The rules were rattled off quickly before the gnomes scampered off to find cameras. There was always hope Hel would lose her top. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rules OOC Rules Due to time constraints, each Team has 12 hours to make their posts.
Failure to post within that time period means they are forfeiting their turn
Read the instructions below carefully! It's kind of how this thing works.
First team to hit 0HP loses! Winner advances to the next round.
This battle is TEAM vs TEAM, and each member posts individually to attack.
This is for fun, so don't get too upset if you lose!
Battling How-To This is TEAM TURN BASED Battle! - Meaning all three members of Team 1 has to post before any members from Team 2 can! (Unless time constraints have team 1 players forfeit).
Each 'Weapon' has their own mechanics, which you will find below. Please adhere to your intrument's mechanics!
Roll first, and edit in your post with an RP'd action and the damage/hp stats!
Be very careful to keep track of all damage and remaining HP values!
No real Reaper Weapons will be used. Instruments have been provided if you don't want to break yours.

Guitarist Mechanics For the band member with the title Guitarist, even if it isn't. Weapon: Usually something Guitar-like Action: Smash your opponent with whatever flair you want! Mechanics: roll 2 6-sided dice (2d6) and subtract 4. If your result is 0 OR negative, your guitar breaks instead and you're on the sidelines for the rest of the match! Example 1: I roll a 4 and a 2. 6(total damage) - 4 = 2. Therefore, I do 2 damage Example 2: I roll a 2 and a 2. 4(my total) - 4 = 0. Therefore, my guitar breaks and I'm out! Vocalist Mechanics For the band member with the title Vocalist, even if it isn't. Weapon: Anything vaguely Skellyphone like. Megaphones included. Action: Yell into it to send a blast of sound! Or, you know, just shatter eardums with the pitch. You could even hit them with it if you wanted! Mechanics: Roll 2 6-sided dice (2d6) and subtract 6. Drummer Mechanics For the band member with the title Drummer, even if it isn't. Weapon: Usually something Drum-like. Action: Throw your drumsticks (or a piece of the drum set if you're THAT frustrated!), but beware, there might be rebound! Mechanics: Roll 2 8-sided dice (2d cool . The first dice is the damage you do to the other team, and the second dice is the damage done to your team! Example 1: I roll a 8 and a 3. I do 8 damage to the other team, and 3 damage to my team! are on Team A Vaseline, Oxy, and Mars are on Team B Team B is chosen to go first. Vaseline rolls to attack, edits post. Mars rolls to attack, edits post. Oxy rolls to attack, edits post. ** Team B's turn is over** ** Team A's turn begins ** Nestle rolls to attack, edits post Sony rolls to attack, edits post Barqs rolls to attack, edits post ** Team A's turn is over ** ** Team B's turn begins ** Oxy rolls to attack, edits post. It was time for their actual fight, and Shun was just as thrilled about it as he was over the tryout. The guitar he had here was provided. There was no way in hell he was going to be smacking anyone with his actual instrument. Once on the stage, he stared down at the opposing team. Kettil. Freya. And a banshee he didn't really know.
On the plus side, he didn't really have to play anything. No. Instead, he was able to vent out some of his frustrations with this jacking team he was on (as well as a few other things) by beating the s**t out of things. Mac's singing alone was enough to grind his gears. Everything else just provided him a little more fuel.
Not really wanting to waste any time, he gripped onto the neck of the guitar before rushing on over towards the closest person. It happened to be Freya. Once he was in striking range, he swung the instrument right at her.

“Ha!” Hel cried, jabbing a finger into Mac’s arm. “Barely keeping them in the shirt was genius, thank you very much!” She knew how much attention she was attracting, and it was freaking awesome. But…matter at hand!
Hel thought it was fate that she was battling her sister’s team first and foremost. The ghoul turned towards her sister and her sister’s lackies, and was about to spout off some big game until she got a good look at her sister and blanched. “…Jackin’ A, Freya!” She shrieked. “I know the song says we all wanna live like big rock stars and they all want to stay skinny so they just will not eat, but that is taking it too far! You look horrible! Where is the beef!?”
The ghoul didn’t care which instrument she threw, and she certainly wasn’t using any little sticks, so Hel marched right on over to the spare drum set and pulled out one of the drums…unfortunately causing the others to roll. The ghoul fell backwards over one as the others rolled towards her team mates…and one might have rolled and touched Kettil’s foot.

