Aisa simply didn't want to be in the lair without her one shampoo. Or at least, that was the human label counterpart to it. Apparently, it was some kind of sweet concoction for Aisa's hair that she didn't want to do without. Seeing the heir come back for a single item was the general consensus, when Aisa walked onto Amityville campus with a small bottle in hand.
Now that there was a lair, there was little need to retreat back here .. for the moment.
Aisa might have also spotted something in her favorite color~ Not something so much as someone.

Having spent a little too much time working on homework, Mei found herself out wondering the school grounds. She had no destination really, just time to kill. Most of her friends she knew were busy, off doing their own thing. So it wasn't like she could go and pester them for a while.
Reaching the school itself, the doll took a seat on the school steps, thinking over some of the recent events carefully. Stuck in her own thoughts, she didn't even noticed the heir to Death close by.

Mei might have found the protector of death braiding her lovely hair, when she felt the slightest of tugs. By that time, Mei's hair was already braided and now tied with a red cloth.
True fact. Aisa worked fast.
The protector, contrary to her rather flashy appearance, gave little to no presence behind Mei. She was kneeling low, her own long black hair pooling around her armored boots on the ground. She could wait to tell Eris that she had found a cute student, she just couldn't wait to adjust said student to her liking.

It took a moment to realize that someone was behind her, and braiding her hair no less. A little startled by the light tugs, Mei broke from her train of though and peeked behind her. Blinking, she was surprised and a little shocked to see the death heir, Aris.
It had been a while since she had seen Aris around. Ever since they had moved to the lair with Madea and the rest of the horsemen, they frequented the school grounds less and less. The last time she had time she had seen her around, in fact, was during the whole four clans trip. It was probably best she didn't bring that up.
Realizing she had been staring at the ghoul this whole time, Mei struggled to find her voice and break this awkward silence. "I--um..Hi, Asia." Was it okay to call her by her first name? She had no idea what the protocols were for the horsemen and names.
Finally, her hand reached back to feel at her hair. It was braided--she braided her hair. "Thanks. I don't think I've ever had my hair braided before." She smiled sheepishly at the horsemen.

"Now that is a shame. It's so much more effective .." Aisa trailed off, intent on putting the finishing touches on the braid, placing a stray hair back into place. By the time Mei interrupted the silence, a silence that Aisa hadn't noticed, her fingers had let loose of the ghoul's vivaciously colored hair. She didn't mind Mei's shocked stares either, such things were immensely trivial when attention was focused on you for a large amount of one's life.
Although Aisa didn't need the status quo to attract attention, he purple feathers acting as a large distraction.
"Your cracked features are unmarred by insanity.." Aisa murmured, moved by a personal caution, to resist and keep her hands away from Mei's unique features. There was a subjective attraction to Mei, like a fond peice of cloth or jewelry. Aisa hadn't expected much when she came back to Amityville but she was pleasant surprised~
" .. Don't let the insanity pull you too close." Aisa said abruptly, wishing to avoid the crushing disappointment if insanity did take this student over. They had quite enough of that, scattered through Amityville and the lair.

Mei offered a small smile when she added the finishing touches to the braid. It was a strange feeling, to have her hair braided. Her hair almost felt heavier than it had before. It wasn't a bad feeling, she just wasn't at all used to it. Normally, her hair would be left down, or in pony tails. She never really took the effort to do anything else with her hair.
Mei blinked, remaining quiet as the horsemen mentioned insanity. She could vaguely recall having gone through the effects of insanity once before, during the destruction of the four clans. It wasn't something she would wish for a second time.
"Y-yes.." It was odd, sitting here, having a conversation with Asia, and definitely awkward. Especially with where her mind was wandering for the past few days. But out of all the horsemen, especially the heirs, Asia was the horsemen she liked the most. But it didn't keep her from being cautious around her.
"What brings you to the school?" She asked, trying to break the awkward silence growing between them.
