Outside of Sunagakure's Gates there are several outposts spread apart by 50 feet. Each outpost has a team of five Jounin, all of them communicate with each other via headsets. Before you can enter Sunagakure, you must present papers to the leader of these teams for the reason you are arriving. If you do not have these papers, you are immediately escorted to the Kazekage's Office for questioning.
