Perched on a small rock, Parvati looked quite dazed. The sun was beginning to set, and Parvati had been sitting there for quite some time now. Her pack was gone, and as soon as she got word of it, she left the lands. There was a time when she thought about leaving her pack, and joining up with another pack, but she ended up leaving those lands soon after she found them. Nothing really felt quite right, and Parvati wondered if it was just a personal flaw. She had always felt that way, for as long as she could remember; out of all her siblings, she was the one that was always compared to their mother, one of the founding leaders of the pack. It was probably due to their similar appearances, but a few others had said that their personalities were quite similar as well; both positively awkward and shy, with few redeeming qualities. The biggest difference was probably that her mother was much stronger than Parvati was. Even when she was younger, she never was one to rise to the occasion, never the one to shine.
Which was why she now sat on a rock, alone. Her thinking was that if she couldn't please the ones who were around her, she probably needed to find a new crowd. And her pack disbanding was that final push to actually make her go out and do it. The only problem was that Parvati wasn't really good with wedging herself in somewhere new, so she had resigned herself to just being alone for the rest of her days.
Well. That was a depressing thought. But what good was she? She had no outstanding qualities, and she certainly wasn't the most striking when it came to females. Just all-around average it seemed. She was so lost in her thoughts that she wasn't paying any attention at all to the world around her, even though the sky was getting darker.
