Upon hearing the announcement, Khairan, also known as "The 11th Vampire" and 11th Squad Captain, would make his way from the office to the Meeting Hall. With his cloak on, no one can see his 11th Squad logo, and he doesn't want anyone to see it. Taking his steps into the meeting hall, Khairan would see and sense the presence of 3rd Squad Captain, Kazuma Ichimaru. Khairan said nothing, and take his position. He stood there, and awaited for the Captain-Commander, quietly as he waits.

Caleb arrived at the meeting hall after being intercepted by a Hell Butterfly on his way to Jermaine's office. Looking around he wasn't surprised he was one of the first to arrive. 'Bloodlust and Ichimaru...fun fun.' he thought to himself as he took his place in the line up. It was an annoying tradition he always loathed, the Captain's standing before the Captain Commander in order of their squads. "Does anyone know why we're here?" He spoke more to break the silence than anything, but even he didn't know what was going on at the moment.

Zatoichi had planned to meet the Commander today, so it was quite fortuitous indeed that he would intercepted by a hell butterfly on his way to the man's office. This occurrence was made even greater by the fact that he would get to meet some other captains as well. He walked through the large doors of the meeting room just intime to hear the Ninth Division captain question the reason for their presence. To keep converstaion going Zatoichi decided to respond to his question though he himself was also in the dark about why they had been called together. "I'm afrain I don't know why we're hear Captain, however because I am new to this team I feel that I should introduce myself." He took his place on the right side of where the Commander he was so anxious to meet would stand. He stood adjacent to the Third Division's captain. "My name is Zatoichi Misawa, you may call me Zato if you like...there is no need for any of you to refer to me as captain, if you must however I will not be offended. As you may have noticed, I am the new captiain of the Second Division." He gave a slight nod before the cloth tied around his head and covering his eyes dangled past his chest. "It is a pleasure."

SpacerDespite having been the one to send out the announcement Yui got caught up in a separate matter, one which was more important than the meeting to him at least. Entering the meeting hall, he looked around to find quite a number of Captains had already arrived. "Apologies, the Commander will be here soon," he stated with a light smile. If they didn't know his position they could probably tell from the lieutenant badge hanging on his sash. Yui didn't wear the normal shinigami uniform instead a less baggy version which was built for much those constantly on the move. With a small bow, he made his way to the left hand side of the Commander's chair to await the said man's arrival. In his hand he held a dainty red envelope. Spacer Spacer

Caleb was only slightly interested in the Captain he didn't know whom arrived. A Captain's meeting wasn't really the time to try and learn about him, but when Yui arrived and explained Jermaine's tardyness Caleb's attention was grasped. "So how much longer until the Commander arrives Yui?" He said turning to look at the Lieutenant he knew well.
"Quite the turnout, even a new Captain has appeared, oh the time flies when you don't see faces after a while" Kazuma thought for even some of the older captains presence seemed to allude his mind. "Come on Masterson, let's at the least give the Captain- Commander time to arrive before we get impatient" Kazuma joked for it seemed that Masterson was one for promptness.

Spacer"Hmm," Yui said as he pretended to think, "I personally think our Commander is the type who likes to be fashionably late. If you get what I mean," he finished with a wink. Yui was notorious for his pranks and generally carefree attitude. "Ah! Don't tell him I said that though," he added with a cheeky grin. Looking at the present captains, he thought maybe it was better if they were notified first of a change in the sequence of the meeting. "Although most of you are curious to this possible threat, I have an important matter to notify the Commander of before we start, so I apologise for any inconvenience," Yui stated with a small bow. Out of no where Jermaine would appear in his seat in front of all the Captains. If a Captain wasn't looking directly at the chair, they wouldn't know he appeared until they looked his way. Usually everyone would be able to tell when he entered the room, but the young Commander had his spiritual pressure completely hidden. He looked to his left and saw his Lieutenant, Yui. He then turned to his right and saw the Captain of Division Nine. He wondered why the Captain was standing next to him, but he didn't get it much thought. Turning back to the other Captains, the first thing his noticed was the low number of them. They were in serious need of more Captain class Shinigami, but as long as the enemy thought they had thirteen, they would be safe.
"Hello everyone, it's time to get to business", said the young Commander. "First I would like to apologize for being late. I'm suppose to be the first person here, but Central 46 had me running a little late." Central 46 had been taking up most of his time a lot lately. They didn't care for anything he had to say, but for some reason they loved calling him there.
As soon a Yui finished talking, Kazuma saw the presence of what he thought out to be a person's reaitsu but it was conceivable masked even for his eyes but he only knew of one person who could do that was the only person who knew of his eyes abilities. "So the Captain-Commander has arrived" Kazuma thought as he stood at attention as the others would as they felt the Commander pressence.

SpacerYui was quite use to Jermaine appearing out of nowhere. Turning the envelope in his hand, he held it out to the Commander. "It's a bit sudden but I believe we'll have less force than we originally had," he whispered to Jermaine in a serious tone. The red envelop would enclose the 13th Division Captain, Airisa Voltaire's resignation letter. However it wasn't the usual formal letter, since she had known Jermaine's father, instead it held some little advice she hoped to pass on.

It's come to my attention recently that as an old captain of the Gotei 13, rather a captain who's been in service longer than most of the others, I'm not a particular fan of this new era. It may be due to my own inflexibility but the power ladder in Soul Society has changed to an extent where I can't bear to be a part of it anymore. In the end I conclude that it's mostly due to my own demeanour, or maybe I'm just too old.
I hope that you'll be able to use your powers and strengths to shape a new Soul Society in the near future. If you need any help or any form of advice, you can usually find me at Seiten Shrine in Karakura, I suppose letters or emails are okay too. Either way, best of luck Jermaine!

Jermaine grabbed the letter from his Lieutenant and opened the letter. He didn't know what Yui meant until he had read the letter. When he finished reading he looked at his Lieutenant than back at the paper. This was sort of related to the reason why his father resigned as Captain-Commander. "Thanks for delivering this letter to me," he said with a low tone of voice. He folded it back up and put it back in the envelope. He than proceeded to put it in his hoari. With one less Captain, things were really about to get difficult. The young Commander might have to go into battle more often.
As the second one to be here, Khairan kept his words, or to say he didn't have the intention to speak, not like Kazuma. He was only standing there, awaiting for the Captain-Commander. Not just that, a new Captain has arrived, the Captain of 2nd Squad, speed is their goal was it? Nevertheless, Khairan will be sure that he won't forget his name. As he awaits, Captain of Squad 12, Lieutenant of 1st Squad and Caleb came to the hall. It seems most of them are here now, where can Airisa be? Khairan was sick of waiting, he wanted to leave, but with all respect, he waited. God has finally answered, the Captain-Commander, Jermaine Dazimagie steps in. Khairan did not even gaze over, like other captains, he stare off to the opposite side. But when the whisper of the Lieutenant caught his attention. Khairan come from the bloodline of Grimoire, able to at least hear a little was normal, it was not clear though. Khairan couldn't hear much, but a letter was given to the Captain-Commander to read. A warning letter? A challenge letter? No one knows except for Captain-Commander himself. Khairan left it be, who cares anyway. He now awaits for the Captain's words.
