It was an absolutely beautiful day with a bright sun and not a cloud in the sky. Our heroine was spending the day in the wilderness by a lake, letting her water pokemon enjoy the swim. Kira knelt by the side of the water, her strawberry-blond pulled up in a long ponytail and hanging straight down her back as she peered deeply into the water. Though she felt som e anxiety by being so close to so much water, she really wasn't too worried. She knew that across the lake, relaxing in the reeds and cat-tails was her dashing protector, Fuyuki.
So instead she relaxed herself and enjoyed the sun and surroundings.

Quite opposite of our heroine, our handsome clever sly villain was racing along. He was having some trouble getting his stead, Akakios the Zebstrika, to listen. They had just finished a mission and Akakios was quite upset over his role in the whole affair. "Will you just slow down!? And watch where you're going!" He shouted as the Zebstrika headed straight for a tree.
There were no reins and Doyle could only hold onto his pokemon's neck. Akakios nimbly dodged the tree and veered heading for a lake. He soon was upon the lake and headed straight for a girl who was by the water. "Ssstrika!" He neighed as he charged at her.
"Oh crap. LOOK OUT!" Doyle shouted but he could tell it was already too late.

"Look out!"
Kira's head popped up just in time to see an out of control Zebstrika charging straight towards her. Unfortunately, it was too late for her, and eyes wide she went splashing into the lake. For a normal person, this wouldn't be a problem: the water was only waist high and there was no danger. For Kira, however, her phobia over took her mind and sent her helplessly thrashing.
'Oh god oh God oh God I'm going to die. I'm going to drown and there won't be anything here...'
From across the lake, her Suicune lifted his head as his vision went through slow motion. He watched the Zebstrika trample its way towards his trainer, and before he could even get to the water front she had fallen into the shallows. His heart froze, but the rest of him lept into action as he flew across the water of the lake and pulled his beloved ward out to the safety of the banks. The legendary pokemon gently nuzzled the girl until her thrashing stoped and her breathing returned to normal.
Kira's hands trembled ans she pulled Fuyuki's head to her, stroking the pokemon as she tried to catch her breath and slow her breathing. "I'm ok... I'm alive and I'm ok..."

Doyle was able to look back in time to see the girl fall into the shallow water. He figured she would be okay as it wasn't deep water from the looks of it, so he made no attempts to stop Akakios. However when he saw the legendary Suicune come out his mind went straight into Rocket mode. If he could capture that pokemon he was sure to get a bonus and some kind of recognition.
He tried to slow down Akakios but the Zebstrika wasn't having it. Instead Akakios went faster and both he and his trainer soon disappeared into the distance. Doyle frowned as he finally got Akakios to stop, far far away from where the Suicune had been spotted. He would have to now back track and go after it then..... but it also gave him a chance to change his appearance and clothes so he would be ready to steal. He figured he'd wait until night fell to try to steal the Suicune.

"Shhhh, really, I'm ok, Fuyuki. I had a small attack, but I'm better now." Kira pressed her palms against the Legendary, forcing him to move back a little to let the girl stand up. With a heavy sigh, she surveyed her clothes, which were soaked and muddy, then glanced off at the dust-cloud trail left behind by her assaulter.
Fuyuki followed his trainer's gaze and growled deeply; he did not like whoever it was who had endangered his human.
"Iliad, surface! Are, you too! It's time to get going!" Kira called to the water, and with a large splash the gyarados and milotec appeared only to be returned into their pokeballs. With a glance at Fuyuki, Kira shrugged. "Hey, I know it's weird I have a lot of water-types... considering my phobia and all. How about we start heading towards some civilization?"
The suicune snorted, but allowed his trainer to climb onto his back, mud and all, before heading off towards the nearest town.

Doyle finished changing into his Rocket clothes. He stuff his bags and stuff in the special item capsules he had. But before he had, he pulled out a mask that he hardly ever used. He didn't want to her to recognize him as the person who had ran her over earlier.
Finished with his preparations he sent out Archie. He hopped onto the bird and had him take to the sky. He back tracked to where he had spotted the Suicune. However he didn't go all the way back. Instead he ended up flying over the girl as she rode the Suicune to town. He followed her to town wondering if he should try now, wait until she was asleep, or for the next day. He could always get his trap happy Bidoof to come up with a way to capture the Suicune.
