For those of you that ask me why I haven't hired you yet. I do not base my staff on just their experience and art. Those of you not hired are missing something essential to being staff that has nothing to do with your posts below. I will not tell you what it is, but those I feel are really into this place, are the ones I will hire.
Here I will be hiring managers, colorists whether they be part time, full time, guests, unedited colorists, or edited colorists. Fill out the appropriate form below at any time to be considered. This will always be open.
I need those that will stick around, if you plan on only staying for 1 event and vanishing off the earth to leave me more work, I don't want you so don't apply. I want people who will respect and be loyal to me, other staff, and customers that will do their work in a timely manner. I give plenty of time for colorists to make pets and keep a very organized area for managers to know what they need updated every day of every week
Computer Requirements:
You will need a layering program such as photoshop or GIMP for this
What you must do each month:
4+ pets for full time (4 is the minimum)
2+ pets for part time (2 is the minimum)
as many as you want for guests. You may come and go as you please
No more than 3 breedings unless given permission.
No more than 5 Customs unless permission is granted for an event or something.
Minimum of 2 Game pets for Full Time
Minimum of 1 Game pet for Part Time
Event pets will have a list each colorist needs to complete before the deadline unless something comes up irl.
If you are a colorist that wants to do edits, edits must be up to a league. They MUST match the current templates and if you do not feel confident you can do them, then do not. I'd rather have someone that can make me a fabulous pet than one that is disturbing me from its flaws.
Managers must keep the information for the shop and guild up to date on a timely basis.
What you get:
100% of all profit for EVERYTHING you make. I do not want your gold if I pay other staff, I will pay it myself from things I make. (and I'm talking, if you are good and with edits you can make over 2 mil an auction)
This however means unless it is a event you are expected to run it (Fs, raffle, auction, games)
Managers can negotiate a price if they want to be paid but they and colorists may get free pets, and items of their choice each month
Staff may participate in any events as long as they themselves did not make something in it. Like if you made a raffle pet for a raffle, you can not enter that raffle.
Possible Gold bonuses may also be available depending on how well you achieve the above requirements.
