Thing had been going smoother than they had been since the pride had gotten sick. The pride was thriving, and things were becoming to settle down. He flicked his tail and moved about in the lands away from his pride. He was looking for his next female victim. Always, was he. It was a never ending task, and some how he did it so good. He grinned just thinking about it. An evil sorta grin, one that most creatures would avoid if they had seen it cross his face. He tried to hide his smiles when he was pretending to be someone else. It came so easy to him. It was like he was given a gift to pretend things as if they really were. The greatest gift he had ever gotten in his life.
Though, he loved fighting too. He hadn't done that in a long time. An actual real fight, anyways. He had done his training to keep his body in shape. To keep him fit enough to do things and keep those of his pride scared of him. Fear was the best way to rule. His bones clinked together as he walked slowly. He was in no real rush to get anywhere. He had all the time in the world. Rahu kept his throne safe and under control. He hardly had to do anything, except when he was actually in the pride. That was no problem with him. He liked being busy one way or another. Some ways more than others.
The wind was blowing great, and the sun was about mid day. The best part of the day. It was when most of the stupid females were out. Either hunting, or doing other things. He loved running into them, pretending to be the knight they wished to come, and then crushing it after a lovely day. Of course, it took several days before it actually sinked into them. His grin grew wider. He really needed to control it.

Piato was enjoying his time to himself right now. He would go back for his brothers later, after he had scoped things out and found his way back to their home pride. Nobody believed he would actually leave, so they had not protested his going outside the old pride. Let those pesky Cheetahs and the leopards that ran the 'mafia' pride keep his brothers safe while he hunted. Piato had no doubts that the two would be fine while he was gone. Leave the weakest with the strongest, and the smartest would do the important tasks. Piato had no doubts that he would probably be searching a long while, but that was fine. He had to make sure his brothers got home to his mother. With as long as they had been gone, taken to that idiot cheetah female, he was sure their mother was very upset. Piato might not have much respect for many creatures, but he certainly did respect his mother even if he had not seen her in a very long time. After the cheetahess had broken his leg within the first few hours of having them around, how could Piato ever forget he had a nice sweet mother somewhere that WASN'T that old bat. Piato's tail twitched in agitation as he thought about the Cheetah and her pride. They were hardly worth his time to think of let alone be irritated at, and yet they had crept into his thoughts yet again. The male leopard gave a soft huff and hopped up onto a rock to perch for a bit and see what was around him. He was a little surprised to see orange and spots coming his way. He narrowed his eyes and watched until he was sure what the form was before sitting back and pretending not to be concerned with the other. His one back leg was pulled up under him a bit more so it's not quite even spot could not be seen by this stranger.

Thona had noticed something pinkish in the distance, his first thought was a pretty female he could seduce and trick. The best part about his job, he'd have to admit. He grinned as he moved towards the other, tail flicking making klinking noise as he moved. His head up high, letting his feathers move about in the air. He wanted to seem big and strong, and wonderful.
As he got closer, his mood disappeared as he realized the female he thought he was going towards was actually a male. Well, this was just a bit of s**t. He frowned, annoyed with the fact that he had been tricked by the males colorings. He couldn't say anything about it, as a few of his own sons were pink. He glared at the other and stopped a bit away, but decided it was too late anyways, he might as well continue towards the leopard.
If all else failed, he could just beat the s**t out of the guy and go back home. He flicked his tail again. "You're in my lands" he spoke. Even though it wasn't true. It was close enough to his land, however. He would have to extend his pride if he must.

Piato watched the other feline approach and tried to seem as if he was ignoring him. It was not hard for the pink and white leopard. He was quite practiced at the act. The fact that it was another leopard gave the new feline some approval with Piato, but that quickly faded away when the other decided to get snippy. He did not have time for an argument with this idiot over whose lands he was or was not in. Especially not when Piato was rather sure he was still within the roguelands even if he was trying to check out each pride as he came to them to see if they were the one he was searching for. "In your lands? You must be the leader of the nearby pride then."
The younger leopard looked down at the other. "Is there some problem with an observer wishing to come close and check your group for suitable settling? One would think outside blood needed." He looked slightly bored as he asked the question. Truthfully he could care less about the pride if it was not the one he was searching for. And that question would come soon enough. He was looking for one that was mixed of many types of felines, other than that he remembered little, but he would find it. He just knew he would. He had to find it for his brothers' sake.

"You must be some leopard that has brain damage." He said with a snarl. Obviously that was the only reason why the other would say something so obvious. It wasn't a near by pride, in his mind, it was his pride right where this male was. Just because the other couldn't see his lands, didn't mean it wasn't there. "If you don't remove yourself, I'll have to attack you." He said with a grin. "Though, I can't say I'd regret that too much"
"If you're asking, then very much so." He said with ease. He didn't like this leopard. There didn't seem to be any strength in him at all, at least that's how he was sizing up the other. Thona recruited them, not the other way around, if he didn't like them, he wouldn't offer them a place to live. This one... Yeah, he looked like a female. "If you have a death wish, by all means, stay." He clawed gently at the ground, but never took his eyes of the male leopard.

Piato shrugged as he rose, his crooked leg now showing, and hopped down from the rock with ease. He was pretty sure already that this was not the pride he needed to find, but he wanted to be sure before he left. He would have to find a way to get this jerk of a leopard to answer the question, though, and that might take some thinking on the younger male's part. He was going to have to think fast or buy himself time somehow to think at leisure. The male in front of the striped leopard looked very willing to hold to his threats. Piato's leg looked bad, but with having it broken so early in life he had grown accustomed to it. The leopard did not even limp anymore unless it was humid enough to make the healed over break ache. Even when he did hurt, Piato could usually keep from limping so long as he was careful. He looked away from the other male, taking a step or two away from the pride lands that the other had come from. His brain was still hard at work trying to come up with a good way to get the information he needed. Piato finally decided that perhaps a tactic of insulting a certain species would get what he wanted. Their home pride had lions in it, that much the young leopard remembered. He would target lions for his insult and see what reaction the other male gave. "I guess I can just count myself blessed that the irritating male that came to chase me off wasn't one of those nitwit lions. They are so annoying and stupid." He waited to hear the other's response.
