People have become very picky and choosy for what they take from the bible lately. When it's convenient for their convictions, they pull up scriptures from leviticus that tell us how being gay is a bad thing, but they willfully ignore many instructions like this. Now when I cite anything from the Leviticus or much of the old testament for that matter, I'm told those were the old ways and that Jesus made the new law in love to replace the old ways, but bring up gay people being happy together, and it's back to Leviticus. I just think there is definitely a weight of heavy bias within the Christian community at large.
