I have a question I would like all mod's opinion on. If you wish me to explain the theory behind this I will however I'll ask it simply for now. Is it honestly that big of a problem to have a shinigami turn into a hollow? If anyone wants an explanation on how this is possible I'll gladly provide one.

Everyone knows how it was done, but for the sake of the guild, we cannot allow everyone to fuse with hollow energy. Everyone and their uncle would be Shinigami with Hollow Power or Hollow with Shinigami Power.

The way how it is achieved is not the issue, the implementing of such a thing however is another story. I see this as one of those things that would cause confusion and/or chaos.

Alrighty so I've noticed that the system for shinigami entering the living world isn't quite specified. There is also the concern for gigai and the exact specifications as far as spells go. There are more characters being made and a few that are shinigami disguised as humans. With permission I have done some research on the matter and have come up with a fair system related to these matters I can get done rather quickly. Also since I play the captain of squad twelve, the one who makes the pills it will be a system related to my character directly in the RP. I post it here first so all can speak their mind on this. I am more than happy to PM vice captains and/or Diablo further details. Thanks for your time. cool
@ Monster of the Mist- Sorry bro gotta go with the others on this. Not only would we have to go through the whole story of how it can happen which would steer us off our track of being a whole new generation. All that stuff happened and is over with. Other than that it is rare even in story line and it was do to Aizen's tom foolery that led to a majority of these happenings. The fact we have visords is enough since the way we wrote this out a shinigami gaining such power is more rare. I get where your going but It'll cause unneeded deterrent to the main arch and may even crash the story on us through chaos.

Done research.... A shinigami can't really have hallow powers and not be called a visored. Even if the rare chance happens this way that shinigami will be outlawed and be forced to learn his/her techniques as a Visored in the human world or cut down by shinigami in sereitei. If you want this ability you must speak with the Visored commander to check for open spots. I know it's an old topic but putting it here. I might make this a statement somewhere official to clear future confusion. Keep it simple folks things are nice and complicated enough as is.

I don't like Bleach, but I like this Guild. So I'll do whatever you need to help it get back up. Especially since I have time to spare.
As for the story and Guild I have suggestions: Firstly, I think we need to cut down the number of Divisions. Maybe start off with four or six. To much right off the bat is hard to fill up and then we lose people due to it. That being said, we would need to also cut down on the number of higher ranked in other fractions. So less Espada, Quincy, and so on for the start. Once the Guild really get's going we slowly start to add more.
As for the story, I think we need to make a single enemy to start. We need someone to be the real "bad guy" and then build the story around that struggle. Long story short we need a s**t disturber to bring in twists and give everyone a goal. That is what I think was missing in the beginning.

Well the issue I have with limiting the divisions is that it many divisions have different jobs to do. And each one really can't be close because I feel it will limit peoples aspect of character creation. However I can say that we can limit all dvisions down to only 5 members for now until we get more people. HOWEVER, I think limiting the Arrancar, Quicny, and etc down to only filling the highest ranks for now until more members start floodiing in. Well I did have the single enemy going on. She was a great idea, But no one posted after I started to extend into Soul Society and Hueco Mundo. She is one twisted b***h and I'm playing her while giving my Captain-Commander a minor role in this plot...

I understand that every division has it's own "Specialty" and "Jobs" however like I said, it's going to take to long to fill them up. Plus you're going to have people who only want to join a certain Division, and if you simply limit it to so many members until then they will just wait till it's open, or they will grow bored and leave. We can do it so the certain amount we put it to can have more then one "specialty and job" and while the Guild grows we can separate them, promoting internally. So if we have say 4 Division's up and everything is running smoothly, then we can add more. People might not like the idea of being limited, but in the end it'll also give them something to work for. It also makes for interesting plot developments for the future. You can run ARC's around the new Division's opening and such.
It would be the same with the other Fractions.
Hmm, guess I missed it. Work kind of kept me out of the loop. *Goes to read* Ahh. I see what you mean. Then I retract my earlier statement and revise it with this one - Destruction. We need one of the Fractions to be in total dismay. This "Creator" and her peeps, though going after each realm, directs their efforts towards one target first. Making them an example of whats to come. This can then lead into unexpected alliances. Like for Example: The Creator directs her efforts into destroying "Hueco Mundo" leaving the Arrancar in shambles. The Arrancar can then go to say the "Soul Society" forming an alliance to fight together against this threat. It can create external and internal struggles. Make for some interesting mini arcs. We need something that can be explored in depth but also allows us to branch off of that isn't completely directed to the main story. So everyone will have something should they not be interested in the main story alone.

Just wondering how long does it take to have your abilities generated? I realize the big cheese is probably very busy so I thought I would just check here and see if there was an average time limit. It's been almost a week.
