then finally the victim will be beaten to death by falling on Shiro's eye from an elevated position over and over again. This cycle will continue for 5 years in the victim's mind. In reality, only one second goes by, and nothing happens to the victim in the real world during the one second of Genjutsu. When the user wakes up from the Genjutsu, they will most likely have gone insane or will not want to experience life ever again, survivors that remain sane from this Genjutsu have not yet been seen by Shiro.

Every other character I approved was made before you made that announcement as well. If you weren't missing then you would have approved them, and you would have noticed that I applied for a custom weapon last week.

Also, I think we only have two Jounin. We need another if someone is going to be sensei to all these genin we have. You should close the leaf village when we have a good number of jounin and genin. Enough jounin to be sensei to all the genin is important.
