Viam Caelum is currently looking for a small group of staff to help assist in the shop duties! We are interested in talented, friendly and most importantly fun loving gaians who are willing to lend their free time to Viam! Please look below for available positions.

Managers
We will be looking to hire TWO managers to assist with guild and shop duties. We would prefer those who are used to the CST time in America as most gaians are living around this time zone.

A managers duty will be to run event games and to monitor guild RPs. You may also help others in planning events, breedings, and will be the first contact for customer enquiries.

Pay will be deducted from shop gold. The specific amount per month will be discussed to ensure everyone is happy smile

Colourists
Colourists are a different story to managers. Thus we have a few options on hiring:

Part-Time Colourists
I will be hiring TWO P/T colourists whos job will be to provide a minimum of 3 pets a month for events, you will be permitted to have 1 custom OR 1 breeding slot a month. Editing skills will be highly desirable.

Full-Time Colourists
Full time colourists will be required to make a minimum 5 pets a month. With 1 custom slot AND 1 breeding slot a month. I will be looking to hire about TWO F/T colourists. Editing skills will be highly desirable.

Colourist pay will be preset to the following and will be open for discussion upon hiring:


Auctions - 90% of earnings
Flatsale - 100% of earnings
Raffle - 90% of earnings
Freebie Pets - No earnings.
Customs - 100% of earnings
Breedings - 100% of earnings

If you can edit you will be required to save the edit itself for a 'edit stock' folder so breedings will be easier and we can have a larger array of hair styles, wings, horns etc. at our disposal.

Payment comments? I think that the flatsale payment should also be 90%.
Comments? I can't really do manes and tails..

We have templates for manes and tails. But I will hopefully be drawing more up when i study how the shading is done. Your current example is very well done! I look forward to viewing more samples!

Legend of Lunaria - RP Manager
I was an RP manager since when the shop started, hired by the original owner Zephuu. However, my duties were also to critique, accept and manage active quests along with planning and judging for events. Lunaria was the first shop I worked at, and I got a lot of experience. I left when the shop got a new owner because I just wasn't getting along with her and the shop had deviated too much from its beginnings.
Pokeboys - Item Shop Manager
When Pokeboys first started, I was the item shop manager. I took care of all transactions and was in charge of alerting the right artist. Items purchased were anything from appearance changing items to accessories and HM/TMs. So, this would be very close to what I would be doing in the shopkeeper position.
Sidekick Academy - RP/Quest Manager
My main jobs were to critique and manage rps, unfortunately, I was starting my first semester of college and got overwhelmed. I went in hiatus before quitting staff altogether to give the owner the position to someone more active.

And I am currently staff in the following shops:

Gachapon, Sanctum

Gachapon is a relatively slow shop. So, for the most part I don't do much unless Panda specifically asks something from me. Sanctum has been a BC for a while, and I'm just waiting on the artist to come back so we can actually move forward.

As you can see, I have quite a bit of expertise in BCIT shops. ' u';
