Okay folks. THis doesn't take much.
Tools: 7" wooden spits (The kind the chinese restaruants use for their CHo-cho's), Cookie Sheet (Any size, depending on how many you want to make), a 4 inch deep soup pan. aliminum jar lids witht he removeable center piece. Tin snips.
INgredients: Chocolate Creams (Mainly the variety which you would get, in, like, say a box of valentines chocolates. It's the ones with the white paste inside)
1 cup milk
Directions:
Leave yoru chocolates intact and basically just dump the works into the pan. To keep from burning, keep the burner set on medium and add the milk.
Stir every 10 minutes until fully melted. (Use an electric eggbeater, works best if kept on low)
FOr a thicker base, add more chocolate creams.
When your mixture begins to look like a caramel base, let it boil for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Now, the base won't be super thick unless you wnat it to be, and will pour fairly easily while the pan is still hot.
Take your jar lids and Take your tin snips (Or whatever utensil you're using) and cut a small slot in the bottom lip of the lid. (LEave the center piece in the lid. It's an important tool later on) Set your cho-cho sticks in those slots, about halfway intot he center of the lids diameter.
Pour your mixture into the lids. Don't overflow. Set the cookie sheet, with the hot mixture in the refridgrator to cool. In about 2 hours, you have your own chocolate cream suckers.
Now to rmeove the suckers,(This is where those weird metal caps int he lids come in), simply press the center cap out of the lid ring. ^^
Now you have a wonderful chocolate lollipop!!! (Or more, depending on how much of the concoction you've made)