Shun never did ask Mac if he was any good at being a vocalist. So, in his mind, Shun's grinded gears was kind of not his fault for once. Not that he got too long of a chance to dwell on it, since Hel was attacking him. "Yeah yeah yeah, whatever, your Puppies can stay out a little longer." He huffed, certainly not looking at her lovely---
"...FREYA?!" Mac couldn't believe it. He'd cried that out in such shock his mic picked it up and sent a fairly weak blast in the other band's direction. It was something he didn't notice he was doing, too busy staring at the once lovely Valkyrie. He'd recognized her, and Hel had called out her name, but...Unholy Jack! "Mother Sally, you look horrible!" He parroted Hel, nearly at the same time, and made quite the disgusted face. She was all bone! Where did the rest of her go?!

Of all the bands in all of the world.. Freya had to get paired up with this one.
She ignored Hel's comment, because Hel was her sister, and sisters teased one another all the time. But it still made her frown, as she took the mic, and faced the opposite team, especially Mac.
Mac's comment, as much as she'd like to have had the power to ignore it the way she could with her sister's, cut her to the cure. She knew he was insulting her, because he was Mac, and that was what he did.
And he was right. She did look horrible.
"I'm ********' TRYINGS, OKAY?" She screamed into the mic, her pitch causing just a moment of feedback. She thought he meant she looked ridiculous in her costume, with all the weight she'd put on. When in truth, he'd meant the opposite.
"JUST SHUTS UP AND FIGHTS, YEH JERKS!"

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE okay here I go." Finished with her mightiest war cry (which sounded more like a cat's howl and nails on a chalkboard), Siobhan hoisted up the base drum and hurled it at the other team.
But she broke a nail.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW!!!" She began crying her little banshee eyes out. "I JUST PAINTED THEM ALL PREETTTYYYYYYY!!!!"

He was about to step to Freya's defense at least as far as how she looked. It was one of the few things bothering him but then there was a jolt of pain as something fell and touched his booted foot and there was but one person to blame. The perky breasted drummer.
"ALRIGHT, PERKY," he cried out within a few moments he was near her swinging his guitar at Hel's midsection in a bit of retaliation. All is fair in love and war. This was definitely war.

The little exchange between Mac and Freya caused Shun to raise his eyebrow, but he ignored it. Freya could take out all her anger on Mac for all he cared. In the meantime, he decided to focus on someone else. The drummer. That seemed like a pretty good target for him right now. Swiftly, he closed the distance between them before swinging upwards to try and knock her flat on her back.

"Trying to WHAT, waste away to nothing?!" Mac demanded, loudly; it wasn't about the battle anymore! Sure he appreciated a skinny ghoul like the next guy, but come on, there were limits! Freya had long since passed it; he was loathe to admit it, but she was already at the limit the last time he saw her.
He liked skinny ghouls, but not walking sticks, thank you.

“What are you, my mother?” Hel shot back at Mac.
The reaper winced as her sister shot back at them, and she just looked utterly confused. “Dear Jack, Freya!” The ghoul cried. “Trying to what!? Wither away? A breeze could conquer you right no—“ Hel paused as a drum came their way, and then let out a grunt as Kettil came to nail her in the mid-section with his guitar. “Perky!?” She choked. “Oh—Well, thank you, I suppose.”
She then picked up her own drum and whapped Kettil over the head with it, not before jarring another few drums that rolled towards Mac and Shun again. “Gods, I think one of my puppies weighs more than you, sister! Mother would be very disappoint if she saw how sickly you were looking right now!” She wailed.

She was getting ganged up on. Not physically, of course, as Shun had already moved on to another target, and she wasn't even being hit that much. No, it was all of the yelling in her direction that had Freya pulling back away from the mic, and wrapping her arms around herself.
"Stops it..." She muttered, her voice cracking as her body started to shake. There was a loud, ringing noise in her ears, drowning out the sounds of the opposing team as well as her own. She rose her hands up to cover her ears and shut her eyes tight.
"STOPS IT!!!!!!!!!"
Birds of a Feather's vocalist was quickly starting to lose what little sanity she had left.

"Y'welcome!" He grinned before he got to see some drum come toward his head and there was a ringing resounding in his head. Suddenly Hel(l)'s Bells had a new meaning....
He swung at Hel again after a bit of a twirl of the guitar, this time he aimed at her nearest leg.
Freya wasn't looking so well (mentally, now). His expression went to one of concern despite the fun he was actually having, "Hey! Goldie, get a grip! It's alright!" He tried to snap her out of it.

Siobhan was still whimpering over her broken nail, sobbing and choking on said sobs. Shun's attack snapped her out of it, knocking her down into the drum set.
