I plan to not diet. I plan to change my lifestyle. This is not a temporary "lose weight fast and gain it all back in half the time" thing this is me becoming a healthier person in general for the rest of my LIFE!
Current Bad Habits:
--> 1-2 Double cheese burgers a week at Burger King, plus fries occasionally.
--> Lots of Ice Cream (but I don't buy it from the store anymore I make my own cool )
--> Lots of microwave "convenience" foods, such at hot pockets, and mini pizzas
--> Pizza 3-4 times a month (either frozen or made at a pizza joint)
--> RARELY EXERCISE. I am very sedentary. :C
--> Irregular sleep schedule, either by conscious choice or insomnia/hypersomnia.
I am also really bad at motivating myself. I'll think: "I'll go for a walk" then I will say "Well maybe a few more minutes talking to random people online" which then turns into several hours online.... I guess I make my own excuses not to exercise. I HAVE the time I just don't have the motivation... usually.
Well now my motivation is to get healthier in general, lose a bunch of weight (in a healthy time frame), and magically be able to keep up with my sister's kids! I wanna be a reliable baby sitter when they get outta diapers. :3
I Will:
--> Walk at least a mile every other day
--> Exercise 20 minutes every day on my Wii Fit.)
--> Eat more fruit and vegetables. FIND some I actually LIKE to eat!
--> Go to the Farmer's Market once a month.
--> Shop for healthier food at the grocery store. Less convenience foods!
--> EAT WAY LESS FAST FOOD!
--> Stay within my budget, for food and anything else.
--> Count and log caloric intake and foods eaten every day.
--> Take Vitamins and Meds on time every day.
--> Wake up before 12pm and go to bed before 3am
