it's either the Profitable Achievement of the Money Never Sleeps Achievement that enables it, not amount sold. i have over a million sold on this account and i'm still at 10
though it glitched once on my other account so i had 11 items being sold XD

I also can only sell 10. Being able to sell more would be useful. What do you have to do to GET these achievements that increase this amount?

The tycoon achievement unlocks 10 additional slots. To get it, total marketplace sales must exceed 1 mil.

My sales have been over 1 million for a very long time, but I only got it two days ago. I had recently received profitable and money never sleeps, so maybe it finally became available for me after I got those? Not really sure though, achievements are kinda weird.

Heh, the only way I know it's tycoon is because it says so in its description that it unlocks ten slots... otherwise i would have absolutely no idea xD
