Rock towers emerge forth from the ground to offer a place of escape or an advantageous attack position. The breeze from the stadium air conditioners stirs the loose sand on the field, creating a mini sandstorm that reduces visibility. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ROCK type attacksThis field reduces FIRE type attacks by 25 HP

Lenore walked into the frigid stadium, Mephistopheles at her side. The girl drew a pokeball from her belt, sending out Jin-Gitaxias. She gave him a small smile, and the gastly floated down to the rocky field.

Zinnia entered the stadium, noting the rough terrain and low visibility. This would be a challenging place to fight in, but it could only give Zebo more experience.

"Let's go, Zebo!" she called, releasing the purrloin from his pokeball.

Zebo landed lightly on the stadium floor and looked across the field at his opponent. He couldn't see very well through the dust devils on the field, but it appeared to be a gastly. He smirked. No problem! He wasn't afraid of ghosts!

"Well, then. Let us begin the experiments." The gastly blew toxic gas forward at the purrloin.

Zebo staggered a little as he was poisoned. "(You stink...)" he growled.

"Hang in there, Zebo!" Zinnia called down in concern. "Use Night Slash!"

Zebo's purple eyes flashed dangerously. He leaped into the air at the gastly, slashing with his claws.

The purrloin's claws sank into the gastly, but he immediately counterattacked by turning his blood into poison. The poison shot at Zebo with astonishing speed.

Zebo yowled in pain, jerking himself away from the ghost. So much for this being easy! He panted, shaking his head as the poison wore off.

"Keep your distance! Dark Pulse!" Zinnia shouted.

Zebo had plenty of dark thoughts for the ghost already to power the dark aura attack. A shadowy ring burst out of his head, zooming toward Nergal.

The dark attack shot through the gastly's body. "Diagnosis: Subject no longer under the effects of the poison. Remedying..." He blew more smog at the purrloin.

"Nice one, Zebs!" Zinnia shouted gleefully as Zebo neatly dodged the ghost's smog. The purrloin was learning quickly! "Now for another Night Slash!"

Zebo darted forward again, leaping into the air to slash the ghost once more.

Ribbons of blood burst from the gastly as Zebo slashed into him. Gitaxias retreated a fair ways away. "I must study more of the effects at this particular dose...." He blew more smog at the purrloin.

"Give him another Night Slash!" Zinnia shouted.

"(With pleasure...)" Zebo leaped at the ghost again with his claws unsheathed.
