I would love to RP with you, but I'm not much into RPs nowadays. I have a great Suikoden RP that died before it's time, so I'm still alittle distraut

It is a peaceful day aboard the dauntless, the Kooluk defeated, Iluya restored, and all the Islands once again peaceful, the pirates were back to most of their usually activities, within the restrictions set of course. The Rune of Punishment dormant for now.

*Hervey awaked with a serious hangover.*

"Oh, man I knew i shouldn't have stayed up with Dario to drink"

*Groaning he struggled to get out of bed, realizing a short while after that he was on his floor with bottles all around*

"Shoot man, well i guess this is what i get. Kika'll be mad a me guess i'm not at my post"

*and with that he got up and began his latest day*

OOC: Since no one is saying anything Can I play the Hero or Snowe? Or....Sigurd?

Of course ill put you down as Sigurd shall i?

OOC: Hey, what is the name of our army....or....fleet...? I called my army 'Ultionis' Which is latin for 'Punishment'. whee Oh well just a suggestion...


IC: The day had already started, and just like always, Sigurd was already up and about. Lady Kika had charged him and Hervey with the Dauntless' maintenence.

...and just like always, Hervey was late. Sigurd already gathered the morning clean up crew and had set the group to the tasks at hand. Because of the group's size, usually two overseers were assigned with the charge for a week. Yesterday was when he and Hervey's name came up and they had done the changer over with Kenneth and Tal. After wards, Sigurd had reminded Hervey what time to be on deck.

The day was perfect and the sea waters calm. "You two, start swabing the starboard side and you three are in charge of the ship's bow." The young pirate pointed to the indicated places as he issued the clean up jobs to the crew of sailors. "After you five are done securing those ropes do a walk through and I'll get with you before you're dismissed." The small group nodded their heads and quickly went about their jobs.

In the mean time, Sigurd walked off to find that way ward partner of his. "I TOLD him not to stay up late drinking..." Even though morning clean up crew was taken care of, Sigurd was still going to give that irresponsible man an earful.

Sigurd narrowed his eyes as Hervey passed. "Hey I HEARD that. You've saved my life once, but I've had to pull your tail out of the fire countless times."

He turned to follow Hervey to the deck smiling in dismayal.

"You know, if you were just a little bit more responsible I wouldn't have to nag you like some hag...It doesn't matter how much older you are, I'm just watching out for you..."

It was a bad habit he was getting into, but he had to wonder himself. If they weren't pirates, then what other job could they do?

Mercenaries? Yeah right. With peace restored to the islands, there wouldn't be any work around these parts for them. That meant that he and Hervey would have to travel far and wide looking for wars to participate in.

...But Hervey was right, they were loyal to Lady Kika, and he felt at home here at Sea. He wouldn't leave it for anything.

When Sigurd realized that Hervey was staring at him, the young man feigned a cough before saying: "All right guys, that'll do, report to the mess deck for breakfast."

At the mere mention of break fast the large working party made a break for the the lower decks nearly running the pair over.

"So Hervey, shall we get going? Perhaps after wards we can spar in the training hall. I think you've been getting lazy lately. I mean, letting that Jelly Fish man creature nick you like that. You're slipping..." Sigurd laughed remembering the incident as he walked to the lower deck for breakfast.
