   Mona looked around, trying to locate Kristo, which was becoming more and more difficult to find since his brother had run off. Spying the other young male, she trotted over to him, being careful not to let her dad or Cecelia see her talking about leaving, again. "Kristo?" She called softly.

 Kristo kept becoming increasingly agitated once his brother left. It was almost like without Kailyn around, Kristo was lost. His brother was his best friend, and quite frankly, the one that kept Mona off his back most of the time. Now, don't get him wrong, he was gaining a small amount of affection for the young female but she could be a little annoying at times. As she found him once again, he sighed and turned towards her as she spoke in a hushed tone. "Yes Mona?"

Mona shifted her weight nervously. She could tell that Kristo was agitated again and didn't want to bother him. "Uhm.. I... have a question for you?" She asked hesitantly. It was no secret that she had had a crush on Kristo since she could remember.. but had never acted on it.. There was no need to.. If Kristo liked her back he would say something.. and since he hadn't.. and only got frustrated with her, Mona just figured he really actually only tolerated her, and though it hurt, she tried to atleast be friends. But in quests like what she wanted to do, she knew no one else to turn to.

Kristo shook his head as he saw her shift her weight normally. He was never really any good with talking to people. "Yes Mona? What is it?" He worked on making his tone more friendly. Kris knew he shouldn't act the way he did with her sometimes, but Kailyn always teased him about her and him being his brother and best friend, that didn't always go well.

Mona looked away from his eyes. "Uhm.. well.. I was wondering.. if you.. might accompany me on.. a.. a search?" She asked softly, looking around to make sure both Damir and Cece weren't around, and hoping that if her brother did overhear he wouldn't tell on her.

"Mona..." Kristo's tone much quieter now. "You know Damir and Cecelia wouldn't like that...but...I suppose you will probably go anyway so I might as well accompany you. Maybe we'll run into Kailyn on our way. He looked around quickly. "Damir and Cece must be out today, now would be our chance."

Mona grinned as she motioned for Kristo to follow her, setting out in no particular direction. She had no idea where her mother might be... she just knew it was far off.. near some canyons.

Walking after Mona, Kristo signaled to Kamryn. They had long ago bonded and became almost like brothers and had agreed to tell the other if Mona was leaving anywhere. The other stallion trots over and falls into line with them.
"Where we goin' sis?" Kammy asked.

Mona stopped at the appearance of her brother, and peered at the two males incredulously. "oh... You! You..! Gaaahh! Males..." She muttered the last word as she stormed off, continuing in her direction.
Meanwhile, Kailyn was near Unthall Moutains, knowing it was a somewhat dangerous place. But he didn't care. He wanted to explore... so that's what he was doing. He wanted to find his purpose in life. It was at times, though, especially at this moment, That Kai missed his brother and best friend.. In fact.. he still turned and talked, out of habit, to his brother.. who actually wasn't by his side anymore..

Kristo and Kamryn seemed to shrug at almost the exact same time. "Sorry." Kristo said almost sheepishly as he followed after the angry Mona. He hoped they would find Kai, he missed his brother dearly.
"Ona...are you going in search of Melody?" Kamryn asked his sister as he followed her and Kristo.

Mona grumbled a bit more about 'boys and their silly packs' before she answered her brother with a swish of her tail. "And Kailyn... Kristo misses his brother..." She said softly, seeing mountains rise in the distance. Were the canyons around mountains? Mona hoped so, cause that's the way she aimed.
Kai sighed as she settled down beneath a tree, an actual rare sight where he was at the moment, even if it was extremely scraggly. He lay down and closed his eyes, decided to rest a moment in the heat of hte day before moving on.

Kamryn walked up so he was walking beside his sister as Kristo hung back. "Mona, you know you might really upset dad by doing this...right?" he knew their father was ashamed of them and regretted them, but he also knew he loved them too, it was a bit of tough love.
Kristo hung back and brought up the rear, he tried to stay alert and make sure no danger was around but he tended to get a little distracted sometimes.

Mona sighed and shook her head, still trotting forward. "I.. I have to meet her, Kammie... I.. I have to..." Mona sighed as the neared a brown plains area, riddled with dead grass and pebbles... She saw a tree off in the distance.. a bit of bright blue underneath.. "What is that?" She asked.
Kai lifted his head, feeling the vibrations through the ground of approaching hoofsteps. His ears pricked forward. Three azrein were headed towards him.. He tensed himself, ready to flee if needed.

"KAI!!!" Came Kristo's unexpected shout as he recognized the splotches on the azrein's coat and his brother's scent. He raced forward towards the tree.
Kamryn sighed, "I know mona...but daddy just wont be very happy about it..." He nudged his sister, Kam understood, he really did, he just didn't think it was a good idea.

At the sight of one azrein rushing towards him, Kai backed up about to run, but he heard his name.. and that familiar voice.. Along with the coloring. "Kristo! You found me!" he cried, racing to meet with his brother, kicking up a big cloud of dust behind him.
Mona sighed. "He'll forgive me.." Mona said softly as she trotted to be near Kristo and Kailyn.
