Remember that donating to a guild only goes towards purchasing subforums. We can't access this gold for any prizes, art, or other things. Also, purchasing subforums is very inexpensive, so there is no need for you to donate towards this.

If you feel like donating towards the ball, then please donate to the ball mule Annual Ball. Note that there are other users with similar names, so be sure to use these links to avoid any confusion:

Sooo, do we give all funds/items to the Annual Ball and then have it distribute funds as needed?

Planning to donate either way, once I have funds again. ^^

That is correct.

The Fundraising Committee also has a mule, Fundraising Mule, the funds on those will eventually go onto the Annual Ball to be distributed among the rooms as well.
