Sage Mode

So Sage Mode is a major technique that can lead to OP characters. Because of this, I want to limit it, however I don't want to completely ban it because it's a major technique. As such, I'm going to limit this techniques uses, and I'm going to create an application that must be filled out and accepted before utilizing this technique.
I'm going to start off with the requirements for this technique. First off, you must have mastered a summoning type, and due to the fact that the summoning forums are not yet up, Sage Mode will be limited to the cannon summonings, Snakes, Toads, etc.
