This rp is of the lesbian dolphin familiar couple of Jocosa *Owned by Green Ever After* and Haruna *Owned by ladyfirefox89* finding the mer shell *owned by Green Ever After*. After watching over it, they find it has been abandoned but still alive. So they decide to adopt it and take it home where it can hatch in peace.

The cracks of sounds above and the way the waves moved told Jocosa a story, from above the water. There seemed to be a storm approaching and it was time to find shelter. A flick of her tail fin and she was off, quite like a race, a race against the waves. A test of her endurance and ability to find safety...
Brief, but descriptive, her imagination more often than not took over, the short-attention spanned dolphin gave a small sound of echo. Her eyes blinked slowly as she came out of her own head and began focusing on the boring reality. Her dreams could be so daring, Jocosa hoped she could achieve that daring some day.
"But for that to happen... something extraordinary needs to happen." She clicked slightly, displeased with how the already bleh morning was going. She twisted in the water, a refreshing wave cleansed away any warmth that hung about her. Now where in the sea had Haruna gone! And that Jellyfish?
It hadn't been long ago that she and Haruna had met, perhaps a few moons maybe? The thought of the other dolphin brought a slow smile to her face and she simply enjoyed the morning that much more. Off in the distance she spotted the black swimmer. Haruna's green markings seemed to glow the further she got. "Haruna, are you adventuring without me again? And where is Abioye?" You see, the pair were extremely quick to move on and find something simply more fun than the last.
They just didn't know what they;d find today~

Haruna let the soft turbulence of a stormy sea carry her around. Sometimes it was just nice to let go and let something else control your fate. It wasn't always such a bad idea. That is how she met Jocosa, that wonderful day she decided to just let go. And now, maybe it would take her to her love again.
It had been a few days since she had seen Jocosa. Too many long lonely days. A jelly just wasn't enough sometimes. Haruna looked around now, wondering. Where had her jelly gone? Oh well, Abby often left on her own to eat. Haruna's soft chuckle bubbled up to the surface, a moody jellyfish could certainly be amusing.
A wave of pure joy washed over her as the sound of Jocosa's clicks passed through her. Turning, she saw the rainbow colored dolphin and raced over, nuzzling a greeting happily.

Jocosa was not surprised to see Haruna without Abby. The emotional jellyfish often swam off without telling them and was stubborn to return, especially if she didn't get her way. Surely, this time was for food though. When Haru came swimming over fast as could be Jocosa noticed something out of the corner of her eye. Something a little odd to be seen alone and this close to the land.
Though it was bizarre to find something new, something old couldn't be replaced. When Haru planted a good solid nuzzle on her, she was jelly in her partners flippers. "Hello to you too!" She clicked pleasantly. So fond of her dear best friend she was, her mate. They had their happily ever after in a sense.
"Come here for a moment Haru, I think I saw something!" She briskly pulled away, despite the moments they shared, Jocosa was always getting distracted, distractions could be seen as spontaneous, but really she was just acting on her getting bored easily. But today it wasn't boredom. There was seriously something astray. When she swam into place to get a good look at what they had found she nearly gasped. "Haruna.. is that a..a shell?"
Jocosa had heard little about mers, but growing up she knew better than to stay away from these little guys. Their Moms were usually somewhere very close, but the dolphins had been floating around here for sometime. "You don't think it's alone do you?" Worry poured into her clicks this time. The Mother in her shone a little more brighter.

Haruna clicked happily as she nuzzled with Jocosa. The little happy dance she did around her was barely enough of a warm welcome after the days apart. "I missed you. But I had to try and go find Abby after she was gone those days." She gave a little sheepish smile. "You know how I worry about her sometimes." Haruna shook her head and giggled softly. "And now that I found her, it seems she has wondered off again. But, I gave her a talking to so hopefully she will come back sooner this time."
Haruna now felt the excitement coming from Jocosa. It gave her tingly chills. Made her want to jump free of the ocean and do a flip when she felt this from her mate. She let the first tingles echo through her body before being able to pay attention to what Jocosa was actually saying. "What?" Haruna peered down at the object Jocosa's excitement had come from. "It can't be. It must have been drifted here after being opened....." She swam in place for a moment, staring at it. It sure did look occupied.
Haruna looked at Jocosa, eyes dancing with part wonder and part slight danger. She had heard stories of protective mothers before. "What do you think it is doing here?"
