
She had managed to do it. Of course she had had help along the way. Sangria gave a disdainful snort as she pawed at the wrap that her father had given to her as a gift when she was just a foal. She had utilized the fabric as a makeshift carrier of her supply of needles. Her steely gaze took in her current surroundings. When she had departed silently in the night from the "reunion" of her family Sangria only knew one thing. She had to find the remaining member of her family. Jessamine hadn't exactly been helpful but she had given Sangria a direction to travel in. She had put a lot of distance between them and her destination before pausing for a rest. There had been enough time to slake her thirst and her hunger before she set off again.
The wrap now secured around her neck Sangria paused and scented the air. The woods seemed still tonight. Her white pelt reflected the moonlight as she began out on her path. Somewhere out there was her brother. She was going to find him.
